Love the vid.
God does good work. :) So much to learn from His creation.
LOL. Arizona Mining Permitting Guide, Leasing of Solid Minerals (Other than Coal or Oil Shale)
AVERAGE PROCESSING TIME:
The length of time required to process applications for prospecting permits, preference right leases, exploration licenses, and competitive leases will vary, depending on the type of operation proposed, public issues and the potential environmental effects.
The process maytake several years, in some cases.
So glad we are giving the self-exempted gov't one sixth of our economy. I am sure they will do an amazing job regulating our health (and so much more.)
LR68 Thanks! Any idea how long the process generally takes to go through all the paper work and checking by the gov't once claims are staked? (I was just wondering if there might be a substantial back log, since it's a new year for all miners. Could be that the gov't is back logged with last minute payments, etc.)
Don't know--just thinking out loud.
Thanks in advance.
Thanks so much for posting. This is a keeper.
Following you. :)
I know that in the publishing business, the longer it takes to hear back from a publishing house-- is a good sign.
Often times there is a wait period just bec of the back log but generally the wait period is told to the writer beforehand, so, if it takes longer to hear from them than there specified wait time, is a great sign--it means they are considering your work in some capacity.
When it's bad--they know right away--and so do you.
So, perhaps this is what Tracy meant when she said the longer it takes is a good sign--it could imply, they are working on strategies for the company.
We are important to them but right now, getting those investment, JV $$ is far more important.
Just my thoughts.
Thanks, Banks, Rich2. Very interesting, indeed.
This seems curious to me: Why not just sign an agreement borrowing $$ at a lower interest rate instead of negotiating a contract with no interest for 90 days--then, incurring a higher back end interest rate?
I have nothing to substantiate these were his options--but somehow, I think, this might be a consideration.
Again, just my thoughts. (Which I can change at anytime. :)
PoorRich, appreciate your wisdom. Thanks! EOM
Thanks so much! EOM
Thanks a lot, I did not realize that the funding was similar to DV--somehow I missed the info.
So we wait.
What do you think about my thinking?
It seems to me that it would not be wise to for LBSR to de-register the shares if LBSR did not have significant funding available.
And any thoughts on how significant this funding might need to be if one desires to move forward?
I've never run a business, but it seems if I was running one, I'd be hard pressed to stop/end one revenue stream, unless the next one, gave me enough for the next phase.
Thanks for helping with this.
Dittos. JMO-but I'd think the company would let it ride as well before issuing news.
Thanks so much. Kipp it coming! Very well articulated.
This is a new, much awaited season, for us.
Thanks a lot, I really appreciate it.
I know you are a real pro--and honest.
I really appreciate all your help and willingness to teach us newbies in the difficult world of investing.
Blessings!
PS I know your dad is really proud of you!
hey DJ, I always enjoy your posts. You are always so helpful to the longs. Love what the poster before said, "I appreciate your transparency and comments." Dittos, dittos, dittos.
So, here goes my question:
Also, apologies in advance for such a layman's question--but maybe I'm not the only one wondering this:
If you sold at .26 and then bought at day's end on Friday--which I imagine you plan to sell at a higher price than .0375--why not just hold the original shares you bought at .012 and then, sell higher than .0375?
TIA.
:) Probably a great many lurkers-like myself-who seldom, if ever, post.
JMO, but I believe there might be a great many "average" ppl are watching, reading and learning. (meaning non-trading, investment types.) We appreciate all the DD! We've learned a great deal.
FWIW, I'm just a small town gal who learned about this stock from investment friends. We all have been buying for sometime.
You make money on this--congrats, as well.
But honestly, many believe there's much more to be made in this.
Hope to see ya back.
Only time will tell--perhaps you are right. (Definitely hope not.)
But I must say, you made me LOL!
For a minute, I thought it was from Eeyore--sounds just like him!
Thanks for the chuckle.
Do you know if MBGS attained all necessary permits?
Quote: Among MBGS’s responsibilities is to obtain AK State mandated permits
Thanks for the info.
LOL. I think many are loading up. Nice.
My guess: the folks from India.
LOL. Adorable baby pic. (Is he yours?) There is hope for the future!
Any scenario as to how a R/S might be good?
Thanks.
Thanks for the post. Really appreciate it--following you. :)
Thanks so much for the DD. Encouraging read.
Thanks, now is the time to buy--but IMO, anytime is a good time to buy! Looking forward to this summer and many to come.
Thanks for your thoughts! Any sense (guesstimate) of how long it might take to hear about their findings?
TIA
Thanks for the info! Appreciate it.
Thanks for the info. I wouldn't want to cheat someone for a large amount--but less than, $7. Says a lot about our society.
hahaha. I am sure Scottrade would love to have you!
Scottrade sold me only *1 share* of LBSR and charged me $7 for it.
It was the lowest trade of the day and not shown.
So nice to know LBSR is the real deal and not like "most" others!
Thanks JB for all your hard work.
:)
Scottrade
Thanks Tink for the post really quite helpful and encouraging.
Tink or all, Can you tell me the properties KATX still holds? And does Kat still own a percentage of BVIG? (Or is this % the shares that will be distributed?)
Thanks any info.
Thanks, Tink. Received the same info via my broker. :)

Thanks for the verification.
Re: naked short selling. From what I've heard this is a common misconception (that all naked shorting is illegal).
Pennies can be naked short sold by the MM's.
I did a search and saw many things like this:
http://seekingalpha.com/instablog/2406831-shortracker/651241-naked-short-selling-is-killing-otc-companies
How does one know when someone (a real person) is selling--when it's legal for the pennies to be naked short sold? Just curious.
TIA
Ahhhhh, I crown you Nicemann! Thanks for the cutting edge info!:)
