It was only $1 million lost due to incompetence! Nothing to worry about!
Maybe a mod should take down the stickies that talk about how committed Baltia is to the Songbird deal?
Even Tony can figure out how a vacuum cleaner works.
I would think an aircraft cleaning business may be a more appropriate start for Baltia.
Christmas present for Tony? I was thinking about getting him some crab cracking tools. Does anybody want to chip in?
The bake sale is going to have to be monumental to raise that.
There are going to be some cheapies tomorrow!
Certdog:
Assuming Baltia has all of it debts and liabilities resolved, how much cash would they need to start an airline? Would $10 million be enough?
Certdog:
They just lost their DOT fitness to fly status. They really need to start from square one now.
Asterixus, that is a great picture of Tony!!! However, where is the crabs legs, lobster tails and champagne? Where are the bimbos?
Cyber Monday deals on BLTA shares...bet on it!
USGlobal is not undergoing FAA certification. The FAA is revoking their "fitness to operate" standing.

Anvil:
It depends what the legal review uncovers....it may take a loooong time for the corrective actions.
I is probably time for another prefered share offering. Baltia has got to need some more operational funds, funds to pay off Chouinard and funds to pay the dividends due from the last prefered offering.
Tony has 21 days to file an answer to Doug Chouinard's complaint. If he fails to do so, Chouinard wins by default.
It will be very interesting to see if he files an answer. It will also be interesting to see if any other employees file additional actions.
Comparing Baltia Stock to Slot Machines....
The $1 million deposit had to be in the form of an IOU. There is no way they had that money. The had to do the preferred share sale for operational money but were only able to raise $720K.
Tony needs a new whale that is able to commit some real money.
Rulesrule:
The quite period may never end.
Is Maggott talking about selling her swill again?
Monroe, those dates are just estimates. Tony may need to extend those dates multiple times.
Monroe1:
I think the investing public has spoken today.
They are just having a minor complication with the financials, nothing to worry about. It should be corrected in the next 5-10 years.
If this is really the BIG deal that Tony is suggesting that it is, this should run up to over a penny and stay there.
It won't. I will be lucky to close at .004, although there may be a momentary bump up tomorrow for an hour or two in the morning.
Good info certdog!!!
Laguna:
There are some significant differences between the contract and the press release. Also, I am not convinced the contact was written by a lawyer. It looks like a cut and paste job to me.
Can someone explain this? It doesn't sound like a binding contract.
TimePirate:
I do not believe the financials will ever get updated with audited corrections. There is obviously a major problem.
Peter:
Since the shareholders meeting on 5/11, Tony has managed to get a cell phone pic with two lovely ladies, post a "press release" on the website and appoint a couple people to the board or other posts. What more can we expect?
Yes, yes, the updated financials, the Logistics Air debt to be resolved, the name change, resolution of the St. George debt, completion of the Songbird deal, completion of the Kalitta deal, the reverse split, some movement with the FAA, etc.
Tony has only been in charge for less than a year....blah, blah, blah
certdog:
I agree. Igor figured out the problem with the slides, As an engineer, he determined it was with the length of the retaining straps. So, Tony just needs to get some engines put back on N706BL, replace the nose landing gear, fix the tail and he is ready to go. He already has the manuals, so he may need to do the table top exercises again but he should pass the mini evacuation the first try.
There is no reason that he can't be selling paying passengers in March of 2020.
Ohh, he has got to clean all the bird shit off N706BL.
So the Songbird acquisition will definitely be done before Christmas?
Firestream:
If I am hearing you correctly, we should absolutely expect the Songbrird deal to be complete and a PR to be released by the end of September. Is that correct?
17 days until the Songbird deal will be complete!!!!
troyal:
If it takes a few more years for Tony to get Baltia moving, what is the BIGLY deal?
certdog:
You have experience with the airline certification process. Is my statement below true or untrue?
You have convinced me that Baltia intends to complete the Songbird deal as per the press release.
Firestream:
I am not an expert on this but it looks to me like the process does not require an inked deal prior to its start. Songbird would need to start the process and there is some significant cost associated with meetings with the FAA and complying with documentation. However, if this deal is for real, I would expect that they have probably done at least the first step or two.
Fortunately, the 121 certificate transfer process is pretty easy, http://fsims.faa.gov/wdocs/8900.1/v10%20air%20trans%20over%20sys/chapter%2006/10_006_004_chg_210a.htm
