Forget the uplist, im fine with a private buyout too haha.
Did you mean, the reason for the R/S is to fix the share structure, so that they can gear up for an uplist to a bigger exchange?
Sorry, I wasn't clear in my last post.. I was referring to the reference " real factory". Currently Medtainer does not manufacture the Medtainers. The Corona HQ address as mentioned by another member, is a "printing" facility. If I am not mistaken, the Medtainers are outsourced to the company that originally held the patent. The Medtainers is then inventoried in their Corona location.
Not sure if they have a "real factory" I believe their Corona location has the ability to print on Medtainers custom graphics, etc.. but the actual production of Medtainers from what I understand still comes from Polymation. They have a 10 year agreement with Polymation to produce a minimum of 30k Medtainers per month. Though with the expansion news, would be nice to offset production in-house. Then again I could be wrong and they are already manufacturing the Medtainers in-house.
Earnings probably will come out after the R/S to help sustain the price... Question is, when do they plan to uplist. IMO they need to rally this to 2cents so there's cushion for an expected pull-back after the R/S but still maintain price above $1. Guess we'll find out soon.
For what its worth, I am back in.. my limit order triggered this morning. However, that .01 wall needs to come down.. and unless we get another PR like the Aurora one from last year, this is going to be a brutal crawl back up to pennyland.
I agree, higher tier would be nice.. But MDTR needs to really step up their PR game.. if they decide to uplist after the R/S they need to be releasing PR more frequent otherwise they will open themselves up to the big shorts that will walk this down back to its pre R/S prices.. imo
Really looking forward to the financials. I'll have to make a point and swing by their office to see how the expansion is going.
Hah urban legend... you must be new to trading pinks. To each their own. My shares is irrelevant.
Yup.. Im hoping the Financials backs up the Hype in the last week of PR's..
Just google past pink sheets companies that has gone through a R/S and see if they are still trading today, go on stockcharts.com and look up their price history post R/S... I've seen many companies in pinksheets R/S and I have not seen one that I have been a part of successfully climb out of it.. but thats just me, im sure there are some but I have not been fortunate to find any.
Well if Dustin's post regarding the huge order from $OGRMF checks out, and the prior PR of substantial sales increase in Feb. of this year checks out, and coupled with the R/S and plans to uplist.. this can very well be a successful R/S.. however, statistics has always proven R/S has a high rate of failure.
I am assuming another PR regarding $OGRMF order is in play either tomorrow morning or sometime this week to keep prices above the penny threshold. PR needs to also appear under $OGRMF news feed, that will help push new money in this stock, imo..
Well the thing is people are trying to jump ship, but at current prices, there is no reason to jump ship below .01 and take a loss when there's a strong chance this will stay above .01 leading up to the R/S... This is the reason why its not running to 2c based on the last two PR's. My opinion is all the sell off at .012-.0125 is keeping this down.
Thank you for the clarification. That sounds about right!
careful... as much as you want to be transparent with everyone, unless they publicly announced the order from Organigram, there are some lurkers in this board that will call you out as "insider-trading" .. I would suggest keeping any information that isnt publicly available to yourself, regardless if it benefits others.
How are "Longs" happy? They havent made a profit in 3 years due to "LONG" holding... When the R/S comes, you'll have to see an uptick by a full dollar to see a 100% return.. Though I an uplist will attract bigger players, but that also means big time shorts will come around as well.. Im not bashing the longs, but trying to understand the logic of holding without selling short term and making a profit, and re-buy..
There will be a blood bath following the r/s news from last week, leading up to the R/S date, as many holders are trying to get out. My experience in R/S, typically the day after an R/S you will see a lot of sell off before spiking back up.. As of right now, management I believe is trying to control the bleeding prior to the R/S. They need the price to be aboove .01 if they want the R/S to go in their favor, hence the heavy bid support at .01.
If this doesnt run above .0125 prior to the R/S, I am betting we see this drop under $1 48hrs after the R/S..
again just my opinion and observation.. play as you see it.
Well they had plans to uplist from the start and they know and we know that wasn’t possible with current price and/or share structure. We knew R/S was coming, that was inevitable...
not so fast..
So todays news was that they are expanding from 6000sqft to 13000sqft.. However I thought their lease at that location is 10000sqft?

Only thing stopping are these walls... But I guess we'll see how next week turns out. Theyll need to start cranking out PR's if they want this to run, otherwise its just going to be played by the say day traders...
10% bounce come Monday..
Ya, that could possibly be true.. If they release financial report prior and shows a dramatic increase, this can possibly run to 2cents and that R/S would give them a $2 price tag perfect for uplist.
absolutely! I agree, i think that is exactly what they are looking into doing.. It was either this or a share buy-back, and we all know that wasn't going to happen. But until that R/S goes through this thing is not going past .012 in my opinion. I'll just wait until after the R/S.
Well, you'll finally get your dime but at the cost of a 1/100 R/S...
This makes sense why that 1M wall lingered all week.. He/She obviously had been tipped off. This also makes sense why there were several 1M walls today all trying to dump asap. Im just glad I got out when I did. Just cancelled all my orders to let this breathe a bit.
its too bad you have never sold, because now you're in for a whole world of hurt when that R/S goes through...
Looks like a R/S is in order.. lol
Looks like a R/S is in order.. lol
would be nice to see this at a dime, but I don't think we
ll get there just yet with current share structure.
nope, its complete manipulation. Theres another 1M back at .012, and another Mil on the bid. Im on .0101 support, and that 1M support moved up to .011 lol right after.
Thats no fake wall at .012.. its the same person the last several days. he/she definitely wants out.
Looks like a buy-back is in order :)
hahaha.. easy money. This is going to $120 by end of week or higher.
3.5M wall at .0105 lol..
ummm.. you are wrong, amazon uses USPS as well. I own a few amazon business, and I can 100% say we ship USPS with our prime items as long as it is under 1lb they will ship with USPS.
Stamps.com terminate their exclusive agreement with USPS...
only been playing this stock for a year now, but have easily figured out its not a "HOLD LONG" stock.. its a flipper stock. I've made very good money, but not by holding on. Anyone that says, "i havent sold" and continue to add is going to end up holding the bag each time, and if it does run, they are still never going to catch up to those that flip each time it runs. simple as that.. imo.
Here is how i see it. So they do not give USPS exclusive contract, and can now only offer regular pricing anywhere else.. but people that have stamp.com account like myself will still use stamp.com because its easy to purchase the postage, and I already have an account so why not continue doing so.. biggest concern is what the margins stamps.com had when they did have usps exclusive agreement in place..but if they bring UPS or Fedex as well it just might make their earnings even more attractive.
slow day.. imo it might dip below a penny tomorrow in the AM.
