Hmm, a bit harsh but OK.
I would like to see MediaG3 and MeshGlobal iron everything out in their Boise Project, bring in a third party for independent testing of the hybrid network and then share this information with the world.
I'm looking forward to updates on the Boise Project myself.
http://www.meshglobal.com/projects.html
The Scope of the Boise Project includes the design, engineering, and deployment of several separate yet integrated hybrid networks delivering the best quality of service available from fiber through wireless networks to the end users. With an objective of providing sufficient broadband internet, voice, video and media data service to an ever growing bandwidth hungry city. The Boise Project is contracted with Cogent, 360, Zayo and Syringa networks to operate a combined 10GB/s network. Should be plenty of pipe to start with.
Mesh Global™ are developing hybrid networks to utilize the most current technologies bridging many combinations of "last mile" delivery for multi-channel, multi-mode, point-to-point, point-to-multi-point, backhaul, VoIP, IPTV and mesh networks.
This video from 5-10-2011 and shows changes in the tests while they try different equipment and tweak things.
I believe the phones should be available between late August to early September based on the product development cycle.
I think the delays have been caused by hiccups with Chinese vendors and lack of financing over the years.
Looks like things just might be on track.
I am personally looking forward to getting my hands on these phones and introducing them to my friends as well.
The reduction radiation is a big selling point IMO.
Cancer is a scary disease!
I believe you missed the last two lines of the post you are responding to.
As with all information presented on this forum, it is wise to do your own DD. I neither agree nor disagree with the information presented in PFH's post, but rather clarified what "US Intelligence Department" opens into.
I do not personally know PFH, but rather only know them by what they post on the forum. Past posts indicate PFH is a VERY large shareholder and has a very good understanding of what MediaG3 is working to do.
Why not reach out to PFH yourself?

MDGC - Daily Candlesticks
Hmm, sure looks like there was a big seller in May and they are done.
The facts are right there in the links above.
Folks can spin things anyway that they would like, but there is simply low volume at this point.
That is understandable considering most folks are waiting on NEWS with some meat from MediaG3.
Until then it will continue the up a tic and down a tic pattern with a chance it follows the uptrend it started when the seller pulled from the ASK.
MediaG3 Inc (MDGC) Annotated Stock Chart
The most entertaining thing is, only time will tell.
Until the tests are performed and Aerius discloses the results, folks are free to discuss their own opinions.
I personally would have enjoyed a bit more detail in this PR.
I can't speak for Aerius as only they can provide the answers you seek regarding status and the timeline for the future.
Based on my professional experience I can offer some insight regarding the development cycle. If the protoypes are being sent by air then Aerius should receive them with 3-5 days from the date they were shipped. Once received, based on my emails with Bill Luxon, CEO of Aerius, the phones will then be sent to a CTIA Authorized test lab. I was under the impression that the phones would be tested and data would be recorded for the phones without and then with the Aerius patented antennas. If Aerius is anything like our company, they will try and keep their patented technology out of the hands of Chinese build houses to risk duplication. Time will only tell though and I look forward to future developments. Once the prototypes are approved by Aerius and their partners, typical mass production takes around 30 days due to final parts procurement and then assembly. Looks like Aerius may indeed be on schedule for their summer delivery as a recent PR indicated baring any major delays in testing, approval or manufacturing.
Aerius Smart Phone Prototypes Sent From China
http://www.globenewswire.com/newsroom/news.html?d=224010
LAS VEGAS, June 8, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Aerius International Inc., (Pink Sheets:AERS) today announced prototypes of Aerius smart phones were shipped by their manufacturer in Shenzhen, China to Aerius. The Aerius engineer in Shenzhen Rani Wu also reported the phones were equipped with Aerius LogoLens that illuminates the carrier name when phones are in use.
Aerius won a Frost & Sullivan Green Technology in Wireless Technologies Award because in carrier and CTIA lab tests Aerius equipped phones increase smart phone battery life 2 to 4 hours and reduced dropped calls over 60%. Also, based on tests by the FCC Aerius phones reduce handset power loss into users or SAR, an average 99.4%.
Statistics from the International Data Corporation (IDC) forecasts the smartphone market will reach 450 million smartphones in 2011. According to Aerius CEO Bill Luxon, if Aerius smart phones capture less than 1% of the market Aerius will sell over one million phones in 2011.
According to Chuck Closterman Aerius VP of Sales, buyers with cell phone retailers in the US who reviewed performance of Aerius phones have reported, "If you put two phones side by side, they have similar features and one delivers 2 to 4 more hours of battery life and eliminates radiation absorption into the user, it's a no-brainer which one consumers will buy."
Luxon added, "Strong interest in selling Aerius phones has been received by major carriers and cell phone retailers as soon as Aerius smart phones become available."
"FCC, carrier, and independent CTIA lab reports on performance of Aerius phones, and the Frost & Sullivan Award to Aerius in Wireless Technologies are posted in 6 languages on the Aerius website at www.goaerius.com," said Closterman.

Unlicensed Wireless Backhaul
The most common wireless backhaul, known as a wireless Ethernet bridge, operate in the unlicensed wireless (license-exempt) 900MHz (902-928), 2.4GHz, 5.3GHz, 5.4GHz, 5.8GHz, 24GHz, and 60GHz frequencies of the RF spectrum. These radio platforms are exempt from FCC licensing requirements. This means the system operator does not have to apply for and purchase a fixed microwave link license from the FCC. These systems, although quick to deploy, do not promise exclusive use of the band and are susceptible to potential interference.
Unlicensed wireless backhaul platforms can go distances up to 50+ miles and provide data rates of 10Mbps to 300Mbps aggregate throughput. These systems can be deployed in outdoor wireless backhaul applications such as: point to point wireless (“PtP”), point to multipoint wireless (“PtMP”), and wireless mesh configurations. Unlicensed wireless bands are also used for many indoor wireless communications systems (such as Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/a/n), cordless phones, monitors, RFID, handhelds, etc.) and are excellent for wireless video surveillance IP camera networks.
To add capacity to any network, wireless backhaul technology using unlicensed wireless Ethernet bridge radios provides an inherently flexible and scalable alternative to fiber or leased lines. Most systems can be installed in a day or two. Best of all, unlicensed wireless technology has a typical payback (ROI) of less than 3 months.

Once the phones are produced and approved by the manufacturer, they are sent to the FCC for testing and authorization.
From the PR's released by Aerius, they have set an ETA of anytime this summer.
You haven't posted any facts proving that the PR's I posted are misleading.
Can you please provide these facts that support your claims?
Here is the post with the PR's and my opinion below.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=63944698
From the PR's in the link above, it would appear that Aerius has set up distribution for their phones with MediaG3 MDGC, contracted with HDC in China for manufacturing of their phone, provided a set of features, have approved the samples and are beginning manufacturing with an ETA of phones by this summer. That would indicate the company has their sites set on having phones in the US sometime between June through the month of August.
Would you mind telling me what 'Cost of Goods' indicates on page 7 of the Quarterly Report?
http://www.otcmarkets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=51767
Sure looks like Aerius is gearing up for production in my 'Professional' opinion.
Keep in mind that most Chinese factories will set up terms with American companies for production.
Sometimes the factories will require a certain percentage up front or enough to cover tooling expenses.
We are all entitled to our own opinions and it would appear we do not agree in this case.
I have communicated for months with Bill Luxon and I have pressed him on why the previous phones were not produced.
I provided his response to this forum. Bill Luxon, CEO of Aerius AERS, answers some hard questions!
It is up to each individual investor as to what they believe and don't believe.
I always encourage everyone to do their own DD.
I am simply sharing mine.
Hmm, very misleading information.
Lets look at the facts from the PR's.

Qualcomm, Wilocity partner for WiFi chip
http://www.eetasia.com/ART_8800644171_499488_NP_adde94df.HTM
Posted: 06 Jun 2011
Qualcomm Atheros Inc. and Wilocity Inc. have developed what they tout as the industry's first tri-band chipset that integrates the multigigabit performance of in-room 60GHz band with seamless handoff to 2.4GHz and 5GHz band WiFi.
The AR9004TB, according to the two companies, is the first chipset that can support a wide range of applications—from I/O to video to networking, at the same speeds as equivalent wired connectivity technologies.
The companies claim the chipset is a breakthrough in delivering the most seamless and high-performance wireless networking connectivity. It is compliant with existing standards and is interoperable. This allows device makers to deliver more than 10 times greater speed in WiFi performance, resulting in faster data and video transfers between devices, the companies said in a joint statement.
The chipset can also support more advanced devices and applications such as gaming to video streaming, smart synchronization and wireless docking. New fast session transfer technology in the AR9004TB will drive a seamless transition between multigigabit in-room performance to whole home and enterprise wireless coverage, the companies said.
Amir Faintuch, Qualcomm Alteros consumer business unit senior vice president and general manager, said the chipset has expanded the company's portfolio of wireless and wired connectivity solutions for the consumer and enterprise markets.
"By incorporating 60GHz multigigabit transfer with proven 802.11n WiFi technologies, Qualcomm Atheros and Wilocity are creating an even more valuable offering for customers looking to expand their presence in the market. AR9004TB will allow users to enjoy new generations of rich applications in the home and at work while also helping keep their devices and information fully synchronized," Faintuch said.
Wilocity vice president of marketing Mark Grodzinsky added, "The AR9004TB solution is the first to offer multigigabit WiFi and wireless bus extension, coupled with dual-band WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 for a truly wireless experience for a wide range of applications from I/O to networking to video," Grodzinsky said.
The chipset integrates support for 2.4GHz, 5GHz and 60GHz bands. This makes it the first chipset to bring standards-based, multigigabit wireless networking to the market, integrating 802.11n and WiGig/802.11ad technologies in the same form factor, according to Wilocity and Qualcomm Alteros.
The companies also said, consumers using devices embedded with the chipset will enjoy 802.11n WiFi for whole home connectivity along with 802.11ad for networked synchronization of HD movies in seconds (versus tens of minutes), I/O connection to USB3/SATA hard drives, instant "sync and go" between mobile platforms, streaming display to projectors/TVs/monitors, and high-performance wireless docking.
The 60GHz technology found in AR9004TB is based on the latest specifications from the Wireless Gigabit Alliance and IEEE 802.11ad and will be WiFi Alliance certified.
The AR9004TB also supports the latest Bluetooth 4.0 specification, which includes both high-speed and low-energy operation to extend personal area connectivity to a variety of devices. It includes a new message-based coexistence interface that allows superior interference avoidance and cancellation for WiFi and Bluetooth coexistence.
The two companies said sampling for the new chipset will start this summer.
Interesting action for Unilava UNLA today.

MediaG3 MDGC is a speculative investment.
The company has provided enough information for educated investors to contact the companies affiliated with the PR's and get their own verification.
People invested in MDGC are accumulating based on their own DD or the potential for MDGC being a pinch play.
MediaG3 MDGC and MeshGlobal has provided videos and information showing incredible speed tests that are yet to be verified.
Food For Thought:
What happens if the company never verifies anything?
Continues trading around this same range until something is verified and ofcourse there is a chance it can go lower.
What happens if the company verifies the speeds?
The market reacts and lucky investors reap the rewards of the patience as others chase to accumulate shares.

I think my hunch is spot on. John Lehne registered MeshGlobal with the Idaho SOS http://www.accessidaho.org/public/sos/corp/C188448.html and has agreed to fund and deploy the Pilot Projects that are introducing MediaG3 technology to the world. Once this is complete and MediaG3 begins bringing in customers and contracts, MediaG3 will merge with MeshGlobal and John Lehne is repaid. Pretty cut and dry. Mesh is simply a deployment company providing contracting services and labor. This appears to be the best way Val could get funding without issuing more shares for MediaG3. Genius move!
Again, the above is simply my opinion but the information is right in front of us.
