Was $0.35 couple years ago. It's had 3 Reverse splits R/S in the past. Raising 50% of is share structure $750,000,000. The company can dilute almost a billion dollars while Proof of Work POW can't dilute. The concept of multiple Reverse splits R/S and constant share raises is questionable. Seems self enrichment R/S one after another, new company's, share raises, pumps from pennys to selling to retail at highs. I'm not bashing just seeing because we need companies that mine and profitable ones not selling almost a billion into market.
Approximately adding 50% of shares to float $750,000,000 Million. I feel that's an extremely unreasonable amount to offer into the market.
I think that's a lot of wishfully thinking... Not bashing your idea but the volume is unsustainable. I think max PPS is 35 cents and that's pushing the extreme.
NVVE is deficient and imho a R/S split will happen in due time so doesn't get put on the pinks for not meeting NASDAQ listing requirements
$300,000,000 million raise will make for some serious volume a lot lower im PPS with a R/S in the future. Jmho
Seamlessly in needs of capital/money. States will be selling $300,000,000 into market...
Selling $300,000,000 million in to market to raise funds.
"Starbox (NASDAQ:STBX) disclosed in an SEC filing on Tuesday a prospectus to offer and sell ordinary shares, preferred shares, debt securities, warrants, rights and units to raise up to $300 million."
Think 6's come? Something bad happens this would go to $3.00 or lower? "The investigation concerns whether certain officers of Sotera have breached their fiduciary duties owed to the company."
In due time and will be back under that and delisted jmho
Expect another R/S imho
$300-$320 gap
Additional law firms investigating; Kuznicki Law, Jakubowitz Law, & The Gross Law Firm.

Hope ppl get compensated for the mis doings
USB Financial Services sold 30,000 shares entire lot yesterday dumping for 400% http://archive.fast-edgar.com/20231005/AGZVB22CZ222Q2Z2222K2WZ8S9LWZV2SB252/
idk why but feel this ticker is a little shady delisted to pinks and less than 0.7% institutional ownership with a $16,000,000,000 billion market cap
Over $13,700,000 insider sells at at highs think comes down a decent amount and consolidates, Up over 1,000% in about 2 years...
This is a weird one has more cash than market cap after closing this and Cantor Fitzgerald moves price target up to $23.0 and UBS to $27.00
Thinking come back to a 100 and will be the resistance
This will lose a decimal point and will be doing another one in my honest opinion
Agreed and volume is not sustainable. Daily showing $5.04 thinking closes gap @ $6.00
Only in Phase 1b... and it's raising $300,000,000 at $12.49. Selling 24,000,000 shares at a 80+% discount...
Is only in phase 1 a very long way to go and lots of money burning

$300,000,000 entering the market
24,000,000 shares @ $12.49 being sold
Let's see if $50 holds think will fall out no options. Reminds me of a small cap that fades...
It's raising $300,000,000 at $12.49. Selling 24,000,000 shares into the market.
Will be bank to $40 in a couple months
Cannacord Genuity and Truist Securities both lowered there price targets, never a good thing...
Think it's about there. I believe we flush under $3.00 and don't come back to the this price per share PPS till R/S. A ways away but see it happening. JMHO
Phase 1... a long way to go
Should be back to mid 20s
You're right. Something popped up but still volume is unsustainable and hemorrhaging money like a broken fire hydrant
It's only phase 1 that still has phases 2 and 3 and FDA approvial, then distribution, and then hopefully it sells it has a very long road to go and will need capital for years to come imo
These dudes made over 10 times their purchase at $1.75 when wasn't.......10 million in exchange for warrants to purchase common stock upon the Company’s announcement of enrollment completion in the randomized withdrawal period of Study C602, anticipated in Q1 2023. The warrants consist of two tranches. Tranche A warrants to purchase up to 8,598,870 shares of common stock at $1.75 for a total of approximately $15 million are required to be exercised within 30 days of announcement of positive top-line data from the randomized withdrawal period of Study C602. Tranche B warrants to purchase up to 14,000,000 shares of common stock at $2.50
Shady dealings imo
Book value is $2.30. 10x book value $23.00 imho will come back to $29 at least
Serious pump and dump imho no revs nor profit spending over $240,000,000 a year and only in phase 1 lots more spending and pretty sure see some capital raises at a lot less per share just my opinion
Price Per Share was $4.26 this year, which is hemorrhaging $240,000,000,000 billion with no revenue & no profitability.
