Nope. Pinks are completely screwed up. They're nothing like fully reporting stocks on the big boards. They can be very frustrating. One day, though, they blow through the roof and you never saw it coming and usually far outperform any big board stocks. You just have to get in low and wait...possibly many years.

I'm with you vikco. I'm waiting until I make money. I'm either going down with the ship or flying high above the clouds but I ain't quitin' now! BTW, you said your CEO and family/friends are holding shares. Are you an employee?
olvperman
The biggest enemy in my mind for any pink is dilution. If they can avoid that and get paid quickly and keep this thing afloat until bigger things happen, sp should respond nicely.
olvperman
The fact are great. It's the pink listing that can be illogical in getting our sp where it should be. I've seen many pink companies with great resumes and up up up potential with great deals etc. But the manipulators and market makers usually beat the crap out of them. I guess there must be money in that or they wouldn't do it. The sooner vper gets to a better listing, the better.
olvperman
Ha ha. I think 7 years show an insane patience level. It's the attitude of the moderators that seem "emotional" when emotions have nothing to do with pinks. If you get emotional with any stocks, especially pinks, you'll age quickly and be like me: oldviperman. Everyone knows that as soon as you think we're all set pinks dive. That emotional response is a newbie trait which you all seem to exhibit. So from the old beaten up pinker: patience please, calm down and use your head, not your heart!
Wishing all your vper dreams come true,
oldvperman
Where are all those cheerleaders who were so sure we were all set? You guys have to be newbies to fall for pink hope. I learned my lesson years ago. Maybe she'll pop, maybe she'll drop. That's all we have in the pink world, no matter how promising. Yes, she might run some day but not when we think. So much manipulation IMO. What shame!
olvperman
wow. we get news and only one person responds. where did everybody go?
olvperman
I would say "that's impossible". But if I were to try anyway, I'd say .07. The point is that I think a new yearly high will be set before year end (.04-.10). The only factor that makes me say this is the potential explosion that vper has over the next 6 months due to the probably pr's that we should see by year end, IMO.
olvperman
jm,
All of this is JMO. I'm down quite a bit more than you are. It's quite possible that vper could run up a lot before the end of the year and if things continue to go well, deals being made and official earnings audit being completed as well a move up to a better exchange, the likely hood that vper will climb significantly is a good. Just be careful of the well-meaning posters here as these other investors tend to be overly positive and get very excited in response to every single pr and move up on the stock. The reality is that vper is a pinksheet penny and will have many swings up and down, even when there appears to be no clear reason. This is not like the big exchange stocks that have steadier and more "sane" sp action. I try to keep my emotions in check, knowing that I would lose my mind if I went nuts like these other guys every time something "happens" with the stock. I'd hold till at least the end of the year and then make your decision. IMO, we should see a good response to vper by then.
olvperman
Thanks for the link but I thought they were already at that level. Oh well, up is up.
ovperman
Good to see this progress and pr. I'm wondering, though, what is the next level of pinks? Is that OTCBB or some lower level? Any level up is good but they were talking about a more major market awhile ago. Either way, progress is progress.
olvperman
Nope.
Wow Unit, another old timer. I'm around 7 years. I can't believe I'm still holding and we're still in the running for some profit. I really thought it was over awhile back.
olvperman
All of this is great but my biggest concern is dilution. If that happens, say goodbye to profit potential. So far so good...
olvperman
So you mean their CEO from a pr firm or their CEO from a company with which vper has a pending agreement?
What do you mean by "our" company, viper? Who is the other company, without divulging the name, the pr company they're using? Just a bit confused with who you're referring to.
olvperman
LOL, Sagan. Bad for my health. You are correct, sir! Wow, you should be called oldviperman. I thought I was the senior vper holder. I should have dumped on one of the last pops back in 03/04 but thought we'd run further. Your endurance/insanity is to be commended! I realize we could pop soon but my biggest fear is reverse splitting to fund growth/stay alive but hurt sp. So far, I am impressed with the fact that they've avoided that. Very unusual for pinks. Theses mm's are also a pain. Maybe this is the last bashing from them and then they'll run for the hills.
olvperman
With all of your positive comments, I guess I have to conclude 1 of 3 things:
1. You're newbies and don't recognize when the stock is in trouble.
2. You're down and hoping thinks will turn around with no real evidence.
3. You're company employees that are trying to get this thing moving.
I'm no basher. I've held this junk for 7 years and watched my ulcer grow thinking "this is the year". Even with the latest turn around and a run to .03 I got excited. Now we dipped to .001. This makes no sense other than mm's working their magic. Still, vper should be holding above .01 IMO. It's very discouraging but it's more also irritating to hear people saying everything is so great when it isn't. Please finally admit that this sucks!
olvperman
I don't need Sept. to be surprised. I'm surprised right now by the sp action. Horrible!
olvperman
I spoke with Kaiser a few months ago and he said vper was behind in their payments for their services and that they wouldn't even talk to him. He was pissed! That worried me but now the sp worries me more.
olvperman
Yeah, moving along alright. .003 Perfect. What is going on?
FYI, I've been holding and buying vper since 03' and I'm down more than you are, thus the name, ol'vperman. I used to call Farid but I don't bother anymore. It didn't really get me anywhere since they don't seem to follow their own schedule (aka, 08 and 09 earnings that still isn't posted). There's nothing I can do now but take the loss or wait. I think the worst may be behind vper. Maybe this will finally be the year.
ol'vperman
Take it easy, vikco. It was just a simple question. You have more info than I do and was just being friendly. By your reaction, I guess you are down a lot right now. I hope vper runs just for you! Take care,
ol'vperman
vicko, how do you know so much? Do you work for/have connections to viper? If you have insider info you should be careful about what you post. It's encouraging to hear your insight but just be cautious. JMO
ol'viperman
Nope. Can't believe they're sub 1/2 penny. I've never seen a pinksheet climb so strongly but then drop so steadily like vper. I thought they finally got their act together. Some one somewhere wake me up. Sheesh!
vperman
Hooray! Go vper go! If you can't do it, nobody can! How's that? What goes down, must come up.
ol' vperman
It's down but should now climb again IMO. Either dead cat bounce or true run up IMO. We shall see.
ol' vperman
What's this! No earnings as promised? OMG, what in the... but they said... they said that they were going to...what's going on here? Oh, the horror! I feel sick.
ol' (sick) viperman
Today's the big day! From shareholder update: "Currently, we are working judiciously on all elements along with our legal and accounting support team and expect to file unaudited financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2008 and 2009 by April 16, 2010. Simultaneously, we will be working on a complete audit report with our independent auditor." Woo hoo! Can't wait for the reports today. Should get us moving in the right direction!
ol'vperman
I called pr firm "YES" and they said VPER is in default on their pr payments. Unbelievable!
Hey jmo, are you the same one from the old raging bull days? I've been holding this junk for 7 years and counting. If it's going to happen, it should be this year, huh?
