Fact is no financials have been issued for the last 3 quarters.
Managements is MIA.
Larry Johnson is MIA.
It is dead. No link is needed.
Waters
The "Hall of Fame New Developments Update" sticky should be also be removed.
It's nearly three months old. No point in keeping it as a sticky.
HFBG is dead!
Waters
LOL! Why would any company want to associate itself with HFBG?
What would it gain in doing so? Nothing, in my opinion.
The only way HFBG runs is if it behaves like a real beverage company!
You know, basic things like producing beverages, regularly, and putting the final product on shelves, regularly.
HFBG does none of that. Hence, it is going nowhere.
It is dead.
Waters
LOL! When all else fails, resort to the "short" argument.
No one is shorting HFBG.
HFBG is dead because it is a share selling scam. And folks have finally seen it for what it is.
It's not a beverage company. It produces no beverages! When was the last production run? Last year! LOL!
Waters
(Calvin Thornton) is buying in an attempt to give the impression that HFBG is actually still alive.
Waters
What gives you the idea that HFBG is still alive?
It looks pretty dead to me.
* Massive tax bill that hasn't been paid
* Not current on OTC
* No tea being produced
* Management MIA
HFBG is dead. Time for (Calvin Thornton) to get a real job...
Waters
#1: If tea were on shelves, someone would have seen it by now. So, we know "rumors" of placement are bogus.
#2: HFBG hasn't issued updated financials in a few quarters, now. So, no one can make any definite statements regarding sales, net income, etc. HFBG isn't even current on the OTC.
The only way for HFBG to get back on its feet would be to:
(1) Take care of that massive tax bill
(2) Get current on OTC, again.
(3) Have another production run.
I doubt they'll do any of that. Hence, HFBG is DOA.
The scam is official dead.
Waters
LOL! A $0.10 trade. HFBG is such a joke.
The scam is officially dead.
Waters
LOL! That should tell you all you need to know. The constant talk about BIG NEWS coming and other stuff with absolutely no buying to match it!
The volume speaks for itself.
There'd be heavy volume in anticipation of something if HFBG actually had anything to report.
HFBG is dead. Hence, the volume is basically 0.
Do you have any evidence HFBG is alive?
Tea on shelves? Nope.
Any recent production runs? Nope.
Any updated financials demonstrating cash flow, net income, assets/debts? Nope.
HFBG is dead.
Con man (Calvin Thornton) will have to find another way to steal money. Maybe even get a real job! LOL!
Waters
Thrasher is still a relatively young man who may want to work in corporate America, again, in the near future.
He wouldn't want a background check to come back with him being associated with a penny stock scam.
That's not a good look!
Because HR people use Google more than ever these days as an initial screen. (Greg Thrasher) would certainly come up in such a search. Just as (Calvin Thornton), con artist mastermind behind (HFBG) would instantly come up! Calvin tried to hide behind the alias, Calvin Ross, but we know he's (Calvin Thornton).
That should tell you all you need to know about this "company"...the man in charge uses an alias! LOL!
So, yes, I agree Thrasher is gone. He isn't stupid...
Waters
Of course. It's all money that goes right into Calvin Thornton's pockets.
Some folks are fine with that, it appears.
HFBG is a scam. The scam is dead.
Waters
Yep. The "purports to be a beverage company" line in the SEC document was quite telling...
Do you think the SEC describes Apple as a company that "purports" to sell consumer electronic products? LOL!
Or Ford as a company that "purports" to sell automobiles? LOL!
A/S was probably 1 billion in early 2010!
Calvin Thornton and crew raised the A/S and diluted the heck out of it!
Now, the A/S sits north of 7 billion.
HFBG is dead and will NEVER trade in the double zeroes, again.
Nice try...
Waters
LOL! Yeah. That was a sad series of posts. The guy had been fed so many lies by HFBG.
And, in one post after another, you witnessed him coming to terms with the fact that this is a scam.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=52068072
He'd had the conversation with Twombly and revealed the 0.001 ceiling Thornton and Luciano had established.
Waters
Looks pretty dead to me. It doesn't have a pulse. Dead.
No business activity. No new tea produced in over a year! How can it claim to be a beverage company? LOL!
Get real. This was a share selling scam. And now the scam has come to an end, which is a good thing.
Waters
I'm sure the Knicks know nothing about Johnson's HFBG ties.
I think they should know, too.
His agent doesn't even know about HFBG, supposedly! You can contact him, here: http://www.aaisports.com/contact.php
HFBG's products are as elusive as the Loch Ness monster.
Waters
Also, always keep in mind that it was revealed, back in summer 2010, that (Calvin Thornton) would never let (HFBG) run past 0.001.
It's much easier to arrange 504 deals and dilute at the sub-0.001 level.
Waters
LOL! Maybe HFBG could learn a thing or two from that other company?
HFBG is a scam. Other companies have nothing to gain from merging with HFBG. No market share to gain. No loyal customer base. No revenue.
What does HFBG have to offer anyone?
HFBG could have run like the other company, but instead chose to continue as a scam. It couldn't see the forest for looking at the trees.
Waters
Hahahahaha. That's the best HFBG can come up with?
Why would another company even consider merging with HFBG?
HFBG is a scam, not a real company.
Waters
Looks like the HFBG scam has finally come to an end.
Waters
Wow. LOL! So many lies.
Remember the constant arguments that Calvin Thornton was gone for good?
Calvin has always been behind the scenes. I don't think anyone was fooled by the lies of HFBG and its henchmen.
This is a SCAM through and through.
Waters
LOL! That's pretty funny!
By the way, has anyone seen any updated financials from HFBG? They haven't put out a Q report in a few quarters!
It's probably really tough to make up numbers when the business is dead.
Waters
I think they should be removed. HFBG is dead.
HFBG is in the body bag and has been loaded into the van.
Coroner is writing up the final report...
Waters
Like others have said, read through all the previous PRs HFBG has put out.
And then look for evidence of any of the lofty promises being realized.
I think you'll see a pattern of lofty promises and no results.
You have been warned....
Waters
You should probably ask your "friend" a few questions:
Is HFBG a beverage company?
If he/she answers "yes", then ask this:
Is HFBG currently producing beverages?
If he/she answers "no", then ask:
How then is HFBG considered a beverage company?
According to the SEC, HFBG is a company that "purports" to sell beverages. In other words, it claims to sell beverages.
Currently, no beverages are being produced and there isn't any evidence beverages are being sold. Company doesn't provide updated financial statements. Management is missing in action.
If I were you, I'd look my friend in the eye and ask him/her why (s)he'd recommend such a company to a friend.
Friends don't lure friends into traps...
Waters
Greg Thrasher, Eric Thrasher, Alexander Johnson...all MIA like the previous characters in the HFBG scam.
The coroner is on the scene. HFBG will be loaded in the body bag soon...
That outstanding tax bill should tell you all you need to know about HFBG.
Waters
There's no basis for another run.
The other runs came on the heels or in anticipation of something tangible--tea production run.
Everyone knows HFBG's PRs about distribution deals are 100% lies.
But, at least the production runs give the appearance that it is a beverage company making a product.
Production run, with pre and post PRs, would be the only thing HFBG can try to pull to make this run, again.
But, I'm of the belief that HFBG is dead. That's what the facts suggest. No tea being produced, no updated financials...nothing!
It's dead.
Coroner has already been called...
Waters
Haha. Yeah. It was funny.
Brad's posts were so long and dense. He was either a pathological liar or really believed the crap Calvin was feeding him. Probably a little bit of both.
Anyone who associates with Calvin has to be a bit questionable, as being a con artist is in (Calvin Thornton)'s DNA.
Waters
This thing is dead. HFBG was nothing more than a share selling franchise at best.
Waters
Wow. That tax bill continues to rise.
It'll be $300K before you know it.
(HFBG) is on its way to the coroner's office...
Waters
Nope. We can all have different opinions, but we cannot have different facts.
Fact: HFBG has not published financial reports for the last two quarters.
Fact: HFBG remains at no bid.
Those are facts. I could go on and on.
In other words, the facts suggest HFBG is dead as a company and as a stock.
No business activity and no stock activity.
Waters
Because I know (HFBG) is a scam, orchestrated by (Calvin Thornton).
Because I know these types of scams rely on folks like (Calvin Thornton) getting the naive to believe MMs are shorting the stock.
It's always a convenient excuse to use when (1) the con artists are dumping shares on the naive or (2) the stock plummets due to market sentiment.
HFBG is a scam. No revenue numbers.
Where are the financial reports from the last two quarters?
Is HFBG current on OTC?
Eric Thrasher and Alexander Johnson?
Waters
HFBG is not being shorted.
Waters
LOL! Stevie Wonder can see that this is a scam.
HFBG isn't running anywhere.
Waters
Haha. Yes. Brad is just as guilty as the rest.
But, it was (Calvin Thornton), CFO of (HFBG) at the time, who continued to raise the A/S and arrange toxic financing deals amid the float lockdown campaign.
The two were done together.
It was a coordinated campaign.
It's pretty easy to connect the dots.
SEC dropped the hammer on Jerry Williams for his float lockdown scheme...the HFBG crew will get what is coming to them in due time...
You can read about Jerry's case here: http://sec.gov/litigation/complaints/2012/comp22420.pdf
Waters
Interesting. Thanks for the clarification. I know I recall reading as much!
HFBG float lockdown evidence is still available for all the world to see!
The HFBG float lockdown worked as follows"
(1) (Calvin Thornton) and friends came up with the scheme to sell more shares to naive investors
(2) The scheme was based on the belief of naive investors that they could lock up the float by buying up remaining shares. Of course, they were convinced of this by HFBG's agents on the board.
(3) What they didn't know was that (Calvin Thornton) continued to raise the A/S and was busy arranging toxic financing deals
(4) As naive investors continued to buy, they were puzzled when the float would never be fully locked down.
(5) As naive investors continued to buy, (Calvin Thornton) and friends continued to sell directly and indirecity, via 504s, telling the naive to hold onto their shares.
(6) (Calvin Thornton) needed to naive to hold, else it would have made his dumping more difficult.
Read through the old posts. It's there for all the world to see.
Waters
The float lockdown scheme presented on the HFBG board was probably copied from what Jerry Williams was doing on others IHUB boards.
SEC just sued Jim Williams: http://www.goodetrades.com/2012/07/jerry-williams-aka-monk-and-monks-den-llc-sued-by-sec-in-stock-scalping-scheme/
