Your opinion is valued as is everyone else's and as you say we are on the same page. We know what needs to be done and just waiting for them to finish it. It's snowing in silverton today and I don't know if some outside testing has to be done to complete the Tailings Repository Analysis before filing. I'll go over the conditions tonight when I get home from work and see if I can't find out if there is a reason for any delay.

Keep posting and asking ?s bio.......................
You always go there. NO! As I've said before, I don't do negative. and I'm realistic about what I've invested in. A "Pink Sheet Start-Up" The numbers of successful start-ups is small. I know, as I have brought 3 and only 1 has made it. Money was the issue in 2 of the companies.
I don't back management, I understand! There's a difference.

IMO they have to file in April at the latest to keep on schedule. I want that knight piesold filing with the DRMS as badly as everyone else.........BUT............Like you out of my control................
Sorry u don't like positive
Well my apologies. But, here's my view on this.....This is a pink sheet company with little to no money to work with and a lot of work to do and crap to deal with through the Colorado DRMS. I can't control anything, but to watch the process and wait. These are the most risky investments. But, They are so close to actually getting the permit without conditions. The PPS is another story. I've lost a ton. Well actually I haven't lost until I sell, but let's say I'm down a lot! As others are! But I made a ton on a few others that had less potential, more debt and worse management. What got them moving was their NI 43-101s. In our case it will be those as well as the Mill permit. If they can pull it off,,,IMO we all win,,, if not we all lose, and that if we lose, well some u win and some u lose.

I get it suks to be down, But that's the risk we take, when we invest in start-ups............
You've seen how it's been working with the Bureaucratic Colorado Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety. The process is one that needs to be done right, so as to get the Conditions removed. Would we have wanted it done last month? Absolutely! But it takes the time it takes, to get it done right.

GL
If it wasn't for the Petition,,,,,The DRMS might never have Yielded and given the permit with conditions.
Maybe you should start another!

What's a mime sideshow? And what's wrong with the communicating? Would you have them fill the air with inane chatter just to give shareholders a warm fuzzy feeling? I stopped needing a blanky when I was 5 or 6. I read the 10 Qs and 10 Ks so I know what they are and will be doing. Look nagoya, as per your own admission, you are shorting the stock. Making money! Good for u! But for those investors who are not, to have shorters come in with outlandish comments just to get people to sell so they can get the PPS lower and make more money at others expense, Is The Lowest of Lows.............IMO

So, if ur right. IMO, he spent his own money to buy shares. Approx $2500

We'll have to see if he files a correction, and if he does, if it's an award or acquisition.
1,898,298 still doesn't add up. What am I missing?

Those of us who have tda have gotten other brokerages to be able to buy. I use e-trade and if you ask around here others will tell u whom they think may be best.

I just glanced at it. You have looked into it far deeper than I. So, todays form 4 is an acquisition of over 900 Thousand shares?
567

You missed that he acquired 1,018,058 on that form 4

I didn't do the math but, it should add up.
42º and some bare ground. Hopefully by the end of april they can start up again outside.

complain as much as u need to....it helps!
IDK, But according to the filing, he only has approx 1.6M left. So maybe just taking a little at this pps and hopefully being able to take the rest at a higher pps.
567
GL
WS It is. But the pinks all have their problems and CGFI is no different. I'm still of the mind that they can pull it off. Conditional permit, was huge. Condition removal is easily attainable, so, IMO, they can get to where they want to go. Hopefully the pps follows.

Thanks Luc, $2536 dollars for Guyer. That's a lot less then usual.

Whoever the seller was, he was trying to sell @ .0041 but no takers. So the MMs had to take the pps down to the bid sitters @ 0031 to get the needed volume to fill the sell and the buy.

correct me if I'm wrong; 3 months ending March 1st?
Not so sure I agree with u. Rice has done NI 43-101s before. I'm sure he knows how. I believe there are assays on the Champion and Silver Wing, done by the previous owner.

Other then that, we'll just have to wait for them to come out.
Good article MD, thanks

GL
I prefer positive as well. But positive or negative comments are not going to move the stock either way. Until they show the assets in an NI 43-101, we will stay where we are, making small movements up and down.
567
GL
MD, I don't know if I'll ever make any money on my old shares. But, I made a decision to start over here based on other similar gold miners and what they did and what could happen here. RISK!!!!
ABSOLUTELY!!!! And I know it. Hopefully everyone else knows the risks of investing in these sorts of stocks. I hope the old shares can have value some day for guys and gals like you and me as well.
In the mean time I would like the NI 43-101 to come out. They have to show assets on a document like that in order for larger shareholders to jump in. We know they're working on it. I hope they finish soon, and publish it.
GL MD!

No bio, the chill is not the Cease & Desist

OTCMarkets.
567
GL
And the DTCC certainly does give chills for stocks that were heavily shorted during that period of time. The DTCC is in the business of holding and so on all the shares of the brokerages. And when a large amount of shares come out of no where (which is what happens with naked shorting) the DTCC absolutely will chill on deposits. The mill permit comes after the fact, not when the chill was put on. Now it's up to CGFI to make their case to the DTCC and having a fully permitted mill that will be bringing in revenue will keep naked shorters from doing that again. Which is what the DTCC was concerned with. I don't know if you followed the whole Penson clearing house thing, but That's a whole nother story...........for another time.
We have the preliminary NI 43-101s and my guess is the full reports aren't far off.
567
GL
Hey akula, you must remember what the NI 43-101 did for lod* I believe they received over $30 Million in financing and a stock price high over $4.00. The difference there was they were laden with debt. CGFI doesn't have that problem.
Sorry IM I had to edit.
I try to be. Look ask wally about the actual process and when it started. Not when they got the mill.

Giving u a break, since u r new here.....................And you did in your post to me. R u taking it back?
Thanks for your confidence in me. But, I'm not calling him today, I'm at work.
567
GL
I will try and call him next week. Oh and thanks, but, I already have the number.
And BTW, the process is only 3 years old by CGFI. They started in 2010. Unfortunately for CGFI they were hit with a CD because they were asked to moved a dirt pile by wallys former boss at the DRMS and then they turned around and imposed a Cease and Desist for doing what they were told to do.....LOL
Hi sb, The chill was put on the stock because it was being heavily naked shorted back in March of 2011.
Now in order to get the chill removed, they, (cgfi) have to be reviewed by the DTCC and having the full mill permit without conditions, will enable the process to be successful.
