Yeah Lucky, it's gotten very old. And some of the claims are just so fantastic!
How about the claim that this has been going on for four years? Or even 3 years? Anybody who wants to investigate knows that both of those claims are totally off the wall and pure exaggerations.
It's clear that there is a motive here with these two accusers.
In the meantime..... Without sugar coating anything, traders are making money on TBEV.
The whole whistle blower thing is pretty silly.
First of all, any man who was working with the SEC as a whistle blower would never post so much of this information on a public chat forum.
I was scammed bigtime by people doing behind the scenes deals, getting discounted shares and then promoting the stock to unsuspecting traders. That is what I have learned from reading all of these posts.
I'm starting to think that this is all just a scheme to beat the share price down so the whistle blowers can pick up MORE cheap shares. I can't think of a good reason other than that for all of this nonsense.
Thanks for letting us know.
It's very easy to trash TBEV. But, it is what it is. And that is that it bounces everyday by a tick or two. If a wise investor gets in and out, it can be an easy 10, 20, 30% or more profit a week.
That's why it is called trading.
All of this other noise is simply that, NOISE.
I don't care if TBEV ever sells a bottle of anything. What matters is that it can be a cash cow for anyone willing to take the risk and trade the heck out of this baby.
The fact is that if an investor buys at .0009 and sells at .001, it was a great investment.
I'm not sure who cares about all this insider stuff or whether there is a product or not.
TBEV is a very flippable stock and it makes money for smart investors on a weekly basis.
That's just the fact.
That was a nice solid hit on 3 million shares to start the day. It's obvious that some investors have faith that this will work out someday.
I think that is a very important part of the equation here. Magnum IS in the Natural Gas business and not so much the Oil biz.
I have land in Southern Ohio. MHR has leased 10's of thousands of acres there getting ready to drill for Wet Shale Gas. From that they make all sorts of chemicals for the plastic industry, along with Propane and other gasses.
This is a play with a great future. It looks like we've found our bottom and I'm in bigtime here.
I have read on another board that Under Armor is doing a joint venture or something like that with a company called High Performance Beverage. It trades as TBEV.
Does anyone have any information about this possible deal?
You might want to try dropping the www before highperformancebeverage.com and see if that helps. I just went there again (without the www.) and it worked fine.
Glad it worked for you TC. I just tried again and it did work this time. Let's hope your brother is a winner!
Jack, I went to highperformancebeverage.com and the entry was the first thing that popped up. But, it appears to be a dead link. When you fill it in and hit the enter button, nothing happens.
It looks like someone is bailing out. Maybe 3's will be up sometime soon!
Yes, my guess would be Roy Rogers or Rent a Wreck.....LOL
The posts on this board today have done nothing to help our investment. That's the only thing that I know for sure.
Haha ear plugs. Well, I never figured out about using ear plugs until it was much too late. I was maybe 40 years old and caught a Neil Young with Crazy Horse electric show in the front row. I think maybe Blind Lemon was the opening act. I couldn't hear properly for several hours afterward. Still have the big constant buzz going on 24 hours of the day in my ears. Yep, I've used ear plugs ever since then....LOL
The second vid with the kid playing drums was just excellent. I love great guitar playing when the music doesn't get lost in the fuzz
Yes, it's rather funny. But, in the meantime, I'm happy to add more to my stockpile.
It's very quiet on the board today. I assume that we're all in a wait and see mode. It doesn't look like anybody is interested in filling the bid quickly. I'll take that as a good sign.
It's hard to say for sure if it's dilution or not. But, I am assuming that it's simple profit taking. There were tens of millions of shares sold way below this price. A smart investor may be selling some of their position and taking profit now.
I'm looking for some bright points here Nutter.
You are completely correct. We all take our own risks.
UP 66%, not bad for the first day of trading!
Jeffery, I have not found a mention of that size of a loan. But, I sure do remember the PR about it.
No doubt Sportsprophet. If there's a profitable flip to be made, I'll be on it!
I do think though, that we could see a quick sell off and share price drop once the facts in the annual report sink in.
I had buys set at .0008. I've pulled them off the table now.
It is the end of the third week in January and all we are given is a 3/4 of a million dollar payday with no production.
TBEV has been a great flipping stock for the last 12 weeks or so. But, it's really hard to imagine that holding long is going to be a good investment strategy at this point.
One of the first red flags that I see is this.
an increase in cash compensation expense of $740,432. All cash compensation was paid to Messrs. Holley and McBride and one sales manager.
Three quarters of a million dollars? I've been a business owner for nearly 40 years. ALL of those years have been profitable, even the recession years. And in a million years, I would never have paid myself that amount of money, or even one third of that amount.
As far as I can tell, TBEV, nor DRHC ever turned even one penny of profit. The share price is down 99% from just two years ago. And yet, McBride and Holley got paid three quarters of a million dollars?
I guess that's where my investment money has gone.
I've only read the first five paragraphs so maybe there are things that I'm missing. But, holy crap, that was a hard one to take.
As usual, thetruth is that insiders are very happy about all these new shares hitting the market. It always makes them happy when they can dump like they did today.
Cool, the last time you did that, I bought many of them. Then I flipped them less than a week later for a nice little profit.
Hey, how about that logo golf bag. I can't imagine that anyone with half a brain would ever own one.
I can see it now. Let's go out to the golf course and tell everyone that you're a Pot Farmer..... yeah, that's brilliant...LOL
Ahaha, I don't think you have to worry about the house getting emptied out. There are still plenty of people holding long here. .0009 is a double for many of us.
That's a great cover by these two Catdaddy. I think the vocals are better than Steely Dan's original work.
I love watching that bid creep up. It seems like if the buyer really wants shares, they are going to have to hit the ASK.
I'd hit it just to make that happen, but my boat is fully loaded at the moment. I'm just waiting on news.
The L2 is looking very solid for a quick jump today once those 42's are taken out.
I'm loving this low volume. If buyers want shares, they're going to have to pay the ASK to get them.
Yes, I think this is a quiet before the storm sort of situation. I'm sure it's not good for folks looking for the quick flip. But, people who can afford to buy now and hold for a few weeks or a month, this should work out very well.
Yeah, that was a great game to watch. The Cowboys have nothing to be ashamed of!
As one of the Mod's on this board, I would like to ask a favor of everyone who is posting here.
Please keep your posts about TBEV, the company, the product, the management, the endorsers, or anything at all about TBEV itself. BUT, please stop posting about other members of IHUB.
This board is for discussion of the company. It's not about the people who post on this board.
Those of us who are invested here, or are thinking of investing here want to know about TBEV. We don't really need to know about the individual members of this forum.
IHUB administration wants us to stay on topic. The topic is TBEV.
Thanks!
Yep, that's the way to play the subpenny startups!
Scottrade is showing 4,649,863 in volume for me. Currently trading at .0002.
No green there for most of us!
Yes, the share price has shown great support. And that is good with me!
I missed that one completely.
