Why are more people saying news is pending?
The last stock I was in that issued a buy-back went up 1300% in a month. If the rumors here are true, this is an easy 10-bagger.
If they bought shares, aren't they required to report that in less than 3 days?
That's not a bad assumption there.
They are announcing the RS 2 weeks before it happens. Does that indicate good news should follow? Or is this stock about to free fall as stock holders panic?
Thoughts, the RS: will it signal a turn around or is PPS going to drive into the ground?
The PR is right there...
What are you talking about?
Any chance this will run back up?
Good morning rnva
How low can she go??
Well this turd dried up in the sun...
That can have different effects short term vs long term.
Short term requires lots of money to get those pipelines up, running, and validated.
Long term produces lots of potential growth.
There is no news coming. It's all vague forum speech. Its like saying its going to rain. Ya, eventually it will. They use words like "we all know what it will be". That way its whatever you think it might be.
A lot of great news coming from this company lately
RNVA dipped but held. I bet we start climbing.
Is it the inauguration tomorrow that's messing with prices? It's a red day across the whole market...
Opinions and feeling about future outcomes is not insider trading type information. If anyone says they know, it's still opinion and feelings. If anyone actually has access to that info and publicly brags about it and buys $10,000s worth of stock, that's another story.
I saw 1. There are 4?
It goes in 4 trading day cycles. I bet we see high volume on Wednesday...
The 4-5 day repeating volume cycle strikes again
What is up with all the 8888 and 10000 buys at 2?
We're sitting pretty good on the Most Read Boards list
Crowd funding? Is selling shares and doing business not enough?
To uplift without an RS will require a MASSIVE BUY BACK. Are there limitations to what a company can buy back on any given day? And if so does any recent buying fit those parameters? If so, then we can say for certain the news will be buy back. That is the only way to deliver this promise without an RS.
This reads like a resume, but doesn't answer the question. What are you talking about?
ABBV? What are you talking about? Source?
Look at that volume!!
I hope that's a true 13M. We had those numbers yesterday and boom. 57M bought at 1...
Obviously I know we've been at 1s for a long time. By teetering I mean back and forth between 1 and 2...
Any news other than an RS we will do great.
Why are people so excited about $4800 worth of shares bought pre-market? If it's a buy-back that is barely anything. If it's "someone knows something" it's insider trading and illegal. I admit it's a good hit but without it there have only been $900 worth of shares bought. We've been teetering on 1s and 2s for over a week and we are still selling tons of 1s.
Do you really think this is a room full of soon-to-be millionaires? 7-10 bagger is totally realistic. 10,000 bagger is not.
Monday - huge volume. Called it...
What happened?
Did anyone listen to the conference call?
Here's a post from MarketWire

Rennova Health Provides Outlook for 2017
Conference call begins at 4:30 p.m. Eastern time today
WEST PALM BEACH, FL--(Marketwired - January 05, 2017) - Rennova Health, Inc. (NASDAQ: RNVA), a vertically integrated provider of industry-leading diagnostics and supportive software solutions to healthcare providers, provides the following summary of its recent progress, as well as commentary on its business strategy and milestones for 2017.
"We took a number of steps in 2016 to address challenges in the substance abuse testing sector, and we have begun to see the initial signs of success that will be instrumental to a return to top-line growth. Indeed, our fourth quarter was the best quarter for new sales in more than a year, and included several new clients, as well as a number of returning clients," said Seamus Lagan, Rennova's chief executive officer. "We have diversified our business model and have secured in-network contracts with a number of third-party payers. We have moved from a concentration in substance abuse testing services in a single geographic location to providing a range of diagnostic services across the nation to an expanding and varied customer base.
"As well as recent successes in the substance abuse and pain management sector, we have initiated a relationship with a clinical research organization and we expect to begin generating sales from them in the first half of 2017. We have secured a contract with a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business to be their exclusive provider of lab services and are servicing initial customers under a new relationship with an accountable care organization. We also have extended our menu to now offer specialized pharmacogenomics testing for personalized medicine through Genomas.
"We expect that this continued expansion of our customer base and products, combined with an increasing number of contracts with various payers, will enable us to grow our 2017 revenues to levels that more closely resemble years prior to 2016," Mr. Lagan concluded.
As previously announced, the Company closed on an offering of preferred stock on December 20, 2016. The Company currently has 84,011,068 shares of common stock outstanding.
Logic would say that, and I would agree, BUT if you look at the volume history for the past few weeks, without rhyme or reason the volume shows spikes every 5-7 days that trail off immediately afterward. That is WITHOUT news. If THAT pattern continues, we should see a spike AGAIN about Monday 1/9. It's weird, I know. Illogical, I know. But that's what the history does show.
