Hahahaha. Absolutely not!
Michael Jordan would never associate with a "company" like HFBG.
That picture of MJ laughing illustrates the absurd notion that HFBG will never drop below 0.0003, again!
HFBG has a long and documented history of dilution.
Waters
It would be the smarter move.
R/S would kill any and all momentum if HFBG is really about business this time.
Show evidence of true business activity for at least one quarter.
Get people interested in the product.
Then, R/S, if necessary. I suspect the people would support such a move if legitimate business activity is demonstrated after the global lock is removed.
But, R/S right out the gate is a bad idea.
The people who've known and witnessed all of HFBG's lies will crush any momentum with the bombardment of "remember this about HFBG?" type posts.
Waters
Those 999,999 trades looks awfully suspicious.
Same game being played. Just new players.
Waters
Yes. Let's put the timeline in iBox, so everyone can edit and add information.
Waters
Yes. It's a good idea. Go ahead and create it!
Put the crooks real names on there.
Calvin V Thornton
Giovanni Luciano
Cyndi Luciano
Larry Johnson
Waters
Because LJ likes that cushy job with the Knicks.
Too much bad press and the Knicks will give him the boot.
It's in LJ's best interest to keep the HFBG story buried.
Waters
Let's call him by his real name: Calvin V Thornton.
Waters
They probably just copied and pasted.
A sign that they didn't do any research beforehand about the company.
Waters
Wow. That was quick! They wanted no part of the hot garbage known as HFBG.
Waters
Website should be back up in four days.
Let's see if HFBG keeps its word.
Waters
Sounds like website should be back up on February 7.
Let's see if they keep their word.
The Muddy One
Yikes. The HFBG craziness never ceases to amaze.
Someone asked what happened with the HFBG scam and an answer was provided.
Waters
All those "players" disappeared into thin air!
If Larry Johnson ever needs a quick buck, they may pop up again.
Waters
It was a share-selling scam disguised as a beverage company.
A lot of innocent investors fell for the scam and lost money.
SEC eventually caught on. DTC Global Lock was implemented.
All the players abandoned ship. End of story.
Waters
A few of those stocks are, indeed, trading again.
But, HFBG will never trade, again.
Waters
Exactly. The game is pretty clear.
Calvin and friends used HFBG as their personal ATM.
Selling tea was never the goal. It was always about selling shares.
Waters
You don't believe HFBG was a scam?
If it weren't a scam, what exactly was it?
It surely wasn't a beverage company.
Waters
I wonder what happened to Alexander Johnson?
His last update was in August 2012! That was exactly one year ago.
Website sill "under construction". That's a long time for a simple website update. It's been "under construction" for months.
Waters
LOL! Didn't you know?
Those plastic bottles were $70/bottle. The labels were $30/bottle.
HFBG was spending more than $100/bottle just to make tea.
That "commercial" was a $800,000 expense!
Stock House Group's services were another $500,000!
Things added up pretty quickly in terms of expenses.
In all seriousness, HFBG was nothing more than a share-selling scam. That's all it ever was. Anyone who tells you otherwise is either (1) delusional or (2) part of the scam.
Waters
HFBG has been dead for two years, dude. All the players have since moved on.
The DTC Global Lock (along with SEC heat) was the final blow...it was the deathblow.
Maybe all the scam artists associated with the HFBG scam will land in prison one day. Maybe not. Time will tell.
One thing we can say with 100% certainty is HFBG will never trade, again. If you still have shares, they are worthless.
Go ahead and write it off as a loss.
Good luck and consider this a lesson learned...the vast majority of pinks are scams...HFBG was no different.
If anything, you should now know the "red flags" when you see them.
Waters
I thought the great Alexander Johnson was supposed to be working to resolve the issue?
That was his last update from August 2012!
Did Alexander Johnson skip town, too? LOL!
Waters
Haha. That will never happen. HFBG's books are filled with lies. There are no truths they can present.
Simply put, the DTC Global Lock was the deathblow for the HFBG scam.
It prevents HFBG from trading.
HFBG's only business was that of selling shares...so, no ability to sell shares means the business died!
HFBG would still be active, irrespective of the DTC, if they were actually in the business of selling products!
That should tell you all you need to know about HFBG...
Plenty of legitimate companies have gotten hit with the Global Lock, but continued to do business until they were able to get it resolved.
The DTC Global Lock stopped HFBG dead in its tracks...as it did with a bunch of other fraudulent, share-selling companies.
Waters
All you need to know is HFBG hasn't traded since the lock was put in place last year around this time!
The DTC Global Lock was the deathblow for the HFBG scam.
Waters
This post sums up the current state of HFBG.
The DTC Global Lock was the deathblow.
Waters
Despite all of that, Calvin and crew still managed to walk away with an incredible amount of "free" money donated by unsuspecting HFBG investors.
I'd say that's "living the good life"...
Whereas most people have to earn an honest living, Calvin and crew simply hopped on the internet, told a few lies here and there and got money!
Absolutely criminal. But, they are still free men and women. So, it all worked out for them...for now!
Waters
Calvin is living the good life.
Life must be sweet for Calvin and crew. Tell a few lies, rake in money and relax.
His entire family is scum, as they basically co-sign his criminality.
I know people who know his kin.
Waters
HFBG has no sales! Never had any worth noting, actually. What are you talking about? LOL!
HFBG is dead.
DTC Global Lock still in full effect.
Waters
larryjohnson.net is available.
Wouldn't surprise me if someone purchased it and created a website detailing the HFBG lies with screenshots, pictures and other items.
Wouldn't surprise me at all...
Waters
Changing the name will not lift the DTC Global Lock.
So, those who took the bait are still doomed.
Waters
LOL! It's been nearly a year since HFBG's last status update.
I think it's safe to say it's completely dead, folks.
DTC Global Lock stuck a fork in it.
Waters
Website still under construction! Don't lose hope, yet. LOL!
Waters
Once LJ got that gig with the Knicks, he washed his hands of the HFBG scam.
It was just a way for him to make a quick buck until he could find steady work, again.
Waters
LOL! They are long gone.
(Calvin Thornton) and friends enjoying living off your dime...
Waters
Glimmer of hope? LOL! You're joking, right? HFBG hasn't been heard from in nearly a year.
DTC GLobal Lock isn't go anywhere
Unpaid taxes still unpaid in Delware
Website dead ("Under construction" is just for show)
No product
No management (Alexander Johnson was just another made up character)
They are long gone...of course, they did it the cowardly way and just disappeared! But, they will get their just due at some point. That's the way of the world.
Waters
Haha. It'd be hilarious if someone retweeted this with photos of LJ in his HFBG "office" in Vegas. Or with Jessica!
