Haha. The float lockdown crew was relentless in its attempts to get naive investors to "lock up" the float.
Little did the naive investors know, (Calvin Thornton) was busy raising the A/S and arranging toxic financing deals to dump billions of shares on their heads.
The schemes the con artists have used to further this scam...
Waters
Haha. Remember how they claimed LJ was involved with the company?
Then, it was noted that the labels had his most important information INCORRECT! LOL! That was hilarious.
What a bunch of moronic idiots, indeed!
Waters
LOL! Why doesn't that surprise me?
HFBG is a proven scam. Those staged photos are but one example of many schemes the con artists behind the scam have used to convince people this is a real company.
Remember that float lockdown scheme?
Waters
Yep. Buying this stock is the equivalent of simply handing over your money to (Calvin Thornton).
It's his personal ATM.
$900K totally unaccounted for.
The money doesn't go into building the business. It's not even a real business. It's a share selling scam.
Even the SEC acknowledges the fact that it isn't a real business. It "purports" to be a real business! Those are the SEC's words!
LOL! That is the definitive statement about this scam...
Waters
Yes. I have the rest of the photos.
Try not to hit 'em with too many facts! LOL! It's clear some are getting defensive in the face of truth!
What is clear is this: we can all have different opinions, but we cannot have different facts. The facts are what they are!
And the simple fact is, and as stated in the SEC document provided, HFBG was paid $900K for shares.
That $900K has never been accounted for.
Yet, HFBG has a $200+ tax debt.
So, the question remains: where did the $900K go?
Surely couldn't have gone into furthering the business.
Can we say (HFBG) misappropriation of funds? (Calvin Thornton) has some explaining to do. LOL!
Waters
LOL! The phrasing of that line is funny!
HFBG "purports" to sell beverages!
Look up the definition of the word "purport." It usually has a negative connotation. In other words, HFBG claims (falsely) to sell beverages!
The noose is tightening.
Beware, folks.
I hope (Calvin Thornton) and crew saved some of that money they stole from investors so they can get some good legal representation.
They're going to need it.
Haha. Yet, volume still sits are ZERO.
Has the body bag arrived, yet?
Waters
That is a hefty tax bill.
Remember when folks would claim that HFBG's constant dilution was meant to pay bills?
"It takes money to run a business..." was the constant refrain.
It looks like HFBG was not paying its bills...so, where did all the shareholder money go?
Could not have been used to make product, as there have only been two small production runs.
Could not have been used to pay its bills...look at that tax bill!
So, where did the money ($900,000) go?
I think we all know...right into (Calvin Thornton)'s pockets.
Waters
Haha. Something like that.
And what about quarterly reports? Haven't seen one of those in ages.
You know, those things that give the investing public an idea of revenues, cash flow, debts, income, etc...
Real businesses put those things out.
HFBG isn't a real business. It's a scam. So, no need to put out Q reports.
Waters
Rumblings are a joke.
This "company" has not posted financials in more than two quarters! Not even current on OTC.
Tax bill outstanding.
HFBG is dead as a door knob. All we need is the body bag...
Waters
Haha. HFBG owes a lot of back taxes!
No financials posted in over two quarters!
(Calvin Thornton) has probably never used a dictionary/thesaurus in his life. He's an illiterate buffoon.
Were it not for the HFBG scam to line his pockets, he'd probably be a bum on the street, as he has no employable skills.
(Greg Thrasher) seems to have no plans to ever work in corporate America, again. He had to be aware that associating his name with a scam like HFBG would forever damage his resume and paint him with the "con artist" brush everyone else associated with this scam has been painted with.
Waters
LOL! Go for it. Looks like volume is still 0.
So, maybe you can help change that!
The market has rendered judgment on HFBG. And it's opinion is that HFBG is nothing more than a share selling scam.
That was last time. Now, EVERYONE knows this is an absolute scam.
Every lie this "company" can possibly tell has already been told.
It has run out of tricks.
Plus, not even current on OTC. What is it going to do? Make up financials? LOL! HFBG hasn't filed anything in well over six months! That's a couple of quarters if my math is correct!
It's not running anywhere. It's time to break out the body bag.
Like I said, if I'm wrong (and it does run), I will change my name to IWASWRONGABOUTHFBG!
But, I suspect it'll still be good ole MuddyWaters well into the distant future! :)
Waters
Nope. It still is as dead as (Calvin Thornton) is a buffoon and con artist.
By the way, has anyone seen any tea on shelves?
Waters
LOL! I know plenty of people who work at big Fortune 500 companies.
They hardly ever see IT folks.
You only see IT when there's a network problem or something else. Otherwise, they are completely invisible.
Greg Thrasher didn't have a say in anything at PepsiCo. No say in the strategy of the company. No say in the product offerings. No say in anything outside IT.
LOL! The lengths folks on the HFBG board go to stretch the truth...
Good work in spreading the truth, frosted.
Waters
Funerals always bring folks out of the woodwork.
HFBG is dead. Folks are just coming to see it one last time before it's lowered into the ground.
Waters
Haha. Of course, not. He probably got fired.
We all know HFBG is a refuge for crooks, con artists and otherwise incompetent people.
Two years ago, after the whole Larry Twombly fiasco, it was revealed that (Calvin V. Thornton) would never let this run past 0.001.
Sure enough, every time it'd get close, (Calvin V. Thornton) would just dilute it down to No Bid!
Several toxic financing deals were arranged to facilitate this, as was recently revealed in the SEC documents presented. Something like $900,000 worth! Just goes to show you how lucrative this scam is for (Calvin V. Thornton).
Now, (Calvin V. Thornton) is fine with arranging sub-0.0001 deals and continuing to sell shares while the price sits at 0.0001/0.0002. He's eating off 5th digit trading.
So, when you hear the call to "Hold onto those shares" or "short sales", run the other way. (Calvin V. Thornton) wants you to hold so he can continue to sell shares. He's a scam artist.
Stay far, far away from this scam.
Waters
Haha. Highly unlikely, maddawg.
Calvin would need to cook up an epic series of PRs to have this run, again.
...Tea in WalMart
...Hugh Hefner endorses Top Dogg Male Enhancement
LOL! Stuff like that.
Waters
I doubt it. As a matter of fact, you can mark this post. HFBG will not run, again. If I'm wrong, I'll change my IHUB name to IWASWRONGABOUTHFBG!
The familiar supporters are all missing in action. We all know who they are.
The HFBG scam is dead.
Calvin is the only one left. We know he posts here, regularly.
He has no other way to make money.
Waters
VMI shouldn't have even allowed (Calvin Thornton), architect of the (HFBG) scam, on its campus.
Those two young men look honorable and appear to be headed in the right direction.
To see them in the same photo with a proven charlatan, buffoon, con artist, scam artist, criminal, crook, liar and cheat is unfortunate.
VMI is a place that promotes honor and dignity...I hope Calvin's presence didn't tarnish the school's image. LOL!
Waters
Looks like more lies...
There'll be no Gradmama's...
Cakes and pies...
LOL! Just a little poem I wrote in response to the latest HFBG development!
Waters
What do you mean? Are you saying (Calvin Thornton) has a real job? That he is, in fact, educated? That he doesn't depend on the (HFBG) scam for his livelihood?
LOL! Get real. Calvin is a criminal. A charlatan. A buffoon.
How can he look at himself in the mirror or in the eyes of his children knowing full well he's nothing more than a scam artist.
LOL! Can you imagine the conversations with his relatives, today?
Relative: "Cal...how's that tea business going"
Snake Thornton: "Uhh...business is good!"
And he's well over 50 years old. Still a lot of life left. Who wants to be a scam artist forever? LOL!
The problem is (Calvin Thornton) has no exit strategy. So, he continues to attempt to milk the HFBG scam...
BTW! Are there any beverages in stores?
Where are the desserts?
Hold onto those thoughts! Hahahaha!
Waters
Haha. I don't own any of this garbage.
That criminal Calvin Thornton would never get a penny from me.
It's obvious this is his only way to make money. No real job.
50+ year old man. Illiterate.
Without the HFBG scam, he'd be screwed! LOL!
Waters
Very true. In theory, those screaming the loudest about things to come would also be the very ones loading up.
But, the volume doesn't suggest that. Hence, more pipe dreams attempting to be sold to gullible minds.
When is the last time HFBG had one of its "production" runs? Last year? And it calls itself a beverages company! LOL!
A beverage company actually makes beverages, regularly. All HFBG does is sell shares, regularly.
It is not a beverage company.
Waters
Yes. All in your opinion.
Nothing grounded in fact.
The simple fact remains that HFBG is a share selling scam run by Calvin Thornton.
Haha. I forgot about all those lies.
Nancy's Bakery! Wow. LOL!
Remember that "commercial" that was supposed to air on MTV, ESPN and other networks? LOL!
"Commercial" ended up being an absolute amateurish joke in terms of quality. Not even YouTube worthy.
Waters
Haha. So many lies from this proven scam, it's hard to keep up with them all!
I'll never forget those photos of Larry Johnson, in his Vegas office, pretending to do real work! LOL!
Biagio Cru deal? LOL!
Canada Dry deal? LOL!
Foodtown deal? LOL!
Lie after lie after lie after lie...pure comedy.
Waters
LOL! Remember those two "experienced" beverage consultants HFBG hired?
What happened to those guys?
Waters
Calvin Thornton is a consummate con artist. That's what he does for a living.
All he does is craft one lie after another to sell shares to investors who'll be willing to take the bait.
Go back and read all the PRs from the last two years and you can see all the lies. Too many to name.
Don't believe the hype...
In addition, read through my previous posts. Lots of gems in those posts! :)
Waters
I haven't stopped by this board in a while.
It's as dead as it was when I last posted!
Looks like the HFBG scam that could...couldn't!
Tea...missing in action
Desserts...missing in action
Larry Johnson...missing in action
Bid...missing in action
Maybe it's time for Calvin Thornton and friends to get real jobs and stop being parasites...
Waters
LOL! I agree. It's a SCAM through and through.
And everyone associated with it knew it was nothing more than a share selling operation and benefited from it.
That goes for Larry Johnson, Calvin Thornton, Giovanni Luciano, Brad, JAG, Cyndi Luciano, SHG and others.
It needs to be shut down ASAP.
Here's to hoping the SEC and DOJ throws the book at all these clowns.
The saga continues...
SHG claims that Brad didn't "get any emails from real SHG members!"
Then, SHG posts an email from a "real" SHG member to Brad!
LOL! The HFBG story is classic.
The ability to stretch the truth appears to be the expectation of anyone associated with this SCAM.
The saga continues...
Waters
I agree. I suspect they'll be getting a lot of emails, soon.
I suspect folks have screenshots of everything. I know I do! LOL!
So many that they'll have no choice but to act.
It's one thing to submit a complaint on the SEC's website.
It's a wholly different matter to lay out the case in a finely crated email that lands directly in the SEC enforcer's Inbox!
HFBG needs to get its story together, ASAP.
Else, it's going to be ugly! LOL!
The saga continues...

Interesting. Care to explain in more detail?
For SHG "not to care about HFBG", it sure does seem to spend a lot of time monitoring IHUB and posting about HFBG on its Facebook account!
Go figure.
The saga continues...
