Excellent STRU DD from the Secretary of Agriculture in the Philippines >>>

STRU PHILIPPINES..
This is to share with you the response from the Secretary of Agriculture in the Philippines.....
Republic of the Philippines
DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE
Office of the Secretary
Elliptical Road, Diliman 1100 Quezon City, Philippines
EDGARDO J. ANGARA 31 Oct. 2000
Secretary
Mr. Jay. F. De Leon
61 E. Fremont Ave.
Des Plaines,IL, 60016,USA
Mr. De Leon,
This refers to your letter dated October 10, 2000 concerning an important technological breakthrough in hog raising. I am pleased to note your genuine interest in uplifting the local hog industry. The technology you mentioned in your letter is indeed welcome in our country. It would give the industry the much needed boost in producing quality meat that is internationally competitive, as much as it would address food security concerns in the local market.
The importance of utilizing the potential of this technology is underscored by the fact that the hog industry is growing, estimated at 10.8 million heads as of January 1, 2000. It has registered a growth of 3.5% from last year.
I have already referred this matter to the President of the Hog Raising Industry, Mr. Nemesio Co. I likewise instructed Director Teodoro Abilay to coordinate with Mr. Mark Anderson and to carefully study the feasibility of adopting the proposed technology to local conditions.
Thank you very much.
Very truly yours,
Sec. Edgardo J. Angara

ARET spotlighted as hotpick this week on Pennystock profits.
http://www.pennystockprofits.com/
Note*** There is talk of reverse split in the future by some posters. I don't know the validity of this yet, and I'm looking into it. This may be seen as a negative for most investors. Like I said read and dd for yourself. Research. It is your money. Good luck to all.

An over view of Aret's potential....
The value of the new company will determine the value of the new stock price.....
The purchase of the resort/casino in Spain will add 51,000,000.00 in assets to the new company not including the estimated 400,000,000.00 in potential assets still in the works which includes another casino on the french riviera and a cruise line......
This does not include the 10,000,000.00 in assets currently held by Aret in oil and gas reserves or the 15,000,000.00 M/S deal or the Nevstar 2000 deal or any other deals Phoenix is currently working on that we don't know about such as television or movie production companies......
The bottom line is that assets and revenues, which should be substantial in spain, along with Aret and Phoenix's efforts to get institutional investors involved through LGZ
could make a substantial impact on the stock price over the next few months......
Stay tuned....
I think it could be a whole new ball game......

Note:

The last two were sells... but note again that the inventory has run out.... the bid AND ask just got "bumped" up to the next level...
ASK is at .07
BID is at .0625
This is interesting in that we should ask "why did it move up if the last were sells?"... Again we go back to the inventory issue and how the MM's are moving this stock...

The above was the last stats for the day which I am assuming is correct as it is only 1 sec off but there are no others with a closer time....
In any case, with the bid and ask moved upward, that tells me that the inventory in the .06 and below have been used up and they are walking this upward. Now it just as well could go back down if someone puts in a stop loss/ stop limit order big enough to make the MM's chase for those shares... after all, they do have some bids all the way down to .01!!!
Thus, without stop loss orders, the normal progression will make this move higher just based on supply and demand.
Yes, there are those that will sell, but just as much are buying as they anticipate a bigger and better financial report than previous years.... which there is no doubt will be as Ngas prices have tripled plus, making bottom lines look better....
Looking for news to come out on the last remaining wells this month... but, even without the news, we should see a steady rise in price. Am looking at .07's this week as we have at least 1 MM @ .07 FLTT and 1 MM @ .078 NAIB.
FLTT ranks #3 as an MM and does 1/2 the volume that NITE does. Thus we may see .07 for the rest of this week... depending on the buys volume... but will fly through .078 as if it were standing still.... NAIB does like 300k volume and less that 1%.... so they are moot as far as price....
But if volume should pick up steadily, .08 is not very far behind... we could see that late this week or by next week... 3@.08, 1@.081,1@.085... then its upward ho!!!
Anyway... just wanted to throw that out... tomorrow should be interesting.... might get some buy movement if they feel that the bottom and support is done.... lol...
Going out to Chili's... back later... lol...

VirtualSellers.com Subsidiary to Partner With SportsCombine.com to
Register and Track the Nike Junior TourVirtualSellers.com to Provide TAME(TM)
Pure Scripting Language, Sullivan Park to Provide Professional Services
CHICAGO, Jan 4, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- VirtualSellers.com Inc. (OTCBB:VDOT), a
provider of enterprise application development solutions, Thursday announced
that through its wholly-owned subsidiary Sullivan Park, it has entered into a
one-year agreement with SportsCombine.com to provide the Virginia-based sports
Web site with a TAME(TM) license and professional development services.
Sullivan Park will assist SportsCombine.com in developing the online
registration and tracking of the Nike Junior Tour.
"We are excited to bring the pure scripting language of TAME to this complex
endeavor of registration and tracking. The TAME product and Sullivan Park's
services were designed for just this type of challenge," said Dennis Sinclair,
Ph.D., president and CEO of VirtualSellers.com.
"When you are tasked with tracking tens of thousands of athletes in multiple
countries, you need a strong partner," said Casey Samson, CEO of
SportsCombine.com. "VirtualSellers.com offers the state-of-the-art technology
that will help accomplish that goal."
The Nike Junior Tour is comprised of more than 700 tennis tournaments involving
45,000 athletes from 25 countries. "It's Nike's intent to expand registration to
over 120,000 athletes on the tour, creating 750,000 registrations per year to be
managed by the SportsCombine.com-VirtualSellers.com team," said Samson.
SportsCombine.com has been tasked with taking this paper-driven system and
converting it to an electronic one by allowing athletes to register for the Nike
Junior Tour and its tournaments online. The site will produce a Web page for
each athlete that will include tournament-by-tournament results and produce
Federation and Global rankings of all athletes.
The site will also showcase tournament results, rosters, rankings, event
schedules, pool and championship play results, championship brackets, and
featured stories and highlights in each country's native language. "This project
will show the dynamic power of the Internet to register, track and organize a
massive global community," said Samson.
"This agreement validates the complete cycle of our business model from
beginning to end," said Sinclair.
"TAME will speed the process of converting content to an electronic format and
Sullivan Park will develop the project through launch. After the site launches,
SportsCombine.com will have access to all of the products and services
throughout VirtualSellers.com's holdings including transaction processing,
online credit card registrations and subscriptions, call-center services, and
complete e-commerce management."
About SportsCombine.com

the world.
On the high school front, SportsCombine.com is the nation's most successful site
at attracting schools and athletes and has a growth rate of more than 400
percent. SportCombine.com's ability to aggregate data in an entertaining and

Oldy but goodie-REUTERS RELEASE: VDOT & SINCLAIR...
FEATURE - "Online merchant uses old school tactics"
By Gregory Crawford
CHICAGO, Sept 27 (Reuters) - Taking a page from the (U.S.) department store chain Nordstrom, renowned for its attention to customers, Dennis Sinclair is running an electronic commerce venture in which customer service is the name of the game.
"We try to imitate what happens in a store," Sinclair, president and chief executive officer of VirtualSellers.com said. "Most people are going for service. We think that service is the key issue over price on the Internet."
VirtualSellers.com, incorporated in Vancouver but headquartered in Chicago, provides electronic commerce transaction processing services to small- and mid-size companies seeking to build or expand their online marketing efforts. The company provides a marketplace for buyers and sellers, operates an exchange-type system for other businesses and plans to begin hosting an auction site for select items.
Because VirtualSellers.com is not spending time and money trying to attract businesses or consumers to its Web site and sell advertising over the site, it can make money, Sinclair said in a recent interview.
"The economic model works," he said, explaining that the company lowers vendors' cost of sales by providing services like credit card verification, order tracking and traditional customer service, and collects a portion of each online transaction.
"We find that a number of our clients are driven by their customers who want to reduce purchase order (PO) costs, reconcile their purchases easier through credit card companies and allow their employees to buy without going through a lengthy PO process," Sinclair said.
HE JUST MIGHT BE ON TO SOMETHING
A recent report from Internet analysts at Bear Stearns introduced the concept of the metamediary -- a business that brings buyers and sellers together in a central marketplace and provides transaction services such as financial settlement and quality assurance -- almost a definition of VirtualSellers.com.
For instance, the company has worked with National Boston Medical Inc., a medical supply company, to set up a Web site that allows doctors and other medical professionals to purchase equipment online.
When an order is placed through the site, VirtualSellers.com will process the transaction, track the order until it reaches the customer and provide billing and collection services.
"By providing a comprehensive range of services surrounding such transactions, the metamediary provides a strong value proposition, improves customer retention and expands its won potential revenue streams," the Bear Stearns analysts said in the report.
They estimated that product and process cost savings driven by these so-called metamediaries will reach $57 billion in 2003 and that metamediaries themselves will have a valuation of $228 billion in 2002.
"I think it's a terrific idea," said Luke Froeb, an associate professor of management at the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tenn.
But he said the usefulness of a business like VirtualSellers.com is limited by the fact that a seller may have more information than a buyer, putting the buyer at a disadvantage and discouraging repeat business.
"If this guy is actually combining the online network with a clearance mechanism, or some kind of quality assurance, that would help a lot," Froeb said.
Sinclair explained that VirtualSellers.com gets a tracking number from merchants when an order is placed and the buyer responds through the Web site when the order is received.
If the buyer did not get what was expected, or if the product was damaged, VirtualSellers.com has the buyer return the item and the company issues an immediate credit.
He said the company closely monitors merchants to be sure they ship what they say.
"When we get a lot of returns, we don't get paid," he said.
BUSINESS TO BUSINESS IS GROWTH MODE
Sinclair said the company's focus will remain on business to business, where the lion's share of e-commerce transactions occur.
"All of business to business hasn't been done yet, so there's plenty of growth left there," Sinclair said.
"We think future growth is going to be in small- to medium- size merchants, $50 million and below who will have a need for customer retention, sales (cost) reduction and inventory planning," he said. "And the Internet will give them that with a minimum cost."
Vanderbilt's Froeb agreed, noting that retailers selling to consumers is the last step in a long chain of business to business transactions from raw materials to finished goods.
"Most of the wealth that's created when you go from raw materials to finished goods is created before you get to the retailer," he said. "If you're going to look to facilitate these transactions (business to business) is where you ought to look."

The Struthers family's background in poultry and hog production stretches back to the late 1940's. On December 13 STR resumed trading on the OTC BB and is now considered a fully reporting company.
In the interim, Sturthers recognized the future importance of genetic engineering and pursued hog genetics as a means of improving their herd. As pioneers in the field, they were instrumental in discovering the mutation of the DNA sequence that causes Porcine Stress Syndrome. Later, Struthers became the first herd in the world to be declared free of PSS and is in the process of eliminating the genetic mutation. These developments make Struthers' hogs yield extremely lean meat with very low incidents of disease.
Now, Struthers is in the process of developing a commercially viable swine embryo transfer technology. Struthers believes this new technology will "unilaterally redefine the manner by which all future swine genetic sales will be made." The non-surgical process provides a one-step method to transplant superior herd genetics with almost no risk of disease transfer. Embryo transfer can also be used to eradicate disease from breeding herds. Formally, through artificial insemination took seven generations to accomplish the same results.
On October 23, the company announced the completion of their meat distribution facility and the planned launch of an E-Commerce website. The distribution facility is located in Waukon, IA, will serve as the first distribution center for the Struthers, Inc. Certified Tender Prime gourmet quality meat line, all natural USDA certified barbecue sauce and organic breading mixes. Furthermore, through the use of the Company's e-commerce website, their customers will be able to select and purchase from a wide variety of products directly online or by e-mail on a secure encrypted server.
It appears that the new executive team at Struthers is making a great deal of moves to guide their ship toward profitability. Most notably their revenues are increasing while their expenses are actually decreasing slightly. Revenues for the three-month period ended September 30, 2000 totaled $969,960 as compared to $887,526 for the second quarter of 2000, representing an increase of $82,434 or 9.3% for the quarter. Furthermore, Net loss for the three-month period ended September 30, 2000 was $538,844 as compared to $588,310 for the second quarter of 2000, a decrease of $49,466.
It also should be noted, they are actively forming alliances and partnerships to enhance their already dominant position in the area of artificial insemination. If their non-surgical embryo transfer procedure proves successfully, Struthers may stand to reap the benefits of the proprietary technology. The company has also entered into an exclusive agreement for the rights to a group of new all natural products that they plan to market through their existing Tender Prime distribution channels and through distribution channels they expect to develop. Furthermore, Struthers Inc. and Johnson & Wales University have entered into an agreement to provide premium Tender Prime pork products for Johnson & Wales. Presently this deal includes the Charleston, SC Johnson & Wales campus, and is expected to expand to all five Johnson & Wales Universities and related hotels nationwide by March of 2001.
Finally, The A.H. Beswick Marketing Group also predicts rapidly rising revenues for Struthers. If things continue to improve for Struthers, their shares may appreciate. Struthers is a company to watch.
Goodmorning all. Hope you have a great trading day. Ran across this stock ETVL. I haven't had time to do proper dd as it is getting late and I need to get some shut-eye. Take a look at the 5-day chart. Amazing. Up 80% yesterday. Someone is playing it. If you decide to buy in I would watch it. This one looks volatile, but if played right you can make some $$$$. It may gap up this morning, but I expect it to pull back sometime during the day by .05 or so. Keep an eye on it if you like to daytrade. I've not done alot of dd on this one so this is MHO if one wants to make a few bucks. There is talk of a stock buyback by management, reducing the float and they are suppose to have good earnings. Stru was relisted on December 7, 2000. Not all of our market makers have signed on yet. Some are riding piggy-back. They have 30 days upon relisting of a company. That is almost up. Read my post on it and follow the links below e-mail received by the CEO. There is alot of information out there, but the best is yet to come. IMHO this piggy is getting ready for lift off. I have ALOT of $$$ in this one. Good luck in whatever you decide to do.

p.s. Abbreviations in the e-mails by Doug. EU(europe) ET(Embryo Transfer) AI(Artificial Insemination) PSSR and BSE are diseases that affect the animals. pigs, cows. Hope this helps for all who don't know this. :~)
Goodevening all! Hope everyone had a Happy New Year. Trading should be more profitable this week as mm's have closed their books on the previous year and are ready to start fresh. Be as it may, I'm sure they will still be up to the same ole' tricks, so keep your eyes open and your finger on the trigger. LOL. I have a link for some dd on stru (Struthers incorporated). They are applying to the German market and have just opened offices there. The CEO is Douglas Beatty. This company deals with AI(artificial insemination) in the porcine industry and has also penetrated others i.e. sheep, turkeys, etc... They have the technology that no other has, to embryo transfer non-surgically. I think this year will be the year the pig will fly. Do your dd. Everyone has heard of mad-cow disease as well as other diseases that can wipe out herds of pigs. Struthers can replace herds in a very short time w/ disease free pigs. We all need to eat. Here is the link.http://strubrother.com/STRU_Business_Structure.html
Also take a look at TSRG (transenery). It is an oil and natural gas stock that is primarily concentrating on natural gas at this time. We all need electricity. Many power plants are converting to natural gas for electricity. We also need to keep warm. Transenergy is located in St. Marys, West Virginia and they have a management team w/ 25 years + in the business. Take a look. It is a steal at these prices. Here is the link to get you started. http://www.ragingbull.altavista.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=TSRG&read=47525
