Induce Polarization from Handcamp. An interesting note in the Handcamp results are that Results of the current exploration program indicate that the mineralized zone at Handcamp is outlined well by induced polarization geophysics. This would suggest that the IP for Rusty may also be outlined well and we love those drill targets.

I posted this awhile ago and figured I’d update it to reflect the questions about the new AS.
Here are my thoughts on the kind of news we are looking for from ISPI in their primary business areas:
1. Increase in Authorized Shares to 350,000,000
Haim said in an email that he needs additional shares for ammunition to go to war. Many of these will go to IBS as part of the buyout for the technology. I keep checking Edgar Database for updates about the new shares.
Business areas:
1. Technology :
a. Signed contracts with proposed treatment facility in Argentina
b. Development of sludge plant outside Montreal
c. Signed contract with Israel project
d. Building of demonstration plant in Florida
e. Additional sludge plants (I recall reading that there were five total they were looking for development with IBS)
f. Additional information about how ISPI will benefit from the agreement IBS has entered into a contract with Tedagua (www.tedagua.com), a member of the ACS Group (www.acscorporate.com). Tedagua is a worldwide leader in the industry of water treatment plants operating projects in many cities of Mexico, Central and South America, Africa, China and the Middle East.
2. Tire recycling (T2O):
a. Development of projects with Little Lighthouse LLC and Herbert Biggs
b. Additional contracts in other counties/countries
c. micro algae feed stock and jatropha/castor feedstock into oils
d. . Processing oils for fuel contracts
3. $500m Green Hedge Fund Focusing on the Carbon Credit Market:
a. Newly appointed Prince Carlos, who is heading up the fund stated, "We will fund the development of our projects from the revenue generated by the sale of the carbon credits that we have created by our technology for companies that need them to offset their emissions, almost like a closed loop." "This differentiates us from other hedge funds, as we control the production of the CO2 credits and therefore channelling the carbon 'tax' back as a solution to the problem. Of course the ultimate goal is to bring about change in how we capture and eliminate the emissions from our industrial demands."
I'm probably forgetting something but I'm sure someone will remind me.

I have received two emails from Haim and have posted them on this message board. Besides, Haim hasn't really said much in his messages either time.
I think Haim is aware of providing information to an email or phone caller. When I called Infospi, the person who answered said he could'nt give any information out because of this insider possibility.
-Scott
did you hear from haim? Did I miss something?
scott
At least it's a green day. You can't take these daily ups / downs too seriously. I'm hoping we get news soon and have legitimate volume and increases in pps
That first trade was 400 shares...so that was a $1.64 trade. Hardly worth the fees.
-Scott
Greg,
Have you heard anything yet? You've been very quiet lately.
Scott
I think a Yugo is more expensive at this point....lol
Depends on the type of car!
I called the TA last week about the increase in Authorized Shares. They told me that I needed to talk to the company. I called Infospi today and whoever answered the phone told me that they couldn't give me any information over the phone to an individual (SEC regulations, which I understand).
I don't think we will hear anything to early next week.
I also sent an email to Haim Mayan today also. If I hear anything, I'll certainly pass it along.

Here are the first ten drill holes at OD.

Here's a nice pic of Olympic Dam, look familiar?

Does anyone know of a company that had a pic like this of a mining property and came up empty?

Shank's waiting for trip zero's before buying. Then you can really load up cheaply.

We've been waiting quite awhile for some good news. Most people here have learned to be patient with Infospi.
We do know that their needs to be an announcement about the increase in Authorized Shares and what the plan is for them. Management draws the analogy to war....and shares as their weapon.
Management also needs to share with us their plans with IBS Energies in Spain and how many shares they will receive for their technology.
We are also waiting to hear news about the Argentinean plans.
Scott
I don't think this will move upward until we get news of a finalized deal.
I'm thinking the Argentina wastewater deal will be the first news we get.
One thing about the new website is they don't mention the plant to biofuels project as much as before.
Scott
congrats on the engagement!
Greg, keep posting those emails....any info we get is helpful. I think ISPI has to let us know soon about it's projects ...lets hope we have an exciting 6-12 months, as mayan said in his latest email to you.
I'll try to update and work on the ibox as much as I can. Any suggestions will be helpful.
Scott
thanks for making me the new moderator....lol
Good post outlining your position. I agree with your points.
Scott
Ignore Feature: If you don't want to read someone's post, just put them on ignore.
1. Go to person's profile and click Ignore this poster.
2. Go to your Settings/My Ignores and enable Ignore feature
I won't be offended if you put me on Ignore.
Scott
Updated ibox with information from new website. If anyone has any suggestions or information that you want me to add, I will.
scott
Looks good. they have to fix that chiming though. I registered and got a confirmation message. I can't seem to find a place to log in.
I havent' seen or heard any 5 cent rumors. I would discount this since there is still some unknown to us about how the new Authorized shares will be used. I would get a nice profit for my shares but I wouldn't think of selling them all at that level.
Obviously Haim Mayan has a plan. I don't think we can force him into releasing news so that we shareholders can be happy the pps goes from <.01 to .02 or higher.
I'd rather have real solid news that will help inform us about the company's' activities than a pseudo PR anyday.
scott
the new website is ok, some of the copy is still old and the chiming is a bit annoying...lol
Last January the price opened at .12 (Dec 28) went up to .40 and ended the month at .15. If we can get back to those levels, anything above .10 would be great. Above .40 would be fantastic. lol.
scott
Reality. that;s right from the 10-Q. I'd like to see some action though to get the pps up to .01 or .02, let alone .03....lol
Changes to the iBox. I took out the email and picture of Chris Hamilton from the Ibox. Will make some more changes soon. Any suggestions?
How low do you think we can go....trip zeros ...before we hear News and about the Share structure?
Lots of volume in the past two days.
Scott
10-Q Released. Will read it this weekend. I ran through it real quick and noticed that they are building a fabrication center in Israel and that they received services from a consulting company that they may pay back in stock worth .03 a share.
scott
it's daddy day here, son is napping...lol
Good idea! Maybe we should call Argentina too. I think that is where the first confirmed deal will come from.
It depends on what Haim has planned for the shares. If he dumps them straight into the market then ISPI would be severely diluted.
That's why I asked him about the shares, does IBS get any for the use of their technology. Does someone who made a private investment get any? Are any of them restricted (unable to trade for a certain period). Will they all be Outstanding or will some be held by the company for future use? How will they be offered to the public?
He still has to let us know what he plans to do, which he implied he will do soon in his email to me.
Scott
I'll check into changing ibox information for updates....some of that information is old.
With the newly issued 350 Million shares, I don't think we have enough....even Greg.....lol. I'm really interested in seeing how these new shares will be used. The new shares was the primary reason why I sent him another email. I found it interesting that Haim mentioned that he can't talk about the IBS deal. It's their technology that is the key to much of their future success.
Sometimes I want to edit his emails for accuracy but that's more trouble than it's worth.
Scott
p.s. greg, if you, or anyone else wants to email me my address is smc9556702@comcast.net
I like your idea about getting information from IBS in Spain or even from the Argentina. I have noticed that their information available on the web is not completely updated. Unfortunately, I do not speak spanish so cannot reach out to them for information.
I thought anverto123 had an interesting post. Wish I had more info on that. Maybe he speaks Spanish.
Scott
New Email from Haim!
Dear Scott
sorry for replaying so late – been craze few weeks ,Yes we Authorize 350 M , the structure of it will be publish soon , I cannot commit on the IBS issue as you know but I can say that we are defiantly working closely to achieve boot company goals , and as soon as the information will be available I will update Greg and you .
Thanks for your email
Haim Mayan
and here's what I wrote:
Haim,
I see that Infospi has Authorized an additional 350,000,000 shares. Can I get an update of how many will be outstanding, restricted or whatever the plans are for these additional shares. Will some of them go to IBS for the use of their technology? How soon will we be getting news.
Thanks,
Scott
Greg,
Congrats on being a moderator. If you wish, I'll be one too. Its flattering to be mentioned as a possible moderator.
Scott
I sent an email to Haim about the recent authorization of 350 million additional shares. Lets hope we hear back from him (probably not, lol. I've only received one from him). If I do, then I'll let you know.
Scott
Looking for News.
Here are my thoughts on the kind of news we are looking for from ISPI in their primary business areas updated to reflect the additional A/S:
1. Shares:
a. How many will be outstanding?
b. How many will be restricted?
c. Who will be receiving shares? IBS Technologies in Spain?
Prince Carlos?
d. How will the shares be available to the public?
1. Waste Management:
3. Alternate Fuels:
a. micro algae feed stock and jatropha/castor feedstock into oils
b. Processing oils for fuel contracts
Scott
I'm leaving for vacation so I'm hoping there will be good news for InfoSpi when I get back Aug 9th.
lol...there's lots of pinkies with lots more shares than 350,000,000. Increase in shares must be part of his master plan.
Who knows what his next move will be. Any ideas?
Scott
No. That's standard value for PAR.
We have to wait until Haim fills us in, just like everything else. Unless someone can find out more info.
More questions: How many will be restricted? How many are going to IBS in Spain for the use of their technology in the sludge project. It will be interesting to see how this all plays out in the future.
I know ISPI currently has about 62 million shares. Haim has about 15 million, Oliver Danan around 15 million. Posters on I-hub (greg, tob, al-h, anverto, etc) probably have 8-10 million total.
350,000,000. That's a lot of Authorized Shares. I wonder how many will be OS. How does this tie into the coming news mentioned by Haim and Anverto123.
Here's an old article written by Haim Mayan on Waste to Energy.
