Nice post RH - it's nice to see that even some of the most fervent critics can be balanced in their posts.
I've been saying something similar - the past few weeks have just been strange. I think certain rival factions got into a little rift and Arrayit has been caught in the cross fire to an extent and it's unfortunate.
Slight edit - searching by name or lab # yields no results.
You know it’s Ok to admit you’re wrong. Please provide link to this CLIA lab. I provided the cdc link in another post. Searching by name or lab name doesn’t seem to return any results.
If you can provide valid link I’ll gladly admit that I was wrong. I still contend that lab on that form was for illustrative purposes. StockDetective shared his allergy results here and that form looks awfully familiar. Just saying.
Hey Hatter. Hope you caught some fish this weekend. Any luck with that clia lab link? Thanks in advance.
Does this include emails, tweets and other forms of communication making patently false claims and other doom and gloom scenarios not entirely based on fact with the sole intention of sinking the stock price in some sick sort of retaliation effort?
Think I can rustle up a few dozen.
Not sure anyone here is an expert but I think the one with the adjusted expiration in July 2020 is exactly that. It’s expires in July 2020
The other one I’m not sure about. That seems to be the less important of the two.
The form is real. I think I’ve come across that in other queries I’ve done over the past past few months
That being said I’m not convinced the lab listed is real. Eagerly awaiting the link to the clia lab since my link seemed to be defective :)
thanks for sharing that!
I like fishing and i like beer.....maybe we can hang. You have a good sense of humor too.
I found Arrayit's CLIA just fine. The one from your link (05D2048878) doesn't seem to be recognized.
https://www.cdc.gov/clia/LabSearch.html
Man you sure are cryptic - very exhausting.
What do you plan on doing this weekend - provide the link to CLIA lab?
I figured that's what took you 6 posts to actually say. You're concern is that it's not the Arrayit lab listed.
I think that's just a dummy lab listed for illustrative purposes. My CLIA search came up with no results. Serious question - were you able to find it? Might have had a typo but I double checked.
Part of the same form you linked. You might want to look at the ownership of those 2 patents referenced as well.
Technically no - I emailed Dan directly. This is the response I got back.
As the firm’s Director of Assurance Services I am responding to your e-mail below. Our policy is not to respond to any inquiries of shareholders. Please reach out to the management of Arrayit Corporation for responses to your inquiries.
I’m sorry for any convenience.

Interesting Tweet I just came across. Nice little shout out to Arrayit.

Pediatrix case? The Houston group? John Howell? Lottery Scam? Come on. Why don’t you guys pull Marks middle school transcripts showing he got a C in science. Yes Taub case is still active but all these others things are inconsequential. This is all exhausting.
I would agree with that statement, however, I will also say that for as much bullish!t that they spewed you guys have more than surpassed them over the past few weeks.
Fake emails. 12 year old “news” Complete fear mongering to prove a point. I’ve said it many times. The company is guilty of many things, primarily incompetence but this anger is misdirected in my opinion.
Probably my last post of the day so have fun dredging up meaningless 7 year old “news”
I’ll be back tomorrow to help bring some balance back to this board. Good night.
I know it’s throw back Thursday but you guys are going deep into history with some of these posts. Not sure much of this is pertinent today.
Believe that’s been done already and posted publicly here.
Do you think McDonalds allows anyone to go to Hamburger University? No. They have to pay $500k to start the franchise and get access to training and everything else that goes into running a successful franchise. I don’t see this as anything questionable personally.
Regarding the employees, I would imagine that all the sales reps are independent meaning they are not employed directly by Everly These May be single individuals or they may be companies such as DX Solutions. Either way they are independent.
I need to do some more reading on this but I'm almost thinking of this almost like a franchise type relationship. Every Ancilliary will provide opportunities, training, etc. to the sales reps but that of course comes at a cost no different than a McDonalds franchisee has to pay a certain amount back to the corporation.
A little birdie provided me this link:
https://salesandmarketingnetwork.com/products_dir_bs.html?keyword=Business+Development
Expand the DX Solutions section if it's not already for details.
I can't claim to be an expert but from what I understand, the medical industry in general utilizes independent sales reps quite frequently for everything from testing, medical device sales, etc. I have a good friend who has done quite well for himself as an independent sales rep selling a highly specialized medical device for use in brain surgeries.
Thanks to StockDetective for reminding me of one of the links he has provided in the past. I will share here for everyone's benefit.
Seems DX Solutions and Marc Jablonksi are real. I have no reason to believe that Tweet I shared is anything but real and it's great news!

Assume you are talking about the DX Solutions as the BS Twitter account. I see the company following Arrayit corp and the President. What's so funny about that?
i was just pointing it out. Assuming this is the same Marc Jablonski and the same DX Solutions, then it seems like a legit company based on his LinkedIn profile. Very possible that it's just a brand new Twitter account. They didn't tag the company or anything. Just a random tweet I found when searching "Arrayit".

Old news and discussed on this board numerous times. Regardless of the science, and there are a lot of IGg tests on the market by many different companies, the fact that Pinnertest can afford to pay up to thousands for one post from someone with a large following is quite telling. Guess they are making some money after all.
From Starlight 2 nights ago. A little further down he mentions the first email and then he refers to a follow up he received that details the reasons for the delays.
quote:
“Re: techmover Post# 144253
Okie guys I'm only limited to one post per day but I must clarify things here. firstly that email from dan brown is 100% real but of cos I did edit change my own name before copy paste and posting on board I don want to reveal my name for privacy purpose..secondly I'm also a big shareholder with 3.2 million shares..why would I post something which would possibly make the share price drop but of cos I did sold almost half of my holdings after I received the auditor email and also one more email reply from him which is even detailed about what cause the financial delay but I Don think I will post it here as he did mention that email communication and any accompanying attachments are confidential and privileged. They are intended for the sole use of the addressee.. U guys might question why tell me when it's confidential. I got my own tactics like posting negative reviews about rrbb I suppose which make him blunt out what really happen by email . Thirdly I know its unlawful and unethical to spread false information so rest assured that what I'm telling is the truth. I have forward email to some pro investors here before decide to posting here just to be fair to all investors who wish to know the truth, lastly I just want to say that Mark has been lieing about the financials..it will most probably not be released by this quarter.. Just got to use one phase from some poster..its really sad and depressing..”
Report TOS
Exactly. Somebody is lying.
which is consistent with the Arrayit company Tweet saying the same.
not for nothing but there have been some here that have fabricated/photo-shopped screen grabs from the company website so you can't always believe what you see posted here.
The first email I kind of believed.
The claim of a second email (which hasn't been posted anywhere that I saw) claiming no communication since October raised a lot of red flags for me.
thanks hbhmb - my comments weren't directed at you. I think there are a couple things at play here.
1. The company is their own worst enemy with making false promises (some may call them lies) and missing deadlines. So much promise but can't get out of their own way and it's kind of sad.
2. Add to this, a group of investors that are super passionate about seeing the price go up (I'm trying to be cautious with my words) that have maybe pissed off/attacked some people that have asked legitimate questions.
Coupled together, it's a perfect storm of pissed off, upset people and it seems more like a personal vendetta than trying to having a reasonable conversation about company events both bad and good. Case in point - if you believe the emails, 8K's will be coming soon - depending which side of the fence you sit on the 8k wil be to announce new auditos, delisting, buyout, or whatever. THe fact is that nobody F'ing knows and it's all spin.
Mark/Arrayit are guilty of a lot of things but I don't think running some elaborate Twitter scam is one of them that's all. I'm all for questioning and seeking the truth but the motivation of some here is starting to get blurred in my opinion that's all.
Again I ask....where is the evidence linking the company to this investment club? Because there is a group of people that re-tweet, like, or comment on the Tweets that Arrayit puts out doesn't necessarily make the company complicit.
Are there folks that want to see the price increase? Of course. That should include anyone with a position whether long term or a trader. Do a few go to extremes in an effort to drum up new interest (aka new suckers!) - absolutely.
But I think we've seen enough of the other side too where there are people here wanting to see the price drop as if to "punish" the club members.
Everyone has an agenda here it seems.
If the RRBB email is true and there has been no contact since Oct 2018 then this would have to be a flat out lie from the company:
This is from January 2019
Arrayit financial team conducts 2018 inventory observation site visit today at our Silicon Valley California USA headquarters with Prime Global independent auditing firm Rosenberg Rich Baker Berman & Company RRBB headquartered in Somerset New Jersey USA https://t.co/KOBMihAJR6 pic.twitter.com/oQTyKaorCK

care to share details? Please and thank you :)
Interesting response. Thank you for sharing. Going back to the supposed RRBB emails, part of me is now wondering if maybe there is the possibility of RRBB getting replaced as a couple on this board have suggested. Why else mention an 8-K? Someone please correct me if I am wrong but i don't recall ever seeing anything from Mark in the past about giving an update on the financials/audit via 8-K. Thought he always said it would be announced via Twitter and press release.
The question isn't whether Arrayit will fire RRBB. The question is whether RRBB will fire Dan Brown if these emails are in fact true.
Thanks for sharing this info.....I think. I'm not going to question whether the email is real or not. When I first read it, it rung true to me. Where I'm getting lost is where you say there was a second email which provides even more details on the reasons for the delay. This seems very odd to me.
If anyone wants to see proof whether these emails are real or not they should simply monitor the RRBB website to see if Dan Brown is still employed since this seems like a severe lapse in judgement. Releasing material, non-public information to random shareholders is not good and I would classify this info as such.
What's also odd is that if this is in fact true, why would you betray the man's trust and post his reply on a public forum? You should have just sold (although trading on this info is technically illegal) and moved on in my opinion.
In the past I think you have been pretty balanced in your posts so I have no reason to question your integrity but this whole situation is just weird and it makes me question what your "tactics" are.
Maybe not the smartest move to publicly accuse Arrayit of something that "MAY be connected"
