wish VSPC provided the same level of detail....
Seems only 2 posters claim they received the gift shares
I wonder...........
So when this hits .10 next year he's up almost $9.2 million
Nice return
$40K at .004 is 100,000,000 shares when he "converts"
always a good omen when the "last trade" reads .0000
selling in the 5 decimals again
COMPARISON TO ORDINARY NAPIER AND SWITCHGRASS:
Compared to ordinary napier, the hybrids are better in terms of calorific value and average yield. The pelletized napier, promoted by VIASPACE, tested by SGS North America, has a heating value of 17.97 MJ/kg or 7,725.7 Btu/lb (www.biofuelsdigest.com). This is lower than the hybrids’. On the other hand, according to ECN Phyllis database, napier grass has 18.31 MJ/kg (7,871.9 Btu/lb) calorific value, which is equal to that of Super Napier’s. However, an ordinary napier yields only 35.27 ton/ha-year, but can go as high as 62.28 ton/ha-year if grown over 4 years (Burton 1989 and Mislevy et al. 1989 as cited by Fedenko 2011).
However, if forage is of no concern, one good alternative is the switchgrass, which can be grown in marginal lands. The grass has a heating value of 18.5MJ/kg or 7,953.6 Btu/lb. From ECN Phyllis database, the value ranges from 17.3-18.11 MJ/kg or 7,437.7 - 7,785.9 Btu/lb. It is best grown as a one cut per year crop with 8.7 (for upland) -14.2 tons/ha (for lowland ecotype) yield (American Society of Agronomy 2010 and Samson 2007).
thanks for the info and some sanity around here. TA didn't request SS# (in fact told me they didn't need it) but I can see the 1099 need. Still TA maybe gets my SS#, no way I send it to PPJE
I'll just print my own- be worth as much as those mailed!!

I just found $1,000,000 of confederate money I got from the back of a Spider-Man comic when I was a kid!
Right after depositing them into my Bank of America account I'm going by Fidelity and deposit my PPJE gift shares!
What a fraud this has turned into
You send the $1000 to the Nigerian prince?
Rule number one is don't give your SS# out to anyone
TA said its not required
Didn't provide my SS# to Basu for obvious reasons, contacted TA and was told not needed
Basu response:
That's news to me, thank you for letting me know.

to me
We ask for it, but will not hold up the issuance of shares without it.

Did. Twice
Did yours come in the mail or added to your account?
Looks like it is a scam
Poorly played,
but a scam nevertheless
I'm in the exact same boat- 5 years, sent info and nothing
Makes you wonder if .....
biofuel feedstock and/or animal feed all takes due time, labor, effort and financing to accomplish.
Time Effort Financing
None of which they have
did you receive paper certs or shares added to your account?
I have 3 confirmations over the years that she had all the info (except my SS# which I refuse to give) and requested the shares be added to my fidelity account, but she does have my home address- nothing so far
Being grown and being bought are two different things
Why the selloff this afternoon?
Mine (and my boss's) are all covered
Everybody else I've talked to are also covered
Thanks for the advice
Once this year's 1 for 125,000 split is completed we will start all over again
There's Santa too! Right?
I'm trying to buy control also- why do I have to pay retail while Dr Cream gets 50% off?
And do all shareholders get free trips to Hawaii and Southeast Asia?
Anyone else think that because of all the 2015 kool-ade being touted means the November 10-Q is going to blow worse than usual?
Toxic financing?
And if they shorted in April, don't you think that they have covered by now?
I would love to see your proof because I don't believe there are any shorts naked or otherwise
All I see is unethical management touting an inactive patent in pinkyland
If only there were any shorties here. But alas, there are none.
A shortie, a shortie. My kingdom for a shortie
LMFAO
Looking to speed up Mr Cream's takeover
That card has been played already

Jim Twedt, President and CEO of Hydra, said, “This purchase gives us an order backlog of over $11,000,000, and, I believe it is further evidence of the significance fuel cells will have in freeing America from hydrocarbon dependence in electric generation
You got the sleeping part correct
So long and strong
Long= held longer than 1 year
Like seeing share price drop 99.999%?
Have faith in management that gives you 1 share for every 125,000 you bought a year ago?
LMAO
How do shorts cover when bid comes back? Short again and cover at .0001 again just like they did pre 1 for 125,000 reverse split!!
LMAO
30+ posts of jibberish just to get on the breakout board
they must get a bonus or something
looks like RS delay may be due to FINRA investigation
"the Company’s new, higher share price will likely be temporary due to the lack of any underlying business success to create support for a higher market valuation. In addition, FINRA realizes that in all probability, upon enactment of the inflated share price, existing note holders have an increased incentive to convert their debt into freely tradable shares and may begin selling these shares in the market. Should such selling pressure occur, and the new share price decrease, any shareholder that purchased at $.20 will most likely suffer a loss. Should the cycle of selling continue, the outstanding shares will increase, potentially into the billions, until the share price is once again $.0001. Taking this into account, FINRA’s concerns are self-evident."
2014 events:
9B+ share dilution
proposed 1 for 125,000 reverse split
If you do the math and the RS gets approval, over a 9 month period frankie and boobie have implemented a 1 for 125,000 reverse split
If you held one million shares on 1/1/2014 after the proposed second split you will have eight
If you had 100,000 preferred shares you still will have 100,000 shares
And don't forget the dilution of over 9 billion (with a "b") common shares
Hope FINRA is all over this one

Although FINRA has not issued a responsive statement, one of its mandates is to protect investors and maintain fair and orderly markets. In this instance, the Company’s stock is actively trading at $.0001 per share. The Company’s total outstanding shares increased from 893,615,983 one year ago to 6,865,010,372 as of April 2014. ECOS has been in the development stage since January 1, 2007 and has not reported any revenues since September, 2010. The overwhelming majority of the increase in outstanding stock is the result of the conversion of convertible debt, and most of funds received by the company from the note holders was used for salaries, as well as interest on the convertible debt and fees for staying a publicly-traded company (such as satisfying reporting obligations). Although the information in the Company’s filings as to its business operations is sparse, it has been in the same business with the same management since 2007, without any financial success. As of June 30, 2014, the Company had approximately $664,000 in convertible outstanding notes payable. The Company intends to complete a 1:2000 reverse split, which will reduce the total outstanding shares to 3.9 million and presumably increase the share price to $.20.
However, the Company’s new, higher share price will likely be temporary due to the lack of any underlying business success to create support for a higher market valuation. Taking this into account, FINRA’s concerns are self-evident.
The assignment of the patent lapsed last August for non-payment-curious right before the merger. boy this thing smells.
hoping the SEC RS delay is due to them looking into this POS- 2 RS's with 9 months?

Selling off patent is a good thing!!
Absent pocket lining management will make share price soar!!
Having a bid again is bad for shortie because they make more money as price drops to .0001 again
Getting money via toxic financing is a beautiful thing
Having 2 reverse splits (1 for 500 in January, 1 for 250 in October) is good for shareholders- the 1,000,000 shares you bought last January for $500 is now worth 20 cents- after the split it will be even lower!! And you'll own 8 shares instead of the million you bought- how great is that??
Big things going on here
Good One! LOL
explains why it's trading in the 5 diget arena!!
nonsensical tirades, ridiculous share price predictions, and asinine short selling assessments are of no benefit to HFCO investors
