Many moons ago (1+ bil shares since), I told you Tivudilution not Tivulution. I guess there's always hope.

One cannot tell for sure how they acquired their shares or how many by what means. However, a company will place free trading shares with MM's to make a market for their equities.
The beneficial holders listing offers only the fact that they control 5% or more of the company stock. Read into it what you want but the rest is speculation.

It would be par for the course . . . news without anything happening.
Brook is fully aware of investor fatigue and unrest here.
I am sure he is challenged to respond to the same questions and concerns over and over again, without newsworthy progress, from multiple shareholders.
He is also aware of the timeline allowed through restructuring of existing notes. I am giving him the benefit of doubt through that time frame.
D
Maronti,
You know as much as any of us. MTVO is a long shot, if Brook gets financing this flies, if not we go down. It's really this simple. One needs to either buy a few lottery tickets or not.
MCap under $100k for a public company in developmental stage, with reasonable share structure, patents pending and still a pulse. This is what one gets with MTVO at this level. High risk, high reward.
If one did not win on the trade when it ran a 3-4 bagger, then we missed the trade opportunity a couple years back.
At this point I can be patient and have support in, in the mid to lower trips. If anyone wants to sell at that level I will buy them.
GLTU and IMHO
D
R3, I appreciate your comments. I too, have reduced posting and am simply investing in stealth mode. You know how to reach me should you ever feel the need.
The question still remains will TIVU be a guppy or shark? lol
D
Let it be known, that I'd like nothing more than a fantastic PR announcement, but only if and when SP speaks he does so with authority, conviction and follow through. That is how you earn respect, IMHO.
D
In Pinkie land everyone has a dream and shot at landing the big fish, businesses and investors both seeking the proverbial pot of gold. Many do not succeed, in fact most do not.
I have spent many hours speaking to and communicating with CEO's of OTC qb and pink issues. They all say what you want to hear, that's their job or part of their scam, to build investor awareness and confidence. They are public for one reason only, to fund their company through the capital markets. What I have found most telling is the methods and actions surrounding funding through dilution. Either, the company shelves a project until viable financing is acquired in tandem with public markets financing to preserve share structure and enhance shareholder value or they dilute the crap out of the company to scam folks or self indulge. If it is neither of those two then it is simply poor judgement, poor planning, unrealistic goals, basically incompetence.
The history of Prime Link, Max WiFi and now Tivus is a pattern that one should not dismiss. This history and current death spiral / toxic financing is a hole dug that is becoming deeper and deeper. Is there a way out? Possibly for the business idea, but as we near tapping out the AS once again, the chances of current long term investors to recapture their investment from TIVU the stock, less so. Personally, I believe there will be an AS raise to 10 bil+ or an RS in the near term.
I've told numerous folks here the best thing SP could do is keep his mouth shut until he can really deliver the goods. His credibility takes a hit from both the stock and company side with each announcement. One because he dilutes into news and secondly because his follow through history is never timely if at all.
Tivus is now a lottery ticket with a pulse, IMHO. GLTA
D
Good idea but bit off more than he could chew.
SP's past experience with pinkies, has him wavering between supporting the stock vs. supporting the company. Attempts to play in the sandbox with bullies is a whole different game.
One has to ask, if this was the next best thing then why wasn't he able to secure private financing (non toxic) given numerous big name fish swirling the pond (Marriott)?
His high level discussions in NY this week are not the first. See winter 2010, where he presented to investors and came away stating that they had now secured debt financing, to be secured by contracts. What happened there? What happened to contracts? The only financing since then is more convertible notes, 504's, shares for services and other company funding through share sales.
Play the stock or play the company, this is Pinkie land. We all want to discover the next TASR launch from Pinkie's to big board.
It's funny how things have changed, last year you thought I was picking on you for the exuberance you came in with. Not a problem, just interesting.
All IMHO. GLTA
D
Incorrect, it wasn't the fan base nor the weather. More politics and deceit than anything else.
First two, while still in Seattle.
D
The green is nice but when is summer going to come? LOL, from the East side of the Lake. D
No worries, I was venting too, in a positive way. lol.
D
I believe we are speaking the same language.
I did not mean that the points had positive implications.
I did mean that your points were well taken from a pragmatic point of view.
D
You're dangerous with them videos. LOL
Very good points!
D
I do see Nite now w/209 mil at Bid.
D
I show 107 mil at the bid
D
Not to mention they are unaudited
D
6/5/12 MCAP = $677,164
- 2,257,214,279 x .0003
6/3/11 MCAP = $1.649 mil
- 97,000,000 x .017
8/5/11 MCAP = $770,103
- 197,462,349 x ..0039
8/15/11 MCAP = $4.748 mil
- 215,883,402 x .022 (52 week intra day high but closed at .012 w/ MCAP at close of $2.59 mil)
MCAP hit ~ $5.8 mil on last run to .0029 with ~ 2 bil O/S
MCAP ~$10 mil in August/Sept 2010 when s/p hit .22+ with less than 50 mil O/S and even smaller float.
Where do the good folks here think Tivus MCAP should be?
D
They have also begun inserting ads in their Caribbean operations, featuring diluted cocktails to match their diluted share structure.
D
PR's in Tivudilution land don't have happy endings.
D
What a waste of funds, nothing new to offer except a bald head, updated diagrams and a customer testemonial.
It may have been the longest confirmed non dilutive trading spell in Tivus recent history. Trying to find a positive spin here. lol
D
Maddening!
D
I can conclusively say there is no dilutive trading so far today. lol
D
Front loading going on at 0002? Next pump coming soon?
Sounds like a TIVU PR.
GLTA
D
My oh my, small bid at .0105. Not much support, losing stability at these levels. Sure hope Barry takes note to stimulate investor interest beyond their web site.
D
They've kept things close to the vest for years. I thought it was previously reported that the settlement/undisclosed amount was ~1.5 mil?

Helicos BioSciences Corporation Settles its Patent Litigation Against Pacific Biosciences, Inc.
Litigation Against Illumina, Life Technologies Continues
CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Helicos BioSciences Corporation (OTCQB: HLCS.PK) announced today that it has settled its patent infringement litigation against Pacific Biosciences, Inc. The settlement gives Pacific Biosciences freedom-to-operate from Helicos's patents within a limited field of use covering Pacific Biosciences' current products only. In addition to paying an undisclosed financial settlement, Pacific Biosciences agreed to refrain from challenging the validity, enforceability, or patentability of any of Helicos's patents, which includes halting its efforts in the inter partes reexamination of the patents in suit with the USPTO.
"After carefully evaluating sales trends in the next generation sequencing marketplace over the last several quarters, including the trend in Pacific Biosciences's sales, and balancing potential future recovery versus litigation cost, we have concluded that the best course of action for Helicos is to settle with Pacific Biosciences" stated Dr. Ivan Trifunovich, President and CEO of Helicos. "The settlement and the associated non-exclusive and non-sublicensable license are narrowly focused on Pacific Biosciences's own technology. Our aim is to focus on the market leader Illumina as well as on Life Technologies, and we plan on continuing to pursue vigorously the patent infringement cases against them."

Problem is that depth of information requires an NDA, which I am not willing to do.

What ever happened to the GSA deal/group rumors that catapulted LLLI over .20? I've queried BL on that in the past and an offshoot was always in the works. Haven't followed up on that for a while.
Many of the supposed deals included a commitment to buy a predetermined amount of stock in a set time frame. Which if they ever came to fruition would move LLLI like the GSA deal, which fell through.
D
I have made the same suggestions, if only . . .
PR program would be great but willing to wait for significant contract/relationship announcement worthy of PR. At least we aren't baraged with fluff.
D
Yes, tax loss sellers eoy. I know a few who did.
Very nice pick up, there are a few of us who have been around for a while.
Brook and Montavo are in my neck of the woods so have met with him numerous times on Montavo progress.
GLTU, might want to hang on to those shares this one is going to be boom or bust. Moves easy to .02
D
I will wait also.
D
Heard from Brook this week, we will be catching up end of month or so.
There have been happenings behind the scene to assist in acquiring financing.
D
Are you in?
D
Atlas can make it happen if they want. Positive fundamental news could also make this happen at the retail level.
D
Agreed, is this enough to further stimulate HLCS to break the 50MA?
Sounds about right to me.
