Penny Stalker,
I'm not trying to argue, I understand what you're saying. One reason that no one would fund the company is because of all the entanglements from Dillon and company. I agree with you that money was/is tight from the banks. I was hoping the oil deal was going to be great for the company.
PennyStalker,
This deal didn't have any financing. It was a way for Skipper to unload some bad debt on exbx. There was never any financing or money changing hands. All that happened was exbx assumed the debt from some wells that weren't producing without a major outlay of financing to get to the oil. Exobox assumed the debt in exchange for 10% of the treasury stock. How can a company with no money buy a 22million dollar oil well?
Skipper is poor schmuck stockholder like the rest of us, regardless of how many shares he holds or how he got them. Legally, he has no authority to touch anything that belongs to EXBx. He may be able to persuade, cajole, or pressure other sh's into doing things, but he himself cannot legally distribute any shares to anyone other than his own shares. He is not a board member or is he an officer of the company, period.
I agree 100%. That's why we are trying to replace the board with members that are not associated with the "oilmen". Skipper's oil wells, bad agreement for EXOBOX. Who made the decision to do this deal? It wasn't Kampa, he unwound that mess as best he could. There are puppet masters running things that shouldn't be.
We the shareholders, own this company, not the board. The shareholders never voted on this deal or were made aware of it. Its time we take back control of OUR company.

Re: Oil Wells
To answer your question, yes. EXBX basically had to pay (shares) to get rid of them. This happens more often than you think. Sometimes, if you have an asset that is losing money the costs of getting rid of it outweigh its value. Simply winding down the operation may cost more than paying someone else to take it off your hands.
This is also how you can get your hands on a turnaround company very cheaply. (In this case, the wells are a turnaround situation) I have a bid on one now. Basically bidding under asset value. If successful, I get the company very cheaply and if successful with a turnaround can make very good money. I'll let you know how it goes if your interested
PPete,
I have had the same thoughts but I took the gamble. Some days Chicken, Some days Feathers. I hope there is some meat to this venture.
I forgot a zero. Should be 101,000. Thanks for pointing that out Rat. Commas can be very important. Don't make me the new CFO :)
Correct my shares to 10100 please. I added some more today. Couldn't pass on the opportunity to make my shares over 100k. Looking to add more soon. No pump, just lookin at possibilities.
I suppose its possible its a scam. I have seen the concept and I don't think it is or I wouldn't have wasted my time with this. It must have been a pretty good scam to have been able to convince Kampa, Tony Mason, OSR, and many others.
Great reply, Rat. Couldn't have said it better.
I don't understand why Dillon, Skipper, Studdard, don't just let the company succeed where they would make much more money from the shares they have now, rather than leaching from what little money that's left. As I said before, if they wait they could make a lots of money later or be greedy now and get nothing.
I understand your concerns, Braden. We don't want to cut off our nose to spite our face. I would like nothing better than the stock price to go up. I guess most here are feeling a little crazy. The definition of insanity "doing the same over and over and expecting a different result" is probably what most feel with the present leaders in management. I hope your predictions of a bounce happens and maybe someone can buy those 500k shares. I would if funds were available. We all want to see a different result and end the insanity.
Braden,
Keeping the PPS down? How high do you think it was/is going to go? What other way do propose to discuss the issue among shareholders? I guess you want us all to keep quiet so the PPS will continue to up. Can you explain how that is going to happen?
Checked on ECCO Energy. It's Skipper's company and their stock is a whopping 0.06 PPS at this writing. Seems like a really successful company? Just thought everyone should know.

I'm definetly in for 96600 shares to vote. Put Laser on the board!
This I didn't know. Dont know what to think about that situation. Qualifying leads is important, but I think he shouldn't complain about getting any. Maybe his frustration is also because he is being dogged by everybody. Make your own conclusions.
Considering Sam is working for free, I don't know how you can criticize his frustration. Have you ever knocked on doors for a living making commission? I have before for 7 years and it ain't easy. Let's give Sam some support, he's got mine.
Well down here in Texas, barbecue is a staple food, but you may be on to something. They're using code so no one can tell the vast amounts of sales they're piling up LOL.
I have to say that Mr. Griffith has been doing something. We at least have some good PR again. Things seem to be working, albeit slowly. Anyone know what has happend to Sam Van Ryder? Let's hope he is using this new "Cool Vendor" to its full extent. I would walk in to a customer with this news pinned to my forehead. A product needs to get out the door and on the books for some major movement of the PPS. Wait and see.
I'm fortunate enough to already know the Laser, look forward to meeting the Rat, as well. Hope I get the chance to go meet the new CEO with them.
I think Kampa gave it his all. We all had high hopes that he would make something happen. I am glad that the doors didn't close and a new highly qualified CEO is taking charge. He may guide us through BK or onward and upward through the fog of this company. It's baseball season and hope springs eternal so I got 10k more shares. I may be throwing bricks in the Grand Canyon, but I can bring my pps down. Gonna wait and see, Maybe Floyd can right this ship.
I will also try and go with Laser and the Rat next week if I can get away. I'm hoping that new Patent will allow the company the leverage to attract an investor. If this patent doesn't have all the previous attachments from the old management, something might happen. I hope the guys that have a stanglehold on the company can see that sinking the ship will get them nothing. It's better to have a little of something big than nothing at all. I'm hangin' on and hopin for the best.
I've been reading the board for a long time but I have just now signed up to post. Long time stockholder and small time investor. Looking to see EXBX take off soon. I know some of you from the Rocket Ranch.
