Troyal:
One correction, it was said by one of this MB members that all SEC filings would be up to date by 9/15 and that statement came directly from Baltia HQ.
Robodog, would you care to elaborate?
Correction, the claim was the SEC filings would be done in 28 days. That statement was made a few days ago meaning the SEC filings should be done approximately 9/13.
I am very nervous, with 72,000 shares currently being shorted, who knows what could happen.
Less than 4 weeks until the Songbird acquisition!
Firestream, Tony says the Songbird deal will be completed September 15th, not me.
duhhh
Good find Zeke!!
27 days until the BIGLY Songbird acquisition. If it doesn't happen, Baltia will likely be finished as this is their whole bag of tricks at the moment.
AK:
They had enough to buy a toy plane but that was probably the last of the $720K from the preferred shares sale.
Donkey:
Once Baltia is in BK, the bankruptcy receiver is responsible for the liquidation of all assets. Baltia doesn't have any other than the toy plane and possibly a fax machine. I don't want the fax machine.
When Baltia ends up in BK court, I am going to buy Baltia's only asset....the toy plane.
You can take that to the bank!
I wonder how negotiations are coming with Logistics Air? I really think Tony needs to resolve an 8.8 million dollar debt before he starts spending money on Songbird.
I am sure they are working as hard as Tony to make USGlobal's first flight a reality!
pfgolf:
I don't recommend this but many shareholders are continuing to average down.
Tony's new toy plane has really made my day! I wonder how much that cost to get made?
It looks like it will be an open bar at the Crab Shack this weekend.
pfgolf:
The estimate assumes a significant RS split!
Wow, a toy plane, that is so cool!
The September 15th acquisition date for Songbird is a big joke. There will be a PR soon pointing out that Baltia still needs to do a few things prior to the take-over. The PR won't say this but we all know that means come up with 6 million dollars.
Alternatively. Tony will PR that Baltia has an agreement to buy some other airline but due to a non-disclosure agreement he can't tell anyone about it.
What a joke!
Monroe1:
The PPS will be 2 cents before the next shareholders meeting (if there is one) and 5 cents after.
It has been 90+ days since Tony hired GBH to recook the books and still nothing. Something has clearly gone wrong!
Firestream:
If the Songbird deal is not completed on or before September 15, 2017, the PPS will be back in the trips were it belongs.
mysterymeat:
That regulation suggests that Songbird could restart air operations within one year of suspension of flight operations, not that Baltia could restart within a year through some kind of transfer.
Firestream:
Only 30 days until the Songbird aquisition is complete, very exciting times.
What is Tony's annual salary? What about the rest of the staff?
Everytime the BIG PLAN gets stalled, more money is needed to keep the operation alive.
That is a FACT. Take it to the bank!
mysterymeat:
I hope Tony is able to get an aircraft so we can all enjoy the excitement of the mini evac tests again. Songbirds 121 certificate is dead, they have not flown in more than 6 months.
Monroe1":
Your quote is the best thing I have read on this MB in a year!
Firstream:
The first Kalitta lease was supposed to be delivered in April. The second Kalitta lease in July. Neither happened.
The first Kalitta contract is supposed to be consummated 9/15. We both know that there is no chance in hell it is going to happen.
Tired of Tony doing absolutely nothing other than making a lot of promises!
It would be great if Tony would let investors know what the status is with the negotiations with Logistics Air. A $8.8 million debt is a serious amount of cash.
Also, if it would not be too much trouble, Tony might give a status report as to the status of the updated financials.
Ohh, is Tony going to pay off the St. George $655K debt.
New 13D filers needed! Apply at www.baltia.com
flaflyersfan:
Tony only files 8Ks with grandiose schemes, lawfully required filings are not important enough to bother with.
I predict George W, Kelsey will resign from Baltia next week.
Smoke and Mirrors
On June 27, Tony stated the following in an 8K:
Mystermeat:
I think it is reasonable to assume that the lease of the 767-300 serial #26234 is permanently off. Tony needs to PR that.
Tony deposited $10,000 to lease 767-300 serial #26234 as per his PR he signed on December 21, 2016, https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/869187/000116519516000089/2016_8K_Dec21MatAgree.htm
767-300 serial #26234 is being converted to a cargo plane (may be done by now) as per Connie Kalitta's newsletter dated June 30, 2017 and this is being done for Kalitta's own use, http://www.kalittaair.com/ka-news/.
Tony never filed an 8K telling investors that a material fact about the company had changed. In fact, he told investors an untruth in his July 24th PR, https://www.usglobal.com/press-release.
George W. Kelsey is on Baltia's Executive Team and is also Kalitta's attorney (at least he was). There is almost no chance Kelsey didn't know about the conflicting facts.
It is time for the SEC to put an end to this!!! It is time for investors to say "We are NOT going to take it anymore."
The game is over. Contact the SEC and your Congressman and report this abuse!!!
Tony claimed in his July 24th PR that the lease with Kalitta for a 767-300 was delayed based on a business decision, http://www.kalittaair.com/ka-news/. As you may recall, Kalitta got 3 767-300s from Transaero and Tony had previously PRed that one would be Baltia's and even provided the serial #. However, it turns out that Tony's July 24th claim is either a lie or a serious mistake of fact.
All three Tranaero 767-300s are being converted now to cargo aircraft according to a Kalita PR, http://www.kalittaair.com/ka-news/ The Kalitta PR is dated 7/21 so when Tony issued the statement on 7/24 it was untrue.
Credit goes to DavetheDude9.
Time for the SEC to put a stop to this!
Didn't Tony need to file an 8K acknowledging the Kalitta deal fell through as that was a material fact?
I have reached out to John Fife as part of my Baltia DD. I don't know if he will respond.
I get the feeling that St. George is more to hire people that really behave like Ving Rhames acts in his movies to collect. I am pretty sure that they are not going to take any shares as payment. If Tony suddenly has a cast on each leg....we can make some reasonable assumptions about the cause.
Agreed
