My personal opinion is that a lot of this recent "sell off" is probably just a few shareholders selling for tax loss purposes. Even if this gets below .02 before year-end I'm not overly concerned. Think we'll see it pop back up in January as often happens especially with smaller cap stocks.
I get all of that but I’m trying to figure out what Arrayit would be paying Standard for in installments - legal fees incurred by Standard perhaps?
Thank for posting this SD - I can't recall but initially what was Standard Register suing Arrayit and Iconic for exactly - as in $$$? As I recall from my reading, Standard was simply caught in the middle between Arrayit and Iconic.

Thanks Mike - I noticed in Sue Martinsky's comments on Facebook that she listed Mark as President and CEO. Do you think she just got it mixed up or do you think that there was a real shift?

Noticed another link on the new website is now live. At the very bottom of www.arrayit.com there is a button that says "Order your fingerstick test kits today". That is now a live link that takes you a little nicer front end of the PDS site.

Nice way of putting it Mike. We’re on our 10th tour. Maybe we’ll get the Medal of Honor at the end of the campaign - ha ha. We definitely earned Purple Hearts if nothing else!
I didn't get a response Mike. I'm wondering if it is fully functional at this point to be honest. I would have expected at least some sort of acknowledgement email (i.e. Thank you for your inquiry. Someone will be in touch shortly............) if nothing else.
As I mentioned in my original post, I wonder if it's used more as a sales lead to call on my doctor's office.
Don't give up hope on the website finalization just yet. They seem to be making incremental updates. I noticed for the first time this morning that there were some changes under the "Contact Us Today" section. Now there is an online form for Doctors to use and a different one for Consumers. I filled it out and submitted as a consumer earlier this morning so it will be interesting to see what, if anything comes from it. If nothing else, maybe it would prompt some sales reps to pay a visit to my primary care clinic.
I haven't been keeping up with the board as much as I normally do so apologies if someone already posted about this. It seems like there are other website updates that are happening beyond just www.arrayit.com

Well the good news in my view is that there is no mention whatsoever of iHub on the new site at this point and I hope it stays that way.
I know the company must be monitoring this board because all of these links i posted below and the ones that MikeCr pointed out are all non-functional now which a good thing. They even fixed that Google error pic behind their contact info at the bottom of the page that I pointed out.
Hopefully they can get the links to the actual content up and running ASAP. Right now the website is just a pretty face.
Clearly these are just dummy pages from the template that haven't been completed yet but they should have known that many here are a tough audience so why even invite criticism.
If they would have rolled that new site out and it was complete, I would be t that 99% would be ecstatic.

Aside from the fact that links aren't working, you're initial reaction was really YIKES? I think you're being a bit disingenuous. It's head and shoulders above the mess that the old website was.
I'll qualify this with they should have had it 100% complete PRIOR to making it live. If they don't fix some of the missing content and other connectivity issues then I will be saying YIKES too.
I've taken a bit of a break myself so I'm not all caught up on all the details surrounding the lawsuits. Some potential positives there but I think it's in the judges hands.
The CE has been there for quite some time so nothing new but I think you already knew this.
A few months ago when the company was still responding to emails, I had sent an email to Mark regarding the website (after the Tweet announcing the new website coming) - I was a bit disheartened when I saw the answer to the question about whether it's being built in house or if they are hiring a company to build it for them. His answer was that they were building it.
That being said, if they would have launched the new website and it was actually 100% complete (as opposed to 10% complete) I don't think we'd be seeing some of the negative reactions that we have seen here.
It's definitely a massive improvement (at least on the surface) over their old one.

I don't want to be overly critical - it's an improvement. Just need content, links, etc. to all work as intended.
Definitely a step in the right direction but still a bunch of work to be done as this seems to only be the home page. Any links to other content don't seem to be functioning yet but I'm sure (I hope!) that will be rolled out in the coming days.
Conspicuously absent is a section for investors or anything about the company. Hoping that too will be added and not a dire warning of things to come.

Are they referring to Nationwide the insurance company or are they essentially saying the the test is available nationwide?

The worst part of them going quiet is that last Tweet and that Jake Paul guy. I wish they would do one last final tweet so I don't have to keep looking at his mug every time I check the Arrayit Twitter feed to see if they started communicating again.

Good for you - I can't bring myself to keep one mobile device so I keep my personal and works phones separate even though I technically can combine and access my work related email, calendars and other info from my personal phone. Need some separation.

Anyone else's TD Ameritrade showing ARYC as an invalid symbol? Looking at Yahoo Finance and other sites it still shows up but it scared the crap out of me when I saw it (it still shows this way as I type this).

I'm trying to find the link but I was reading some things yesterday about this. While this is true, what I read was that the SEC rarely holds company's to this after filing Form 15. Will find the link/post and repost.
Exactly Mike - the company puts out communications when they shouldn't and don't when they should.
I can see some potential positives with this move looking through my rose colored glasses. On the other hand, my regular glasses show me that this was just another negative surprise in a growing list of negative surprises.
