I saw that Tweet - who knows what it means. Yesterday he was listing the top selling products of the day and today its about some cancer diagnostic research. It all sounds great but to me I need to know how it translates into revenues - selling glass substrates for $200 a box is nice but is it 1 box or 100? Is today's related to OvaDx or something else? I can only speculate and hope that we are in a period of silence because they are finalizing some great deal. This is a long term hold for me so I'm not too worried but I definitely hate seeing the pps where it is. My avg. cost is around .65 so percentage wise I'm down a lot.
what to do. what to do. Do I add to my position at these deflated prices or not throw good money after bad??????
We're in desparate need of some news!
Here is an interesting link I found scouring the web for info.

This is a couple months old at this point and I don't place too much emphasis on these stock picker type websites but this part of interesting to me:
"This platform base is about to be leveraged by upcoming announcements regarding major discoveries bringing upon large consumable orders on the platform from major Pharmaceutical Companys and creating a rush by other Pharma companies to get similar results!"
I guess this is what was alluded to in past releases and what we are waiting for currently. The stock is in desparate need of some news. Might go two days here with no shares traded!
Nice find. You have to love the internet!
For awhile there we would get press releases a few times per month. That seems to have waned a bit so most of the information flow comes from the random good Twitter posting.
I'm all for qualilty over quantity so I continue to wait patiently for some news that will get people interested in this stock. Volume is up today.
And yet another area -
From Twitter today:
Cosmetics industry is interested in our microarray technology for toxicology and UV studies
Not sure what this translates to in dollars and cents but it's promising. I also saw this interesting article in USA Today today. No mention of Arrayit but I like seeing the national press on the subject.

Hi Mike. I agree completely. OvaDx is a big deal. What they call it or brand it - not so much.
I asked this question of the company before and maybe you or Silver has an opinion but with such a low market cap and seemingly optimistic future, why doesn't one of the bigger players in this market simply buy them out? The response I received simply stated that they wouldn't be opposed to that scenario under the right conditions.
Bill
I like PR's but this one doesn't provide too much insight (it does mention the sensitivity and specificity as you mention though which is good). So they got a trade mark for something they may or not be able to bring to market. Big deal.
I'm trying not to be too negative though. I am extremely bullish on ARYC. I get a sense, and it's strictly a gut feeling, that something good is on the horizon. The trading has been strange, John Howell is silent on Twitter (could be on vacation before the holiday for all I know), some decent press on St. Judes, trade marks, etc. I hope I'm right. I don't like to hope though.

Late tweet regarding some new business.

well I don't like close!
kind of interesting trading so far today. Heavier volume than we have seen in a few weeks with a pretty wide swing of .55 to .74
Probably doesn't mean a thing but it's nice to see some volume. I'm sick of seeing these 100 share trades.
Well hopefully your research and due diligence will pay off for you (and me!) Here are just a couple random questions/thoughts that I had regarding the company.
1. I think their website is awful. Do either of you find it unwieldy and cluttered? I mentioned this to the company in the past and they say that they get over 2mm visitors per month or whatever. I'm sure it's true but it has a very amateurish look to it in my opinion. I don't necessarily think they should spend much needed funds at this point get a new website built but at some point they need to which brings me to my next point.
2. According to the Tweeter Pic yesterday it seems like Todd M. made the trip to Australia for that Australian client. Do you think that comes with the purchase (meaning on site set up support)? Trips to Australia aren't cheap!
3. Do you have any knowledge of the TeleChem side of the business? If you look back on their web page to news releases from the early 2000's you will send Inc. magazine articles naming them a fast growing company with revenues 4x what Arrayit's is currently. Look at the pic closely - 2002 revenues $12.2mm. Supposedly the Telechem division is still operational. Why the drop off in revenues? How could they go from a top 500 growing firm to almost stagnant?

My biggest challenge with researching this company is trying to decipher their prior history. I should probably just focus on the current and future since that is why I am in the stock currently but I like to understand what I am dealing with.
I can see that - not to pry but are either of involved in the medical/research community currently?
Thank you both for your posts - very informative stuff
Just scouring the web for ARYC info. I found this company which seems to be for the company Arrayit contracted with as OEM. If you browse around the site you will see some photos of the nanoprint machines with Arrayit's logo, etc. In the company history it says this:
2002 OEM Partnership with ARRAYIT.COM to distribute microarrayer product line
http://www.dynamicdevices.com/
I guess this isn't all that interesting in some ways. I was just curious if they built their machines and other equipment in house or if they contracted out so this seems to answer that question. More interesting to me is that they are located in Delaware which is where I live. Maybe I'll take a trip some day to check out the company in person.

Not sure if any of you have come across this website in your Arrayit research but it's a great source of information and will help keep your finger on the pulse of the industry. Of course I can't understand 99% of it though.
Sorry - one last thing. I don't Tweet or know anything about how Twitter works really. I only look at it for Arrayit info. I suspect, and I could be wrong, that some of the ArrayItDX postings could be automated somehow. I also think that "followers" can add comments to Tweets so some of what you see may be from someone else. Like I said, I could be wrong.
Do any of you know how it works?
I'm no lawyer but Twitter seems to be a slippery slope in the sense of people maybe making too much public too soon. Although I appreciate the insight and "potential" sales info I'd rather the company be silent. I doubt you would find too many credible companies listed on the national exchanges Tweeting about this. As a tool of spurring debate and pointing out industry related happenings then I'm all for it. Otherwise it's dangerous in my opionion.
http://mobile.twitter.com/arrayit
on a train currently so I'm not sure if I'm posting this right. Just go to the main Arrayit Twitter page and look at the tweets from 12 days ago.
Not to mention that anyone following the company closely as I do already knew about this from Twitter. I like the press releases that list models though because I can tie that back to revenues - the Nanoprint model from this latest release sells for $117k.
Other Tweets with sales "quotes" don't mean sh*t if the inquiries don't turn into actual sales.
Thank you Silverfusion. I thought I started at the begining of the thread but must have missed some of the links you posted. I picked up on the whole Sklar thing early on but didn't question it as closely as I should have perhaps. I had some email correspondence with the company (specifically John) and was impressed overall. My dealings with Elite Financial, however, leave little to be desired. It's kind of strange to me that ArrayitDx hired them (as opposed Arrayit Inc.) but what do I know.
As I said earlier, I am long and very optimistic about the potential here. ARYC is my largest holding (with the most potential IMHO) so I am watching it closely. I'm glad I stumbled across this website. Helps keep my optimism in check.
Hi. I'm new to the Board but have been in ARYC since Sept 2009 but have been following them even before then. I am long and have added to my holdings over the past 9 months. That being said, I am finding some of the postings regarding ArrayitDX, particularly the Houston Group and John Howell interesting. The the Houston Group a company I can research or is that just a collective group of characters that have had some shady dealings?
Thanks in advance for the info.
Bill
