VERY NICE!
Looks like a Power Team to me. :)
According to my research and other DD received by members of this board (Tiso, Rook, Crusader, Gem) it is evident that Seawind International is where all the Revenue is generated. The first merger was a stepping stone. The next move should be the official acquisition of Seawind International and, of course, financing news. This would be a huge acquisition as Seawind International has a large pipeline of existing and future projects.
PSPW: BULLISH!!
I don't believe the new management team is temporary... My opinion is that they are creating a long term strategy to gain traction in the growing renewable energy industry. Moreover, they are positioning themselves, (as smart, savvy businessmen do), to capitalize on their proven success, experience and business connections with the intention of creating massive equity through public company status (stock exchange).
One of the most powerful ways to achieve massive wealth in the world is via Stock Price Appreciation. Now, if these gentlemen can secure financing (which I believe is already complete) and execute a few moderate sized projects the pps will increase substantially. The goal of every public company is to raise capital, make smart decisions and implement a strategy that ultimately increases shareholder value. We all know this. :)
One of the important keys is the overall Market Capitalization of the company... If the new management can generate the required accomplishments and accelerate the PPS to, let's say for example, $10 PPS... then the company is now worth over 1 billion dollars. At which point management could choose the option to liquidate a portion of restricted shares to create an infusion of free "cash flow" to accelerate the business growth. This is a very common strategy of public companies and extremely smart. Leveraging outside financing coupled with the sale of restricted shares creates a dynamic combination that facilitates a strong balance sheet.
Overall... I believe the new management is going to go BIG... they are not in this to play games and waste their valuable time and resources.
Expect a big announcement soon. The addition of Wilson to the Board (representing Seawind) further solidifies the potential increase in PPS... believe me... these gentlemen want to make a boatload of money and they will surely accomplish that via Share Price Appreciation. Seawind alone was granted some 40,000,000+ shares after the initial merger.
This is a REAL BUSINESS with REAL PEOPLE delivering REAL PRODUCTS and SERVCES in a dynamically growing industry... Renewable Energy is in its infancy and will continue to grow rapidly and become part of our everyday lives.
PSPW is in a perfect position to capitalize on this momentum.
LONG PSPW!!!! OUTLOOK: BULLISH
Have a great weekend all!
And remember... All of this is must my opinion.
I also wanted to thank GEMSEEKER for introducing me to this stock! Thanks GEM! It seems everything GEM touches turns to Gold so I am 100% confident in the future success of PSPW.
LONG 85,000 shares currently.
Hope my paint job made in time... it is showing 16:00.02 as the time stamp. Those MMs are criminal. :)
LONG PSPW.
Kzoostocky... my orders at the bid are not meant to have much of an effect at all... my strategy is simply to add the to Bid stack in hopes that the bid keeps increasing.
We don't want those .20 cent spreads... they are not healthy for price action. That is all my intention is.
A stock with strong Bid support (buyers) is a good thing.
Thanks kzoostocky...
I will be sure to hit the ask at EOD for a nice paint. :)
And if I can get them at these LOW prices... why not. :) Until the rest of the world finds out about this stock I might as well try to get the shares as cheaply as possible. :)
LONG PSPW!
Sleepthief... I respectfully ask that you don't respond to my posts unless you have something positive to say.
:)
Nice going Tiso... as always you are the Master of DD.
Already have a bunch of shares... thought I would add some bid support.
How about you? Are you supporting the bid anywhere?
If we had 100,000 to 200,000 shares in volume, we could see a nice shift upward in pps. The level 2 looks very weak on the ask side... so a little bit of buying should push this well over 1 dollar very easily.
I still can't believe this stock is under a buck. It really amazes me.
LONG PSPW!
Would be nice to see some real volume one of these days.
LONG PSPW! Sitting on the bid ready to buy more. :)
Just offering some bid support... already have a nice stockpile. :)
I have an order to buy 5000 shares at the bid at .40 and it is not showing up on level 2.
Hilarious! Strange indeed
My thoughts exactly... I would have expected healthy volume today. I am sure the new leadership will pay close attention to getting the pps higher. :)
Let's crank up this volume :)
Funds should be clear tomorrow... I will join in the party and buy some more shares. :)
LONG PSPW!
Nice Going Rookiecrd1!
I will be joining the Bid support tomorrow... My funds will be cleared by then. I should have wired the money... my check took 5 days to clear with my broker.
LONG PSPW... hope I can get some more shares in the .50s tomorrow. :)
Exactly Rook!
He will still be in the mix, no doubt, he still has
his 50,000 shares. :)
This is fantastic news! I won't be able to sleep tonight. :)
LONG PSPW... All of our patience will be greatly rewarded.
:)
LOL... Exactly...
Buckle your seatbelts... here we go!
Christmas is coming early this year!!
I can't believe how good this news is.
I love Durrant. And believe me folks... he is still involved
with 3Power. :)
That is Excellent News!!
Mr. Durrant has delivered as always. :) He has set PSPW for extreme success with the announcement of these new appointments.
And folks... Mr. Durrant stepping down was expected... he is still involved with the company don't worry about that. :)
I was hoping Umamaheswaran Balasubramaniam would be named as Chief Executive Officer. :) "Effective as of October 19, 2011, Mr. Umamaheswaran Balasubramaniam ("Bala") has been appointed as the Company's Chief Executive Officer. He has served as a member of the Company's Board since September 12, 2011.

This varies from overseeing major projects to managing start-up ventures from inception to operational assignments.
Until recently, Bala served as Chief Executive Officer and member of the executive committee of Dubai Sports City, the world's first purpose-built integrated sports city having joined at its inception in 2003. Key responsibilities involved overseeing the project management, development and prompt delivery of the $3.6 billion project."
AND this is HUGE... "Appointment of Shariff Rehman as Chief Financial Officer Effective as of October 19, 2011, Mr. Shariff Rehman has been appointed as the Company's Chief Financial Officer. He has served as a member of the Company's Board since September 12, 2011.

And "Mr. James Wilson was appointed to the Board. Since 2001, Mr. Wilson has served as the co-founder, chief executive officer and director of Seawind Energy Limited ("Seawind Energy") and Seawind Services Limited ("Seawind Services" and together with Seawind Energy, the "Seawind Companies")."
Toby orchestrated some GREAT things!
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!
I love how PSPW is strictly by the book. This stock is gonna fly!
Am I glad I loaded up on this stock.
See ya all tomorrow!
Any painter's out there?
Let's close at the ask. :)
This stock is soooo ready to explode... :)
The future is BRIGHT for PSPW!
I have a gut feeling we will receive some Great News this week.
:)
I love this company!
Thank you to whomever was hitting the ask today. :) Nice Going!!
LOL... no volume today.
Is Durrant on vacation. Let's go with the news release.
:)
Thanks!
I am considering buying some more shares tomorrow.
The volume has been low but I would sure like to own
some more before this baby pops.
:)
LOL... agreed.
I sold most of my shares above .80 cents.
Picked up a few cheap shares at .18 recently to play another run.
We shall see if that happens.
Either way... the whole share split is definitely questionable and a bit shady.
Penny Stocks are comedy! No doubt!
Hello All,
I have been following PSPW for the past 3 months... Bought in
back in August!
Holding for the long term. Looking forward to the upcoming News Release.
Great to see so many PSPW shareholders on board.
May we all prosper. :)
I completely understand your position... I will post updated info as soon as I receive it. Happy Trading!
For all of you MPG followers you will find comfort in this news... It looks like MPG is finally getting some attention as a takeover candidate. Although I cannot divulge details (MPG was my previous employer) there are current talks for a cash buyout going on.
Looking at the current valuation of the company and improving outlook I would estimate an 8-11 dollar a share buyout. That is my opinion... in a better market they would fetch much more.
Let's see what happens. :)
