Gamblers who will sell it tomorrow. Lower lows and lower highs. What a beaut this turkey is. How all them hedges tasting?
Yeah, I bet Warren Buffet checks iHub every morning before the markets open to learn the inside dope on cannabis stocks. These boards provide a forum for social/economic masturbation and that's basically it. People already have their mind made up what they want to hear before they click on a board. Any true objective investor with an ounce of experience would have dumped evio a long time ago. Sorry to be so harsh, but the signs were always here to read if one had the ambition to follow the facts. evio (no cap letters on purpose) is a total crapshoot at this point. There are no ranges to trade or solid reasons to take a long term view on a company that has squandered its opportunity. Will it get a second chance? Who knows.
So many other places to be.
GLTA
Where are them darn hedges when you need em? All that reconnaissance for nothing!
Good point.

Now I know why this board is uselessly full of disinformation and a lack of cogent analysis and why it constantly believes the lies of touts who just tell them what they want to hear and not what their eyes see.
Management is the Board of Directors. So that's that!
yada yada yada, you're right and the whole rest of the investing world is wrong. all I ask for are numbers that back up rosy claims and that makes me a bully...LMAO! My agenda is and always has been to make honest judgements based upon facts. very simple approach. I have been a buyer and a seller of evio over time and have forecast up and down movements. sorry the current malaise doesn't suit your sensitivities. If you think this puppy is worth 2 or 3 times what the market does, then please step up and keep buying, I have anecdotal evidence that just offering services does not always translate into profits. And wtf are restricted buying options? Oh, you must mean the diluting convertible notes and debentures. Wow, the brilliant analysis you can pick up here is astounding.
GLTY
spider mites...
What data points are you using to derive a $1 pps???? What revenues? Margins? OS count? You can't just throw silly numbers out here without some explanation. TIA.
ps: did it ever cross your mind that maybe evio was overvalued a year ago?
I expect that the hedges will still be FOS.
Some DD is real and based upon facts and other DD is mostly BS and based upon fantasy and ignorance. Some folks still honor facts and others find them inconvenient. Some like thinking for themselves and others need a conman to sell them a con job. Take your choice while we still have a free country.
Because he has been more correct than the other guy. Just a hint.
Give me $4M and I'll open you a lab that can test 100 batches a day anywhere you want and guarantee it passes inspection and gets certified. And I'm a nice guy too.
The issue is no reported revenues. No filings. No guidance. No follow through on business plan. No cash on hand. No investor interest in poor management. A lot of hope and hype, though.
And btw/ because a lab may cost a couple of $$M's to open doesn't mean the asset is worth that some time in. Used equipment is of questionable value.
Average industry cost to start a new lab is $2- 2.5M. Don't forget to turn the lights off on your way out.
No, it's a financial transaction. Basically a divestiture of a lab. Actually a smart move to scale back and start to solidify the balance sheet. Maybe the beginning of a turnaround strategy but with evio it will take a while to figure out what is really going on.
Thanks for clarifying what I suspected. It looks like a financing deal that pays evio some bucks up front and then a very modest royalty on the lab that will be fully owned by three guys (or gals). evio will probably supply technical input (consulting) to get it up and running.
UNDERSTAND THOUGH: This is not a bad deal for evio. It is just not a big deal. It helps to get some money in without more dilution but it is a treading water operation.
What is the evio equity interest in all of these labs? Are they mostly license agreements (now and to be)? What are the revenue and margin expectations?? Have you analysed the revenue potential of each lab (based on its operating capacity- so how large or small are each lab?)? These are the more valuable questions rather than the state licence status (that is important also).
Thanks for your legwork, but numbers are numbers and the market eventually always pays more attention to numbers than hype- except for early hype which was extinguished here a long time ago.
Of course I did. When you go to your link and try to link to "Gexin Analytical Labs" you get nothing. If you go to LinkedIn you get a website under construction. This is a startup operation and not an established player. That doesn't make them bad people or mean that they won't succeed. It just is what it is and whatever it is... is still a mystery.
Under Construction
I, for one, am sick and tired of people who question MY support of the people who serve this country just because I disagree with them and they feel some kind of special privilege because they are or have been in uniform. I have family in two branches of military service and neither one of them has ever referred to themselves as a secret agent or worthy of any more adulation than the school kids who are repeatedly giving their lives for the NRA.
If I mocked anything it was the "super hero" clandestine cloak you threw over your rather mundane recognizance mission. There could be some value, I guess, if you walked into a lab and it was closed for business. There is no great mystery here in evio land. We have a mismanaged company that has diluted its share structure and has repeatedly mislead its shareholders. If and when that changes, the share price might rebound, and only if meaningful ongoing revenues are demonstrated. Very simple DD and I didn't even have to take a field trip.
And WTF is Gexin? Not even a website. A start-up? Wonder how long to wait for the 8K on this baby.
Looks more and more like evio is becoming a consulting and licensing enterprise. Not the original business model. Some cash now, but to be used for what? Not enough for a new wholly owned lab. Debt relief? Vacations? C'mon ww, tell us what is really happening that will enhance ongoing revenues. Like a filing or two or three... ?
Yada Yada Yada... top secret undercover missions... join the cannabis green berets and see the world... sounds like a new hedge to me(giggles).
This is a crap shoot with more and more time passing without any filings. Last quarterly filing was over 8 months ago. The 10K is 4 months overdue. So there is no choice but to discount valuation. This is further aggravated by down listing on the exchange. Having said all of that, IF evio is still testing and producing revenues even at recent modest claims, then sub .40 would look like a value buy opportunity. The other thing the TAR model looks at is technical indicators and those are weak but not committal at the moment. Meaning is that this drip below what looked like base building around the .40 mark is disheartening, though there has been no heavy volume to suggest a bottom. Keep in mind that 50K shares at these levels is less than $20K.
If one believes that evio is not dead and that at some point it will get the reporting and other issues behind it and resume revenues, then you should add to your shares here. If you have followed TAR recommendations in the past, then you know we believe in taking some profits off the table on rallies. Don't have to worry about that at the moment.
TAR will advise if a stronger signal develops. We have a small position at moment and will add below .40, but we're playing with house money here and can be a little more cavelier with it.
GLTY
Anybody see any "Hedges"? We need plenty of hedges and fast.!!! I think fraud man has left the building after falling into his hedges. LMAO!
TAR still waiting for a buy signal. Should have been here by now, but it's late. Just like evio...
GLTA.
No signs of life over an extended period of time. That is usually considered bad news.
Pretty soon, evio will have to look up in order to look down. By the time the "hedgers" figure that one out we could be in the 20s. (Hope not but what's going to stop this slide?).
Absence of my favorite "Hedger" leads one to believe he's finally done selling, but then again, he may have more "hedges" than we originally thought.
GLTA
It's the time between when your 10K is due and when your attorney tells you that you bankrupted the company.
People keep trying to equate growth in the cannabis industry and the passage of new laws with success for evio. This is futile. evio is a single company that has to prove itself on its own merits and not on the merits of the industry in general or other companies. Incompetence, mismanagement, a short sighted business model, and even some bad luck sprinkled on top has long hindered this company's growth and any related share appreciation. TAR has talked about these things for a long time and took a lot of heat for being a naysayer. Sometimes reality isn't what we wish it was, but it is what it is. Looks at the moment like there is price stability at .40 but that won't hold much longer.
TAR targets: .32-.52: Yes we are right in the middle of that.
GLTA
LMAO! The word “expected” in evio means “I have a bridge in the desert to sell you” Don’t hold your breath waiting for anything from these clowns or you might drown in the sand.
Yap all you want at management... they have a majority share interest. Think of them as a couple of Mitch McConnell's who can do whatever they want with no regard for the will of the people. Just their own interests and the rules say they can. Just like the Senate is skewed to over-representation for small states that always vote red no matter that their interests are always getting screwed, evio's prefered share structure and ww's holdings means he is Mitch McConnell and the rest of us get screwed. Keep buying, though, someday there'll be a bounce and everyone can try to get out at the same time.
The model includes the management.... no way to get rid of them.... you are stuck, sorry.
How's that great "HEDGE" lab stock doing? Looks like its down about 25% since your tout and sinking. Individual companies must justify their own existence and not rely on the buzz the industry gets. You are the best stock picker I have ever heard talk about himself. LMAO!
evio is:
...the second best version of...
evio is:
I bought some a couple of weeks ago @ .42. About a third of what I’m willing to ultimately put back into a position with this. In no rush. Said I would add in 30s or above .48 with some signs of strength or news that I deem real and meaningful. In the meantime I see no excitement here.
GLTY
I guess you haven't noticed the equal selling that has built a so far impenetrable wall. Why not say $2 or $5 by June 1? Just as silly.
that's the spirit! good job!! you really are a TAR-man!
ROTFLMAO! Anandia Labs is primarily a pharma/research operation that is a zillion times larger and revenue producing (in reality and potential) than friggin Keystone. Apples and "Oringess"
There is no such thing as a hedge to investing in a penny stock that doesn’t have options. Your amateur standing remains intact. Buying a second security is just and only that. LMAO
