Wow, huge. CBIS and the bathtub bum in the same article. Very interesting. Hopefully it gets some exposure.
lots of noise, always is before a run. i would be worried if there was noise. plenty here. giddyup
AZ cancer facility being unveiled with a whole bunch of other treats. long road for some here. payoff time is coming.
its amazing how investorwisdom reincarnates over and over :)
Although Mexico is legal to have personal use amounts of Cannabis, they are rallying in Mexico City.
This is a worldwide trend that is going to catapult this industry and CBIS forward. giddyup

Marijuana Use May Be Legalized in Ohio
http://fox8.com/2012/05/05/marijuana-use-may-be-legalized-in-ohio/
A movement is underway to change marijuana law in Ohio.
There are two proposals–one involving recreational use and the other for medicinal purposes. Both measures could go before Ohio voters to decide.
The tree is getting shook hard, enjoy the cheap shares, these guys wouldn't be here if it wasn't.
Same exact thing happened before it went .01 to .07
Looks like its gonna go hard again on per IND approval as dr moe said on FB
I love the ones that say CBIS has never followed up on anything. How bout the 2products they sell. You see this is one of the many reasons I know l c is full of it.
Utter nonsense about CBIS not following up. Just as wrong as everything else. Go CBIS!
too bad that is not true.
i hear ya. ive been watching these same claims for 2 years now. same old story, and as usual it is all not true.
have fun getting some cheapies. Enjoy!
Excellent find. This nonsense went on for months here, if not longer. Kubby got real angry and tried to screw CBIS and they won.
same folks trying to do it again. He never got over it apparently...
Awesome news man. I just wish NY would get its act together. They can't stop it anymore, tick tock...
If you were serious you'd call the IR up, Robert Kane. Who would look for those answers on a board? It's old news, but call Kane and talk to him. Good luck
Trend line in the 7's is next support
there were many here saying the same stuff almost 2 years ago. they were all with Kubby.
wow, it's resurfaced. CBIS under full attack. GO CBIS!!!
Wow, Kubby was sued by CBIS and lost. This is what we are up to now?
CBIS has noting to hide. Fully reporting OTC.
HUGE 2nd half of year coming. Wow, a lot of interest over here. Desperation....
LOL. Wow, desperation getting hard. This whole thing was discussed 2years ago. Wow, nothing was ever found to be wrong.
are people really talking about the Dr's lawsuit? LOL. wow, Dr's get sued all the time. that is why malpractice is through the roof. man, something HUGE is around the corner here.
all the stops are being pulled on this one.
CBIS is one of the most heavily talked about stock for a reason everyone, I have never seen this type of onslaught. something real big is around the corner. good luck.
wow, confusing price action and the viability and tremendous foundation being built are 2 different things. many things can make this price jump in the near term.
i have seen many a chart and trader get burnt over the many years, fundamentals ALWAYS win. this company is building a huge foundation. the short term price action does not represent that.
the stock market is a voting machine in the short term, weighing machine in the long term.
all good news, that is what the MM take down with the minions. they know what is coming. same thing we saw before the big run from .01 to .07
the sky was falling then too. LOLZ
Connecticut NORML Praises House and Senate for Passing Medical Marijuana Bill
HB 5389 - An Act Concerning the Palliative Use of Marijuana
Hartford: Early this morning, following a debate that began at 4:30 PM yesterday, the Connecticut Senate joined the House of Representatives in passing HB 5389, clearing the way for Governor Dannel Malloy to sign the bill into law. Connecticut will join sixteen (16) other states that allow for the compassionate use of medical marijuana with eleven (11) other states currently considering the measure.
"Today is a day of hope, compassion and dignity and I thank all of the legislators who worked hard on this legislation and who voted to pass this bill," said Erik Williams, Executive Director of CT NORML. "I am so happy for all the patients who will have another medicinal option to discuss with their doctor and for all of those currently suffering with debilitating conditions who will no longer suffer the indignity of being sick and a criminal."
The hard work of CT NORML has resulted in tens of thousands of phone calls, emails, patient and legislator meetings, and letters to legislators. "Patients and doctors told their stories and asked legislators to tell them 'No, you haven't suffered enough,'" said Williams. "Many others stressed that this bill did medical marijuana the correct way and that Connecticut had an opportunity to be a leader in America on this issue. Our strategy and dedication has obviously paid off."
In addition to CT NORML, SSDP, A Better Way Foundation, ACLU, and LEAP all actively worked to help pass the bill.
i always worried about big pharma, that was till i saw Bayer and Osaka pay GW for the rights to distribute. There were about ten failed synthetic cannabinoids thru the FDA process over the last 15 years, some leading to suicide as a side effect.
once i saw Bayer paid it told me the game had changed.
it would match up with what Moe had on FB page. he had the weight loss thing up there yesterday with the pre-IND info. hhhmmmmm
So here is phase 1 which was likely done at Phoenix tears:
Phase 1 studies are usually conducted in healthy volunteers. The goal here is to determine what the drug's most frequent side effects are and, often, how the drug is metabolized and excreted. The number of subjects typically ranges from 20 to 80
Then they do stage 2 on their own:
Phase 2 studies begin if Phase 1 studies don't reveal unacceptable toxicity. While the emphasis in Phase 1 is on safety, the emphasis in Phase 2 is on effectiveness.
THEN the FDA gets involved:
At the end of Phase 2, the FDA and sponsors try to come to an agreement on how large-scale studies in Phase 3 should be done. How often the FDA meets with a sponsor varies, but this is one of two most common meeting points prior to submission of a new drug application. The other most common time is pre-NDA--right before a new drug application is submitted.
http://www.fda.gov/drugs/resourcesforyou/consumers/ucm143534.htm
ok everyone, I am going to try and clear up the confusion on the interview which I also had. I did a little research and this is what it all means.
CBIS has done phase 1 and 2 on their own. If you understand the FDA process, the next steps are 3 and 4. here are the steps per the FDA website.
http://www.fda.gov/drugs/resourcesforyou/consumers/ucm143534.htm
This right here: New Drug Application (NDA)-- COMES AFTER stage 1 and 2.
the last PR about this said they were about to apply for it. so that means that stage 1 and 2 were done by them, and it was all done at Phoenix Tears most likely.
Then we have this on the IND:
FDA's role in the development of a new drug begins when the drug's sponsor (usually the manufacturer or potential marketer) having screened the new molecule for pharmacological activity and acute toxicity potential in animals, wants to test its diagnostic or therapeutic potential in humans. At that point, the molecule changes in legal status under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and becomes a new drug subject to specific requirements of the drug regulatory system.
There are three IND types:
http://www.fda.gov/drugs/developmentapprovalprocess/howdrugsaredevelopedandapproved/approvalapplications/investigationalnewdrugindapplication/default.htm
I hope this clears it up, they have not misled anyone.
Big Pharma has already bought into it. This game is over. Bayer paid GW for the rights to distribute and so did the largest Japanese pharma.
so the idea that big pharma is not behind this is false. they are just trying to control what they can now that they know they can not create synthetics.
the FDA has been allowing trials overseas. there may be a connection between Australia or another area and trials.
I believe GW is doing their trials oversea for the FDA.
he does not say "with one product" at the 1:14 mark. is there another time he says that?
not sure what he means, he was twirling fire to music...LOL. i couldn't stop laughing watching that. i guess that is why he is the creative guy?
read my previous post, that is not correct about what was written.
the science is legit, this has been know for many years, Pres. nixon's own study showed anti-cancer properties. nothing new here.
He said it twice in the interview. Hhhmmmmm
but this is huge right here:
We are also developing a new weight loss protocol that will launch in the fall. This should coincide with our introduction to the US, Canadian, and European Markets of our complete health and beauty line. We expect to launch 4 products to assess the level of market penetration; followed by a full cosmetic line, skin care & therapy, anti-aging, and skin firming and stretch mark reducer that is uses a unique patent formulation altering cellular level programing to firm & tone the body.
I hear ya, Peace out of Time is a new one, LOL.
Just bizarre. gotta try and Kane on the phone.
yeah. and this part?
Dr. Moe Afaneh is developing over 25 over the counter health & beauty products. We are also developing a new weight loss protocol that will launch in the fall. This should coincide with our introduction to the US, Canadian, and European Markets of our complete health and beauty line. Has already been approved for IND-Drug app?
id be surprised to see it get there. good luck.
I dont know who those people were, I would never tell anyone to buy or sell at any price, that is not what this board is for IMHO. most markets are heavily manipulated and controlled these days, just know what you are getting involved with.
this is a biotech startup, it is not a divy blue chip. this company is making all the right moves and will be higher this year. many good things going on.
good luck.
nothing wrong but MM's shorting the price down with vultures scaring the sparrows. good luck.
Some people want in at a lower price to ride up the FDA application or the AZ facility announcement, or the November vote for legalization, check the 2010 October.November performance. Big run.
So, people want it lower to run it up. same old same old.
This is what happens when a company is about to apply to the FDA. CEO said they will apply in the next few months, that was a last month.
Anyone saying the company is worth less than XYZ has no background as an analyst. any analyst worth their salt would price this much higher.
Tripled? Math much?
these shares are for the AZ cancer facility. CBIS is about to come out with Blockbuster news folks, grab these cheapies while they take it down to scare folks.
