With the questions I have, I think I better call KG up and see if he can talk to me and provide the answers. I know there is only so much he can tell me. What I learn, when I call, I'll pass it along.
Yeah. It's like the people who sell the Lasik lasers. Every time there is a Lasik procedure, they get a fee or something like that. If I'm correct. I have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA OR FACTS TO BACK THAT ASSUMPTION UP. I'm just going on what I ASSUME to be true.
ADMINS: This DOES relate to SSWC if you read the thread entirely.
Being debt free by the end of 2011 does seem possible. Having said that, I'm asking too, what is the current debt? I know we'll find out when the filings are brought up to date. Does anyone happen to know what the debt is right now?
I've got a general idea of some of the debt structure, Mahoney's shares, Cornell selling theirs. I just don't know specifically what the figures are on this.
What about the possibility of royalties involved with the pharma deal? Could it be possible that KG and/or SSWC could get royalties whent he pharma deal goes through on the drug delivery system? Along the lines of how Dr. Martin receives for Neosporin and his other patents.
This isn't some attempt at planting a false rumor or anything. I just thought it might something that could bring in additional revenue with the deal.
Worth more than that. IMO. Too many great things now, and will be to not consider. It is worth at a minimum a penny, if not higher. Those who have been on board since the beginning know this is the place to be.
I'm not going to spout off all the things positive on here. If one does their own DD, they'll realize that this has the potential to go higher than a penny. IMO. I've been proven wrong before.
Mayhoney (Muh-buh-lone-ie) shouldn't have let the accounting to get so bad for SSWC. IMO. That just is not right.
Huh? Could you enlighten us (me) less savvy traders (me) on what your post meant? Some of us (ME) traders are confused by what you're talking about. We (me again) don't understand the 2200 signal or any of your post.
Some of us (ME! ME! ME!)aren't very smart when it comes to understanding some of the lingo used. (Example: WTF is a Ballanger wave)
Cornell selling their shares happened about 2 weeks ago.
KG isn't "dumping" or selling a single share. Remember, he is restricted from what he can sell. Even if he could, it would only be 1% of any given month that he COULD sell. He's stated that he isn't going to sell any shares for a while. Let alone take a salary.
Since he has more than kept his word and delivered more good news than we could have expected, I'm going to trust him.
This isn't a slam on you or anyone. Sometimes, picking up the phone and talking to KG can get questonis answered. I thought that I had posted that information before, along with someone else.
They dumped their shares 2 weeks ago when we had that 100+ million volume day. The 2 biggest shareholders now are KG and the former CEO of SSWC.
The former CEO of SSWC is even lousier than I am at keeping up with records and balancing the books. Thanks guy for leaving KG such a mess and hurting the pps. Luckily, it'll be rectified shortly and we'll be out of the CE status.
Hope you're right.
Here's something I just thought. I've never been good at math (maf). Bear with me and I think this may prove my theory that NMGL will be the "divvy" for FFGO.
NMGL "authorized" a billion shares in June 2010. The current PPS of NMGL is $1.80. FFGO announced today that divvy has the EQUIVALENT cash price of .003449. There are 75 BILLION O/S out there.
If someone does the math on this information, wouldn't the answer to the equation come pretty close to what I'm getting at? (NMGL would be the divvy for FFGO is what I'm guessing)
I truly hope for us shareholders in FFGO that NMGL isn't the divvy and we get cash instead. Considering the Hanover Capital Group scam that happened about 6 years ago in England, this may be a "rinse and repeat".
If anyone who has been following SSWC for the past 2 months will agree with me. With every PR that comes out, the ATM effect becomes less and less effective. This PR shows how strong SSWC has become.
Now, I am expecting a slight pullback either Tuesday or Wednesday for some profit taking. I am guessing that we will be at .0020 - .0025 EOW. That is my guess. I could be wrong.
I personally think it was someone who thought they could bid whack at the last minute, or someone trying to short at the last second (less likely).
There were 2 buys for 331,000 and 30,000 that were bought at .0018. Those are my buddies for the day.
Whoever had that buy at .0018 is my hero for the day.
Ah the ol, flipping routine. I hope like crazy the usual suspects who would short like crazy are going to have to cover mega big time today. They used to short this after a PR came out and cause it to close in the red for that day.
Well, darn them with torpedoes, FULL STEAM AHEAD! LOL!
Yes the LED works great. I love how you can tell how much of a charge is flowing through the solar cell. If you're indoors, you can tell how much the charge is by how bright the INPUT LED lights up.
This is an awesome PR today!
If you know me from this board you'll know I'm extremely bullish on SSWC. Having said that, I think we would've been better served with the PR if KG had announced a time frame as to when the first store would open it's doors. Not trying to sound negative in anyway, just "analyzing" and offering my opinion on the PR. It's still a great PR, regardless of the fact.
Let's buy, and see where this goes. Grab your front row seats people! This is going to be one great and wild ride up.
ONLY BUY IF YOU'RE A LONG TERMER! DARN YOU FLIPPERS!!!! LOL!
The only thing I found to be a "problem" with the solar charger was, my "heat" stress test. Other than that, it's a really great charger.
I left my charger in my car on a hot and sunny Texas summer day (98 degrees outside, 145 degrees in the car) for the entire 30 hours of my test. 2 corners of the sticker glued on the front started to peel slightly. This was due to the adhesive being heated beyond it's thermal tolerance level.
Most people aren't going to leave this charger in their car and let it cook in such high temperatures. It has an internal battery which could get too hot. Common sense will tell anyone not to leave ANY battery in such hot conditions. Would you leave your laptop or MP3 player laying inside your car? I didn't think so.
My point: It's a great invention and I carry it with me almost anywhere I go.
NOTE: I have not reviewed any other solar charger on the market. Nor, do I plan to. I'm happy with what I got, and recommending it to my fellow Iphone users.
Looking very good today. I think the word is starting to get out about how SSWC is the place to be. Now, if we get some mega great news in a PR, we're done with this low pps.
A "done deal" with Walmart, filings brought up to date, the patents filed, and anything new to report will be more than welcome to us. I got a good feeling about this.
Can someone please tell me what form the dividend will be? I've read the PR and skimmed some of the posts since the PR release. I can't find an answer. They should have announced it in the PR. From what the PR said that they would release more detailed information for our questions, I'll probably get my answer then.
Since this is my one and only post today, I'll throw it all together.
IF the dividend is cash, I may have been wrong to jump to conclusions that FFGO is/was a scam. Which would mean that Lumb and his AREN'T the "stooges" I called them in my previous posts. Which equates to an apology.
IF the dividend is in the form of stocks in another shell, my assumptions were/are correct and the whole FFGO was another scam like what happened with the Hanover Capital Group debacle in England 6 years ago. IF that/this is the case, the SEC and DOJ need to get off their keesters and go after Lumb and associates for criminal offenses.
I am giving the benefit of the doubt, for now, until they announce what the form the dividend will be. I'm hoping for the cash, not expecting anything, so I won't get my "hopes" dashed. If that makes sense.
I love how the people who just can't seem to let SSWC have it's day try to pull out all the stop and go on the tirade. "But, the other solar chargers are....."
We know there are others out there. Why not let the market and consumers be the judge if and which solar charger they're going to buy? Give it a rest already.
Does this relate to SSWC?
"IF" they do pay a cash dividend. NITE and a few others may reenact the window jumping scenes from the 1929 stock market crash. Now, THAT I'd pay for front row seats to watch.
Yeah, the former CEO of SSWC left the books in a mess. He should be handed the bill for all the money that is being spent to bring everything current.
Thus the reason, among many others, that I'm very bullish on SSWC. I'm trying not to do the daily cheer leading of trying to "rally the troops" so we get the pps up. It just doesn't seem to do any good, at least when I do it.
I think with all the good things coming, SSWC hitting a nickel may not be out of the realm of possibility. This is just MY opinion. Personally, I'd love to see it run up to well over a dollar. BUT! Anything can happen in a penny.
DONE.
I just left a message on Ken Glynn's voice mail about your post to see if he will respond. I would recommend that you research your information before you post your accusations. I have found none of your claims to have any validity and certainly lack any fats to back them up.
Bless your heart.
I'm seeing consolidation. Trading sideways?
How about a new false rumor! I hear KG drinks Moutain Dew instead of Coke or Pepsi. I bet he chewed bubble gum at some point this year too! I also have it on good authority that he even uses silverware when he eats! What I do know for a fact is that he once listened to a rock and roll song.
Such terrible and scandalous (BUT TRUE!!) rumor mongering should tank the pps to quadruple 0's by the end of power hour!
I don't doubt a bit that the MM's love to play games. Any way to make a quick buck. No matter how much it will hurt a stock and it's traders. I think SSWC will weather the storm. It's just gonna take time and positive results.
Someone earlier today said that SSWC wouldn't ever reach $1.00 pps because it won't be worth a billion dollars, market cap.
One of the 15 most active stocks has a market cap of 171 million dollars and has a pps of $1.30.
I'm not saying that SSWC will ever reach that level, but, no one can say that it won't. My point is that SSWC COULD reach over a dollar PPS. Or not. Time will tell.
Found this from the buzz cloud under favorites. This was a good day for MBCI. Even though I know nothing about it. I'll have to check it out.
That's good to know that he responded to one of your emails. For as busy as he is, I'm surprised he even takes any calls from shareholders.
It just proves to me that he's a good CEO who does take the time to communicate with us. A big portion of companies in this pennyland just have some company to do IR for them and you don't get even 10% of the information that KG has put out himself. This is why I don't have a single problem with him not responding to EVERY SINGLE call or email. He DOES have to run his company.
Good luck to ya!
KG sometimes doesn't respond to email. A few people and myself have emailed him before and didn't get a response. I have found that it's better to call him since this is the easiest way of communicating with Ken. Just my recommendation.
If and when the name change happens, it'll happen when KG wants it to happen. I'm seeing the EXACT same thing happening with ZLUS* right now. A new company with a new name starting up through and old shell with the same old ticker symbol.
*Not meant as a plug. Just referencing it as my example to make my point.
We've been seeing that for the past 2 weeks. Nice consolidation. IMO, this is a VERY good indication on how healthy and strong SSWC is.
