Good article expressing importance of antivirals in the whole schema of vaccines antivirals etc against Covid in the New Yorker

Do you think we are still working on or have a COVID test? Please see NEJM article below on NIH RADx Initiative as Arrayit technology is potentially a high throughput test if it is still in the works:

Perhaps we can expect more information on preclinical work in Italy on pancreatic cancer and GBM
From press release 3/3/17
"In related news: Last week, Cellceutix research partners in Italy shared results with the Company from their ongoing preclinical work evaluating Kevetrin in Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), Pancreatic Cancer and human Gliobastoma Multiforme (hGBM). The data will be presented (by them) at scientific conferences, and is consistent with, and further informs, our knowledge of Kevetrin. "
Should have said she is the last of the authors listed on thus paper .
Aarthi Narayanan is the author of this article 2019 on "Human Antimicrobial Peptides as Therapeutics for Viral Infections", showing her interest in defensins as antivirals predates her work with defensin mimetic Brilicidin.

(Thanks)
What happened to the Covid test. It is not listed as ok to use as a test offered by CLIA certified lab any more , but is also not listed as a test that was removed from the ok to sell list?
How could you convince someone who has a negative price point on brilicidin to buy more. There are so many positives but that person will not hear it from me ,or research it themselves. This is the buy of a lifetime , but I cannot convince that family member to buy more. I know that by October this stock will at least be in the dollars range (possibly multiple dollars). I want to make the proverbial horse brought to the water of Brilicidin drink in its potential.

Please disregard spelling in my last post (dis should be spelled did)
I subsequently dis a little more of a search and found a list of patents acquired from polymedix
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1355250/000147793214002418/ctix_ex1037.htm
It includes as quoted from above:
"This application claims pharmaceutical compositions and uses for facially amphiphilic polymers, oligomers and small molecules that are polyamides, polyesters, polyurea, polyurethane, polycarbonate, or polyphenylene, compounds. Uses include method of treatment (systemic and topical) as antimicrobial agents against bacteria, fungi and viruses and as an antidote to heparin and LMWH. Also, composition of matter claims are expanded."
I hope so as there was no mention years ago about potential antiviral utility of our defensin
Does anyone know if one of our patents for brilicidin covers antiviral treatment?
Note: Company. It is not a web site do not click on it in prior post:
Some interesting possibilities regarding Arrayit can be inferred from the information I compiled below-just possibilities- do not know if anything I compiled below is in the works. This is speculation only.
1 ) Arrayit was previously on list of stocks approved to offer tests under IVD as CLIA certified company. It is no longer on this list but is not in a list of companies removed from that list
https://www.fda.gov/medical-devices/emergency-situations-medical-devices/faqs-testing-sars-cov-2#offeringtests
2)recently EUAs have been granted to companies offering flu and corona virus tests
3) https://www.nibib.nih.gov/news-events/newsroom/nih-leadership-details-unprecedented-initiative-ramp-testing-technologies-covid-19
From the above article:
“RADx Advanced Technology Platforms (RADx-ATP), will support the scale-up of more advanced technologies that can achieve immediate, substantial increases in capacity. The program uses a rapid-response application process for companies with existing point-of-care technologies authorized by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for detecting SARS-CoV-2 that can scale production to between 20,000 and 100,000 tests per day by the fall. Additionally, RADx-ATP will seek to expand "mega-labs" across the country that can increase testing capacity to 100,000 to 250,000 tests per day.”
4)Regarding RADx criteria for companies applying for this:
https://www.poctrn.org/atp
includes CLIA certification,FDA EUA -Arrayit does not have this (hopefully we will),90%sensitivity,95% specificity), high throughput lab includes ability to do 100,000 to 250,000 cases per day by 09/20,ability to test for influenza A&B is mentioned but not required
5)Other beneficiaries if RADx have already been in the news:
https://techcrunch.com/2020/07/31/genomics-startup-helix-receives-33-million-in-nih-funding-to-scale-covid-19-testing/
This company from above article:
“The U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH) is revealing the first beneficiaries of its Rapid Acceleration of Diagnostics (RADx) program, and San Mateo-based Helix is on the receiving end of $33 million in federal funding as a result. “
5)I am starting to believe Mark may actually be working to help the US in its crisis and hopefully charges will be dismissed as without validity

Trump should love this drug:
-Gets to talk about new class of drug developed in USA .
-Gets to talk about American innovation
-Gets to talk about a new company that is about to make the American dream
-Gets to talk about new antiviral with new MOA's with possible pancorona and flu pandemic efficacy
-Gets to talk about a new class of antibiotic and treatment of antibiotic resistant infections
-Gets to talk about rising to excellence while being attacked, and fortitude (both he and this company were both attacked , both surviving now to save the USA ).
-Gets to show how under his presidency companies have has been working on Covid treatments therefore raising his chances for reelection by showing how his government supports this including (likely and hopefully) talking about government /BARDA grants.
-Gets to show how capitalism works
-Gets to talk about saving the world -assuming clinical trials will have similar outcomes to in vitro tests( possibly saving his campaign)
old PR about pmx antifungal defensins:
http://www.ipharminc.com/press-release/2016/11/16/cellceutix-identifies-drug-candidates-for-gram-negative-and-candida-fungal-infections
This mentions cidal activity of a defensin candidate activity against Aspergillus (PMX1408) and effectiveness of 2 defensins (PMX 1408 and 1502 against candida)
Do we still owe Penn 3% out of the 6% we will get from Fccc for the antifungal?
Similarity :nanosize, using ACE2 antigen on top of a core to attract COVID
Difference: a nanoviricide is better then a nanosponge on that it is directly viricidal as well
Similar to nanoviricide:

Point is labs of Dr Eva Harris and Dr.Jeniffer Moffatt both verified the technology works.
I hope it is hearsay /misunderstandings and not an attempt to save a company with financial difficulties through lies and deliberate misinformation. If Mark is proven noncomplicit and not at fault then that will restore my faith in the company and he would then be entitled again to being called the father of the microarray - as a true father takes care of his children.

Any chance we could sue?
Can this company still go on without Mark and continue as a business ie did we all lose all our money?
I cannot believe you were so right about Mark.He willfully and without care caused us to lose money because we believed in his Twitter garbage. I lost money as I have been investing in his company for years , especially investing after his claims of making millions. I just lost some of my faith in the genuine goodness of people. I have no hope that this can be rectified. He is no father of microarrays he is the father of a scam and deserves to go to jail to study iron bars with his Stanford degree.
Having hope adds to the quality of life. I am realistic in that the long delay in financials would seem to lessen the likelihood of my wishes for this company. If I am wrong then I may lose both money and some of my belief in the essential good nature of most people: ie Mark, who I see as a scientific genius who may be caught up in non-science related legal issues.I do not believe he willfully hurt his stockholders or that he does not care about our financial losses.I however will never lose hope unless the company dissolves.
I predict Mark will at one point in the near future update us on all issues, Ovadx, Covid testing , financials etc and that we will all be pleasantly surprised when this happens and at the reasons he has chosen not to as of yet provide this information. EUA (hopefully) will shortly be forthcoming from the FDA. Perhaps at that time he will decide to speak about all these issues to raise the stock price , get us off this third tier stock market and raise the status of this company its potential. I do not believe that he wants to leave his co-owners-those who believed in him and bought stocking his company in the current situation. Let's have patience and see what ensues (athough admittedly 5 years is already a long time to be patient). He likely does not want a failed company to be his epitaph.

Interesting article about Covid and bsl4 lab at BU talks about using flourescent labeled covid antibodies to test for it in culture and testing for activities of cytokines
http://www.bu.edu/articles/2020/neidl-covid-19-research/
https://www.fda.gov/medical-devices/emergency-situations-medical-devices/faqs-testing-sars-cov-2#offeringtests
It remains on list of"Laboratories that have notified FDA that they have validated and intend to offer serology tests as set forth in Section IV.D”(quoted from above)
and is able to administer high complexity test as CLIA certified but has to add caveats as stated in above article
It can be found in above in the question section” What Laboratories and Manufacturers are Offering tests for covid 19”
Then go to 6th question down re labs offering serology tests under IVD
https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20110407005564/en/NanoViricides-Reports-FluCide%E2%84%A2-Drug-Candidates-Offer-Significant
It was not only Denguecide. Flucide also decreased leukocytes IN LUNG tissue of mice in a study at KARD scientific by Dr. Menon consistent to having a potential treatment effect on a viral illness causing cytokine storm. Hence again, perhaps the Corona virus nanoviricide construct would have a similar effect.
