re Obama Care
I received a call last week from the insurance carrier of my son's health insurance. All she wanted to talk about was the government supplements that my son might qualify for to reduce his insurance payout with his new costs in October. I told her to send me the information. The information came with the total monthly fee for insurance as $325 a month. That would be an increase from the beginning of the year of $200 a month. (The raised it recently 15% in June, so they can say that the increase of Obamacare isn't that great). They showed that with a government supplement how the cost goes down. So I see the way the insurance companies will play this. They have everything to win and nothing to lose, passing the costs on to the taxpayer. The politician is thinking of all the money they can now exhort from the insurance companies to get re-elected. Frontal Corruption with the Liberal community celebrating this.
Even Sarah Palin is laughing at the Prez incompetence
“As I said before,” Mrs. Palin concluded Friday, “if we are dangerously uncertain of the outcome and are led into war by a Commander-in-chief who can’t recognize that this conflict is pitting Islamic extremists against an authoritarian regime with both sides shouting ‘Allah Akbar’ at each other, then let Allah sort it out.”
Palin
Pelosi went there without Bush's permission in 2007... Maybe she should go again, since she did such a wonderful job
Yep, he is too good
People like to put him down because he is a Christian. Funny, if he was a Jew, the left would be yelling "Hate crime", unless you are Jesse Jackson. He proved himself by taking the pathetic Denver team to a playoff win. Even Manning couldn't do that with the better players that were given to him. When he was at Florida, the press did the same thing and he won a National Championship, Heisman Trophy and came in 2nd in the nation. I hear he may end up as a Chicago Bear, but if I was him, I would go to Jacksonville where people love him.
Noticed that McCan't and graham met with BO and Susan Rice. Rice said that it was a video was the reason that all those people got gassed. This is a joke with this group.
10 signs - This sums it up
10 signs for spotting a sociopath
#1) Sociopaths are charming. Sociopaths have high charisma and tend to attract a following just because people want to be around them. They have a "glow" about them that attracts people who typically seek guidance or direction. They often appear to be sexy or have a strong sexual attraction.
#2) Sociopaths are more spontaneous and intense than other people. They tend to do bizarre, sometimes erratic things that most regular people wouldn't do. They are unbound by normal social contracts. Their behavior often seems irrational or extremely risky.
#3) Sociopaths are incapable of feeling shame, guilt or remorse. Their brains simply lack the circuitry to process such emotions. This allows them to betray people, threaten people or harm people without giving it a second thought. They pursue any action that serves their own self interest even if it seriously harms others. This is why you will find many very "successful" sociopaths in high levels of government, in any nation.
#4) Sociopaths invent outrageous lies about their experiences. They wildly exaggerate things to the point of absurdity, but when they describe it to you in a storytelling format, for some reason it sounds believable at the time.
#5) Sociopaths seek to dominate others and "win" at all costs. They hate to lose any argument or fight and will viciously defend their web of lies, even to the point of logical absurdity.
#6) Sociopaths tend to be highly intelligent, but they use their brainpower to deceive others rather than empower them. Their high IQs often makes them dangerous. This is why many of the best-known serial killers who successfully evaded law enforcement were sociopaths.
#7) Sociopaths are incapable of love and are entirely self-serving. They may feign love or compassion in order to get what they want, but they don't actually FEEL love in the way that you or I do.
#8) Sociopaths speak poetically. They are master wordsmiths, able to deliver a running "stream of consciousness" monologue that is both intriguing and hypnotic. They are expert storytellers and even poets. As a great example of this in action, watch this interview of Charles Manson on YouTube.
#9) Sociopaths never apologize. They are never wrong. They never feel guilt. They can never apologize. Even if shown proof that they were wrong, they will refuse to apologize and instead go on the attack.
#10) Sociopaths are delusional and literally believe that what they say becomes truth merely because they say it!
This is like Benghazi
No leadership just dead people. Over 1400 people were gassed. That is about half that were killed on 9/11. Looks like with over 5 billion in POMO Tuesday we should gap up big time. 54 percent of the gains since 2009 have come with 5 billion POMO days
Sounds like fun
You must be good LOL. Make sure you intimidate you friends by having a red line or shot over the bow. That seems to work well with Washington LOL. Talk about incompetence. Even the Brits don't want to be a part of this. I thought the Dems weren't suppose to be like the Stupid republicons. LOL
Good call
Still on a sell. 401k markup. 1450 is the number for bulls
LOL. I am watching right now. I really like watching the LPGA. The course is beautiful
See them LPGA is in Portland. are you going to see the tournament. Johnny football Saturday at noon. Guess it is ok to gas people in BO land. Really bad if you ask me. Saw all the babies that were gassed.
Shot over the bow
Rhetoric by speeches that don't mean anything. Red line... give me a break.... Bad parental talk. Now he screwed it up with his loose talk about Putin. He doesn't want to be called a Cowboy, but as a deep thinker..... So much for the rhetoric about Dem being such good negotiators, not like Bush.... 9/11 is coming up and he still hasn't explained Benghazi, nor has the media made him.... It shows how committed to the left and Dems are. They don't mind who is killed or gassed. Most don't even know that chemical warfare was used or that Americans were attacked on our soil and nothing was done.
Da Blue line break
I have been using pivot points and they work really well

Yep sure looks that will be it
He has to look at Poll data after he says what he is going to do LOL... 3.3 Billion of POMO today, 5 billion yesterday, so the market is ready for his long winded and dreamy speech. Carter, Clinton and BO.... the 3 stooges comes to mind LOL.
1635 is the 100 DMA
so this should make it interesting. Yep, don't blame BO for war, housing bubble, stock bubble or 14% unemployment LOL. Dems should work Syria for all it is worth until we get to 1550 SPX which would test the 200 DMA. Guess they will blame the republicans. LOL If I was in Syria, I would be leaving the Aspirin Factories, just in case. I remember Clinton just making up stuff, so it looked like he did something. I can hear the conversations between Kerry and Syria.... "you have to give me something to blow up, how about a toy factory and we can say we blew up WMD's" LOL.. ABC Down to 1600 SPX should be the next move after a short visit to 1617 SPX.
Stick a Fork in it
Done... Existing homes are still selling well, so the case shiller will still be ok. Prices are still growing in existing homes at double digit levels, but will catch up soon. Interest rates and PT workers can't get loans. When the Herd turns in RE, it goes from hot to cold over night.
Looks like they found Iraq's WMD in
Syria. Saddam gassed his people, too and we went in. So why are we going into Syria? Guess Kerry will say, I was against it, until I was for it. BO will vote against it, and Billary will say something like, "What does it matter"... and blame it on a video....
It's ok to gas children
as long as they are Christians. Those pictures were really disturbing to me. Guess, they aren't to the President or anybody on the left. The UN person for the US didn't show up for her meeting... her vacation is more important. This is the carter years again.
Delta and costs of OC
100 Million increase...
http://www.forbes.com/sites/theapothecary/2013/08/22/delta-air-lines-next-year-our-health-care-costs-will-increase-by-nearly-100-million/
LOL Yep
Thought I would let it die. The markets are built on juice, not on houses, it appears. This should be an ABC down to 1595 SPX if it doesn't get above 1666. I was hoping that it would hit that number today. See BO is campaigning to students again. LOL Only people that will listen anymore LOL
Sounds like you missed this
First, there was the delay of Obamacare’s Medicare cuts until after the election. Then there was the delay of the law’s employer mandate. Then there was the announcement, buried in the Federal Register, that the administration would delay enforcement of a number of key eligibility requirements for the law’s health insurance subsidies, relying on the “honor system” instead. Now comes word that another costly provision of the health law—its caps on out-of-pocket insurance costs—will be delayed for one more year.
According to the Congressional Research Service, as of November 2011, the Obama administration had missed as many as one-third of the deadlines, specified by law, under the Affordable Care Act. Here are the details on the latest one.
Obamacare contains a blizzard of mandates and regulations that will make health insurance more costly. One of the most significant is its caps on out-of-pocket insurance costs, such as co-pays and deductibles. Section 2707(b) of the Public Health Service Act, as added by Obamacare, requires that “a group health plan and a health insurance issuer offering group or individual health insurance coverage may not establish lifetime limits on the dollar value of benefits for the any participant or beneficiary.” Annual limits on cost-sharing are specified by Section 1302(c) of the Affordable Care Act; in addition, starting in 2014, deductibles are limited to $2,000 per year for individual plans, and $4,000 per year for family plans.
Out-of-pocket caps drive premiums upward
There’s no such thing as a free lunch. If you ban lifetime limits, and mandate lower deductibles, and cap out-of-pocket costs, premiums have to go up to reflect these changes. And unlike a lot of the “rate shock” problems we’ve been discussing, these limits apply not only to individually-purchased health insurance, but also to employer-sponsored coverage. (Self-insured employers are exempted.)
These mandates have already had drastic effects on a number of colleges and universities, which offer inexpensive, defined-cap plans to their healthy, youthful students. Premiums at Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory, N.C., for example, rose from $245 per student in 2011-2012 to between $2,507 in 2012-2013, forcing the school to drop its coverage requirements. The University of Puget Sound paid $165 per student in 2011-2012; their rates rose to between $1,500 and $2,000 for 2012-2013.
According to the law, the limits on out-of-pocket costs for 2014 were $6,350 for individual policies and $12,700 for family ones. But in February, the Department of Labor published a little-noticed rule delaying the cap until 2015. The delay was described yesterday by Robert Pear in the New York Times.

Just in time
I am hoping that Tim Cook retires, so AAPL will gap up 2%. So far no announcement. Is this option week LOL Housing is done.

33 facts about the economy
Tank the economy
Yep, flippers abound
You are right, No realtor needed, but generally the homes listed on the MLS have multiple offers that move price up to pay for Realtor fees. So many times, people are selling their homes too cheaply, not knowing the market. That is the realtor answer. I would always use a "Good" realtor to sell my home. Most people have no clue what they are doing when it comes to selling their homes. LOL Most Realtors don't have a clue what they are doing either. The good thing about a market like this, if the realtor lists it too cheaply, buyers will mark it up with multiple offers. Been here in 2006. This is the top in real estate. Real estate and banks follow in herds. The banks will start laying off people and home builders will stop building with concerns over people who signed a contract 6 to 9 months ago, not qualifying for a loan 40 days before closing. Interest rates have gone up 2.6% on a FHA 30 year loan, which is the most used vehicle to finance a home.
2300 job lay offs for lending related jobs from Wells Fargo
They are the leader in mortgages now. Glad we are in a recovery and not it bubble LOL Good grief 2006 all over again, Yogi.

You have to love the financial news
Buyers of homes need to get loans now, before they go up on homes near all time highs LOL 2006 again. Are these people for real.
They said the 10 yr. treasury can't go any higher

He has it now
But will suffer through the higher rates until October. My guess is that they were raising it in order to get them accustomed to a higher rates, so a higher rate then won't put him into shock. Regardless of that, the cost will probably limit the "part timers" and young from buying things. The youth are the ones that spend most of their income right away. Retail sales are bad now, as per walmart etc. who came out this week, this should take it to new lows as the FICA taxes did in Jan. Mediocrity is the socialist standard. You need to get off your high horse and start being sensitive to the middle and lower class. Obama is destroying them and making them dependent on government for food, clothing, health insurance and whatever else. Next will be tax increases for you and me to bring us down. Someone has to pay for this. Greece by the way, needs their 3rd bailout. Who is going to bail us out. Hopefully someone with common sense.
This will be good for the economy
Take $200 per month from every person that isn't buying insurance and now take that away from the retails sales, etc. Explain how this is good for the economy. My son's policy went up big time, so he called the provider and they said wait till the new rates come out in October, to see the prices then. In CA. where you live prices on health insurance for the young was going up 40%, if I remember it right.
Making part timers who are dependent on the government is the overall plan of the socialist. You will fit in well with them.
Reuters jumping on board the part time wave

These are the facts for jobs in 2013
953,000 jobs created In 2013, 77%, or 731,000 are part-time
See the problem. Hello..... Unemployment is at 14% according to U6. It amazes me how you are just taking the liberal view, instead of the independent thinking view.
It can't be a mistake
The smartest people in the world designed it, didn't read it and now will implode the US economy. The economy will fold like a cheap lawn chair with Obama care leading the way.
The Charge Light Brigade - suicidal charge comes to mind :)
The Light Brigade set off down the valley with Cardigan out in front leading the charge. Almost at once Nolan was seen to rush across the front, passing in front of Cardigan. It may be that he then realized the charge was aimed at the wrong target and was attempting to stop or turn the brigade, but he was killed by an artillery shell and the cavalry continued on its course Despite withering fire from three sides that devastated their force on the ride, the Light Brigade was able to engage the Russian forces at the end of the valley and force them back from the redoubt, but it suffered heavy casualties and was soon forced to retire.
Problem with Obama Care
and the poor economy, is that there are excess people to hire. Supply and Demand. So it is cheaper to hire part time workers with no benefits or cost to the companies. They can fire whenever they want to with unemployment hitting them, etc. Obama has created a country of part timers that rely on the government for food stamps, Obama phones, housing, etc. This isn't capitalism and is a mandate to fail. No full time help, no credit. No credit, no houses being built, no retail sales, implosion is the only result. If you can't see that, then you are truly a liberal and not an independent. The country is in a heap of trouble and the juicing of the markets is not a recovery.
