tob,
where do you see that sell?
scott
Or the person selling it would try to raise it a bit to get more money.
we'll have to watch this MM. See how many they want to buy.
I sent an email to Dror and this is what I received back from the comapny spokesperson. Not too much information, but nice to know they responded so quickly.
Scott,
I am writing at the request of Dror Svorai who at this time is out-of-town.
Needless to say, we are delighted to learn that there is excitement and positive speculation about the plans for the Company. As you know, until we publish publicly disclosed information, we are unable to share those plans with anyone outside the Company, but suffice it to say, a number of changes are in being worked on.
We apologize for the past phone situation, and are mystified about someone answering the phone “Airborne Security”, with which we are not affiliated, nor even know anything about.
As of this afternoon, we have begun releasing the following new headquarters address and phone number for the Company (already submitted to PinkOTCMarkets.Com):
InfoSpi, Inc.
19495 Biscayne Blvd., Suite 411
Aventura, Florida 33180
Phone: (305) 608-5465
(Please note that the phone number above is temporary and that a different permanent number will be assigned later in the month by our phone company. This is brand new office space that we have taken and getting a new installation of phone service can take some time.)
Going forward, please use this contact information, and be advised that we will also be updating our website (www.infospiinc.com) soon to reflect the changes that have occurred.
Please feel free to write again. We are always happy to communicate with those who have an interest in the Company.
Thank you.
Dennis G. Ruggeri
For InfoSpi, Inc.
tob,
you just need two more days like today and you'll be set. I would expect a bit of a pull back tomorrow. Hopefully it will stay above .02.
The good thing about today is that most of it was buys! We kept on going up!
scott
We have no idea what Dror's new plan is for ISPI. The ibox still as all the old information. The new O/S is about 115,000,000. The A/S is about to increase from 350 million to 750 million.
-Scott
It just went to .02....I might have to put a sell order in soon.
Tob,
Someone's buying shares before we get pumped again. It's the only thing I can think of. Just have to decide when to unload your shares.
I would expect there to be some news releases soon from Dror about the future of the company.
Scott
I think it will shoot up high and then come crashing down to triple zeros with all those shares coming into the float.
The fun will be deciding when to sell your shares...lol.
I wouldn't be surprised if that San Diego Consulting Services is developing the next business plan.
Tob,
is barcharts a paid promoter? I don't know anything about them.
-Scott
Corporate Excellence Consulting. I do not know anything about them....I did a quick google search but found nothing so far. Will try again when I get more time. ,
Dror is getting these two groups of shares: Financial Insights & Solutions, and Oyster Shell Investment LLLP when he makes his payments.
-Scott
I think we might see something similar with ISPI. Where it goes up a bit then crashes down again. The question is how high can they take the pps ( i.e., when do I sell my shares, when it goes to .02, .04, or .10) it before they start diluting with all the shares they just authorized to maximize their profits and the pps goes down to .0001 like HSCO.
Either way, I think selling occurs when news hits. They will need to release news and promote to get people interested in buying so they can sell their shares.
I am thinking that the pps is slowly rising here with insiders buying the stock to help set up bigger profits. HSCO went from nothing to 1.37 then down to triple zeros, so who knows how high they could get ISPI.
This is all conjecture on my part and I really don't know what will happen.
-Scott
Tob, If we get up to .07, I'll buy you a case of beer or a bottle of scotch. Then you'll be ahead of the game.
There really is no reason why we've had such increase in pps the past week. Not complaining, but something must be in the air since Dror has taken over. Now he has a hidden agenda!
I'm not ready to buy more shares at this time. Should have gotten some last week. lol
-scott
Tob, thanks for the PM. I'll take care of that.
-Scott
Ispi might no longer be green. "As of the date of this Information, we are engaged in negotiations with respect to acquisition of a business opportunity." But Dror's history suggest otherwise, e.g., HiScore and Green LED Technologies(which he saddled with debt). Maybe ISPI will get into the garment business.
-scott
Authorized Shares increased to 750,000,000. It should be interesting to say the least. lol.
Tob999,
Someone must be loading up on shares for a future pump. Why else would anyone be buying. My hope is that we get a nice run. Anything over 3 cents would be fantastic! lol
-Scott
heyya98,
Tell us about Droi's previous successes.
-scott
Someone could be adding to a long position.....lol
or
Someone is stocking up before a pump.
Yes, Still late.
Wasn't much in the 8-K, only that they are going to amend all the previous years 10-Q's and 10 K due to the non registration of their old accounting company.
I doubt it will close down anytime soon. Dror paid over $300,000 for control of the company's shares. Do you really think he will just shut it down without trying to pump & dump first? I'm expecting there to be some news trying to promote the stock again. Who knows when.
Why would anyone be buying at this point?
-Scott
Did you notice he paid .011 for the shares. It also looks like he did a pump and dump with HSCO at the end of May 2010. I would suspect that he would be planning the same thing for ISPI in the future.
What can your group tell me about Droi Svoiri (sp). He just bought a controlling interest in ISPI: Infospi, a green energy developmental company?
Thanks,
-Scott
Who is Dror Svorai?
The new boss of Infospi?
No problem. It's tough hanging onto shares when there's no news concerning Infospi, but hopefully, everyone has had some other successes to help netutralize our paper losses here.
-Scott
They were late for the April filing and had an E added to their name (ISPIE) It was taken off when they filed in May.
I'm expecting another E be added soon. Have been checking the OTC daily list for late filers and deadlines.
-Scott
Looks like Infospi is late again with their filing. Our new symbol may be ISPIE
Infospi partner IBS Spain busy in Brazil.
IBS Copisa done with its first biodiesel plant in Brazil
Posted on Monday 15 November 2010
The Valencian company dedicated to developing technology to produce biofuels is finalizing local partner to start its implementation in Brazil, his big bet.
The firm focused on developing biofuel technology Bioenergies Integral Systems (IBS) is planning to launch in the coming months its first facility in Brazil. The facility, with an investment of two million euros, will be promoted by the Catalan group's industrial division Copisa, explained yesterday his manager, José García Soler.
You also have a local partner, and that is precisely the last fringe slope, since there are two candidates for it. The Valencia-based company, which participates Caixa Popular with 30% stake, has turned much of its efforts in Brazil, one of the leading producers and consumers of biofuels. In fact, recently former President of Astroc, Enrique Bañuelos, he jumped to the business.
"We estimate that in a couple of years there will suffer a similar crisis in the sector in Spain, so our facilities have good prospects, because they use waste oil versus virgin oil that now prevail," he said. The company, which for two years has a subsidiary in that country, has also developed a system for the conversion of sludge into biofuels. Soler took part yesterday in the Forum of innovation for SMEs, organized by the Council of Chambers and knowledge network Know Square.
10Q will be filed late. They have five more days to file. It will probably be filed on friday unless they can do it on Monday next week. If they don't file in time, the ticker will change to ISPIE again.
-Scott
I did notice the denver location. It could just be an outdated link on the tracked website.
Starwood has a seperate energy group for venture capitalist. It looks as if they have their hands in various industries. The 10-Q should be out this week or next monday at the latest. Maybe there will be something in there.
www.authorized-shares.com
Just type in ISPI
scott
Everyone is keeping a low profile since there is no news. Don't worry, I think Greg still is holding plenty of shares. We haven't' heard from Mayan in awhile, but I know the 10-Q is due by the 15th. There might be something in there for us to mull over. Lets see what happens with the newly Authorized Shares. This information will be a big indicator for Infospi.
-Scott
kb,
The big question right now is what is going to happen with the newly authorized shares (350 million). Haim Mayan, the CEO, stated that he uses them as if he was going to war. I see two options:
1. He pumps up the company with PR's to get the pps up and then dumps them on us. This is what happened last Feb/March (look at the 1 year chart). Previous CEO and directors have been fired/left.
If this is the case, then all who have held shares since the Spring need to avg down and sell when the pump occurs (with PR's) before the next dump.
2. The company has arranged financing (see a previous post on a link to potential financing from a Venture Capital fund, has a plan for developing two separate plans (tire to oil) and (waste management, i.e., Argentina and Israeli projects) and uses the new shares to arrange/finance this plan.
Would like a few more days like today.
-Scott
I have been very busy with work & family issues lately and have not had time to post.
Follow the money. I was doing some searching and found an interesting tidbit on Tracked.com. Just type in Infospi or Starwood. had problems with the link, here's the address.
http://www.tracked.com/company/starwood-energy-group/corporate_family/
Starwood Energy Group is listed as an investor in Infospi, Inc. Check out their website too. Starwood
Scott
That's one reason not to sell shares, unless you want to offset some profits from another stock play. The price is low here and will only go lower unless Infospi provides a reason for buying.
We know they have authorized more shares and if they just dump them on the market, it's going to triple zeros real fast.
Maybe we'll hear some news before the next 10-Q comes out before November 15th.
-Scott
Messages about ISPI only. Other stocks or personal vendettas will be deleted.
scott
Greg,
Did you sell all your shares or not?
If you did, you probably took a big loss, since the pps has dropped so much no matter how much
you averaged down.
Why do you think he would want the list of ihub shareholders?
Scott
