No new Reg A issuance and the last of loans matured. That will definitely help
I don't see any new issuance Reg A or otherwise, That's a plus!
Thanks and GLTU as well. It has been a good discussion and a pleasure, hopefully more to come.
I get ya and understand the sideline stance. I am still in and will remain to see how this unfolds.
I agree, most likely more have been issued and being sold into the market as we are witnessing. We will either see that evidenced in the filings or the growing O/S as OTCM updates, which ever comes first.
Here is another thought. On 9/27/2018 BFCH stated the cancellation would reduce the O/S to 151,278,844 but when it finally got done the new O/S is 167,145,701 which is a difference of 15,866,857 ....... could this account for the 14M REG-A shares issued I posted earlier? As being sold into the market already considering they were not restricted and issued in July and October of 2018?
Or were there more issued we don't know about since the latest filings is late?
Things are making more sense now.
I didn't see anything about REG-A shares in the cancellation, just the 12.26B common and the 14M Preferred B and the 2 Preferred A shares.
This one filed on 5/24/2018 at a price of .01

I keep thinking about this and may explain a good portion of the selling.
Looks like the REG-A shares were issued as follows:
10M to Tribridge Ventures,LLC (John Forsythe)
4M to GPL Ventures,LLC (Alexander Dillion)
The Yes (as you know but others may not) indicates they were issued at a discount to the market price at the time of issuance.
Definitely a good sign.
If you mean the shares held at DTC they are listed on the company website. In regards to the Float, those are shares in the O/S that are free trading minus restricted and what not that are not free trading. The 262M listed as non restricted would be included in the Float whether they were sold into the market or not due to being non restricted.
As can any company but they clearly stated their intention to significantly reduce the Authorized share count once OTCM updates the Outstanding share count on their website. I am sure you are aware of that as well
The cancellation had nothing to do with the Authorized share count, it is for the Outstanding share count and I am sure you know that.
That is blatantly false. The only preferred shares cancelled were 14 million Preferred B shares and 2 Preferred A shares. Those were in addition to the 12.26 Billion common shares that's why the total number cancelled in the filing is 12,274,000,002
I don't believe that
As stated that makes sense. Sold into the market would have to be bought back in order to retire them, and announced as being dealt with in that fashion.
How do we know they we not deposited? Not saying you are wrong just hashing things over because if I knew the answer I would not ask.
Whether or not the non restricted 262M of the illegal shares were sold into the market is the question.
Can't blame peeps who got in sub penny for taking profits. Can't go broke that way.
Exactly!
Here's a link to the first post I mentioned the 262m in the exhibits in the formal complaint.

Here's the exhibits they filed on 9/24/2018
https://backend.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/financial-report/203020/content
Here's something I am wondering about.
Remember, in the formal complaint to cancel the illegally issued shares there were 262m of those shares that were listed as non restricted.
Since the illegally issued shares were issued, albeit illegally they were counted on the O/S.
The Float being O/S minus restricted and what not that are not free trading shares was at 414m and reduced to 164m... does it stand to reason that some of the illegally issued shares were part of the free trading float?
Interesting that the 262m illegally issued shares listed as non restricted in the formal complaint is close to the difference between the old and new float of 250m.
EXCELLENT!
No change on company website or WY SOS. Not worried or spreading fear just noting for sake of discussion. Would rather have any of them do it Monday.
Hey, UNVC closed over a Penny.
OTCM updated. No change. Rather have it Monday anyway.
If any illegal shares were sold it would be up to the 262m that were listed as non restricted in the exhibits detailing the illegally issued shares in the formal complaint. IMO

That is my point. If nothing else, those most likely were sold prior to being cancelled and I would assume would have to currently be included in the float pre cancellation.
This is interesting or am I reading this wrong?
