Thank you just remember, we need to be patient. Good things come to those who wait with a purpose. BTW, my tux arrived wrong....got to go in again on fri..
I'm not so sure that the Steads want to disclose results too early. Just a gut feeling. Good news will wait for the most opportune time. Without inside knowledge,we. the shareholders are left to shimmy and sway to the will of those who choose to bail. We know results are good. To remain long can sometimes be a test. You know, when the history of fantastic pink plays are written...this could be chapter one. Perhaps. J
Not retired yet...Gov't won't let me retire until I am too old to enjoy it. Good night. Bed, then I have to pick up my tux in the morning. Damn, I am going to miss my second consecutive Open in two years.. 'night...Jeff
I agree, love to see a bidding war for our properties with Vale and another Major. Sweet.
Been busy with my daughter's wedding and have missed too many posts. Nice to hear from you--to answer your question, I don't bother with Vale, on a day-to-day basis...I believe they know what they are doing. Why, has something outstanding presented it self? J
We need patience as much as we need volume.
Good evening Mr. Gump!
Careful sir, you are in danger of becoming well liked. No drill results today, I gather. Your knowledge and experience would be an asset in days to come. Peace J
Jason, I'll take a stab at this.
There are all types of personalities present in any given market in any time frame.
The daytrader takes his low entry and sells at his target. The swing trader takes a piece out of the middle of the uptrend. The long term trader has a much longer profit horizon. There are both speculators and long term investors. (and many who just don't have a clue what to do. Too many of them...the "weak hands")
Those who bought low (as in KATX for instance), might just be locking in profit from their extremely low entry. Some are just scared and pulled the trigger out of fear.
I have chosen to take the long side on this trade despite my higher entry point and keep. Been underwater on this trade since the sub .20's. I am not at risk because I didn't buy price, I bought a company. We have tremendous upside.
You know, there are just too many individual reasons to give a "perfect" answer to this question. It is a valid question that has spawned many tomes if intense consideration.
I hope I have shed some light on this subject.
Great!!!!
This would really upset my daughter. "Sorry kid, umm. gotta slap dat ask one more time!"
Me too....been funding a wedding instead! lol
Geez, I thought it was mr G slappin' the ask! Go Kat!
As usual, an opinion dressed as fact.
good night
Not able to post it. File protected. Been up since 715 am est, myself. Have to be present for the open. Old habit not willing to break. Good night everyone. Rem: " We good!". J good night.
The file is protected, except for the link. I don't believe I have too many posts left. IMO this is a great asset to our existing DD. You decide. It is technical and intense. As we progress into the new BB position, there should be some who would find this very revelant. My email is tantalos60@yahoo.com I am going to bed. @ the open, Jeff
OK. Speculators aren't that intune to the nuances of a long position. Get in and get out. Did it , done that, NOW looking for a great play that will allow me to retire. This is it. I am 50 and just want the same thing as you. I am not immune to a fantastic setup. This is very good. My email is tantalos60@yahoo.com tired. Jeff Your email would be welcome. Jeff Good night all! Last post
I have been bombarded with alot of info in the DD. There is no such thing as too much information. This report comes straight from the horses mouth. While we might not appreciate this completly, There might be some who wouldn't have looked at this. This is straight from the Provincial Reports for Natural Resources of this Province. Plus. there are reports pertaining to the last ten years, or better. My point is that this is relevant. I believe this this is a worthy submission. Jeff
The whole file is copy protected except for the link I gave. Otherwise, I would have posted the whole damn thing. J
click and open it. chapter one has the full report for 2010 in the BV Penn. I can't believe you all can't figure this out. No malace intended. Jeff
cover page complete with instructions on opening this 279 mb file. It says "click here"
Open my link from the previous posts from me. You are partially responsible for this because you sent me to this site. Jeff
Please open the link on my last post..Go to chapter one and scroll down to look at the pics. Rusty Ridge is better than this outcrop of weathered copper. Axially viewed with a seriated cross-section showing the copper ore. TY Jeff Check out the scale.
Biochemist2002, I posted this Wed. and no one looked at it. This is some really good stuff. Why should I bother posting my work if no one bothers to look? http://www.nr.gov.nl.ca/mines&en/geosurvey/publications/2010_Cover.pdf
Check out chapter one. View the pics and understand why I am still harping on this.....Jeff
http://www.nr.gov.nl.ca/mines&en/geosurvey/publications/2010_Cover.pdf
Fantastic info. Check out the pics on the BV The scale is huge and is all copper ore. Jeff
I posted my own dd wed. with a link to the current report on minerals in .Lab. and NF. Huge file. Don't think amybody read it. Wasn't in the existing DD file. I will repost it for you. Chapter one concerns copper in the BV. Penn.. Jeff
HELLO! Someone answer my post, please. Just got home from work, what happened today? Jeff
http://www.nr.gov.nl.ca/mines&en/geosurvey/publications/2010_Cover.pdf
This is a link to "Current Research Report 10-1"
I have just barely scratched the surface on this one. Chapter one covers copper mineralization on the BV Penn.
It is a pdf file and is huge. The pics on copper stratification is worth checking out, alone. The scale is dynamic!
The document is protected against copying and therefor I couldn't present you anything but the link.
Hi. I have listened to all the posts concerning the stock 1 to 4. This is my take on it. According to company info if you buy or are holding on the 16th you will receive the KATC stock. That much to me is clear. Own on the 16th and you are in. This is not a dividend as some have tried to claim. This is payment to us for owning the Handcamp. The Handcamp belongs to us KATX shareholders--this is payment. J
In regards to the forthcoming drilling of RR it is significant that in spite of the excitment produced by this large deposit...the Handcamp was given precedent. This is a telling insight into the mind of our CEO. RR may be similar to the Olympic Dam, yet he chose to drill the Handcamp first. When a person draws a straight flush, you would be foolish not to bet the cards. I'm happy! Comments?
Good evening! Just got home from work....what happened today?
Good night all. Long week. Too hot. rem: "We Good!" peace..Jeff
Good night to you also Gump90. I have no axe to grind.
Needed and welcome....With the Handcamp going to katg a little news on the copper side of the issue would be great. J
pure BS....Post some DD in support of that statement.
GM! Is NITE on top this morning?
LOL I wish his awsome DD could be shared with all of us. Remends me of an old co-worker. Nothing ever made him happy. So, as I said earlier today----enlighten us.
Enlighten us
People, listen--this is just one day. Many of you are way ahead. We are good. Hang tight--pps will rise with the drilling. Yes, it will.
I've lost alot of money (ALOT!) today is nothing. Stay real. Good times are coming. Peace Jeff
See all of you tomorrow..lawnwork beckons. Rem: we are very good! Peace Jeff

Mine was a very tempered observation.
