Fiscal slovenliness loan, the insult to injury is they (management) don’t give a damn. Shareholders that abide this behavior evidently don’t either.
nonseq-we’d have to start with the package. Billing rate for a professional graphic designer can exceed $300/hr.
I have retained them in my practice as an architect. They nor I work pro bono.
nonseq-am I to deduce your opinion is that the graphics are sales-inducing? Let’s talk about visual nonsequiteurs. What on earth does placing a box and canister (cockeyed) on fake sand by a fake stream with a cascading water backdrop have to do with diabetic strips? Whoever conceived of this visual dog’s breakfast has done Decn a disfavor. The box graphic I have maintained from day one is beyond amateur. It may even adversely affect sales.
Please Keith rid us of those hideous intro visuals. How is it possible to conceive and maintain such amateurism for such a successful entity, LOL?
‘It doesn’t have to be right but it does have to be THERE.’
“I have learned one thing: ‘Showing up is 80 percent of life.’ Sometimes it’s easier to hide home in bed. I’ve done both.”
Cool concision there JB. I fortunately was not munching Doritos on the couch uponchrckng in.
Looks like the Pied Piper still can sway a boomerang effect from .05 to .17 and back again. Can you hear that soft swirling sound as it winds it way back to .05?
Screeching halt scoop? 1,127,412 traded today.
Zoran-LOL, 100% loss. Berman may initiate maintenance and early termination fees. Longtime holders have been cannon fodder for the late comers.
scoop-hats off-you are one of the few who confesses to a near wipe-out cost basis. You're not alone in this, I have lost any appetite for averaging down and will sit on my 6-figure position with waning interest. The odyssey has been one that would have been difficult to have escaped the attention/interest of even seasoned investors. No longer the case IMO.
Z-man, if memory serves-it’s a buck forty.
Synopsis-somewhat after the fact-and the run up.

"Any help with accurate Bermanese-to-English translations would be appreciated."
Loaner-accurate would be a misnomer? Berman has posted far too many prevarications in his releases for accuracy to be possible. Unlike the poster who accused you of failing to see the 'big picture', I much appreciate the thoroughness of your "Diagnonstics" sleuthing.
Close to 10X Average Daily Volume. Where's the hype coming from? Unseen for more than 18 months.
Credibility-like trust-is not easily regained once lost. To wit: any DECN release. Berman has shareholders thinking, hoping, believing that great things are imminent on multiple fronts, after cutting through the fog-nada,rien, niente.
Alydry-one glaring omission IMO: "margins in excess of the company's successful GenUltimate!™ test strips." Fat margins on a product that's not selling. Deja Vu.
JB-IOW, Berman's parasitic piggyback gizmo is late to the party that celebrates an outmoded procedure after hyperbolically expounding on how Decn has been wronged, persecuted and prohibited from attaining its deserved success and that he would prevail. A bald man fighting over a comb. That's our man in the corner office. And to think we once believed.
Well zoran-3 out of 4 ain't bad. A most sophisticated scam we have here.
"Our plan is to tactfully enforce our rights against J&J/Lifescan for the pain they have caused our clients, the clients of our clients, and our shareholders in true DECN form which is to win by virtue and prove that sometimes David does overcome Goliath."
There is such a reminiscent ring to this verbiage, it seduced shareholders old and new in the spring of 2016. Quite evident IMO that momentum and interest has been largely abandoned.
loaner-you crack me up. Keep curling that iron and maybe DECN will come around...
Classic, timeless Bermanese BS. 2/9/16:
"The company has also packed the last several years with the planning and development of a suite of new products that it will begin releasing in 2016. Those additions to the family of diagnostic testing products and devices include:
GenUltimate test strip TARGETED FOR SALE to GPOs, major chain pharmacies, private label sales and mega-distributors.
GenSure test strip, a product for international sales to the developing world markets and which will initially feature a test strip and shortly followed by the release of a test meter.
The Discretion product line of glucose meter systems empowered by Internet radio devices, designed for remote glucose monitoring of diabetes inflicted school-aged, children
Mr. Berman concluded, "Here we are once again after 3+ years; poised to distribute to the millions of diabetic patients a superior and significantly less expensive test strip that have been denied due to the legal and business harassment of J&J/Lifescan. This time we will not be deterred. RAPID GROWTH will be fulfilled and supported by our contract domestic manufacturer and our newly engaged supplemental international manufacturer."
Buyout, uplist, settlement, legal defense fund, shipments, strategic partnerships, channel facilitators, new products. We got it ALL which amounts to NOTHING except a market-unreceptive gadget.
"...and turn down many more offers than we have accepted, AND IT CONTINUES TO WORK FOR US."
What does Berman mean here? His cash cow appears to have depleted all the green grass he has been pointing to.
"Those who know DECN, know that we are extreme at vetting our partners and lenders and turn down many more offers than we have accepted, and it continues to work for us."
Loan-reads like stand up comedic drivel. A 21% improvement should maintain under a dime. Impressive.
Defiant, delusional, deceitful, disingenuous, despicable. Anything missing?
zoran-it strikes me as suspect that you defend a sensationalist such as Berman. Smacks of the days of darylclone, AKA slick baldy. Absolutely nothing has been realized per his hyperbolic pronouncements. We have yet to see Johnson and Johnson "begging for forgiveness", with time all Berman's pronouncements become hollow.
There was a time when select shareholders proudly announced of their 800k-1 million share positions. Small or large position-shareholders have all been had.
We must though credit Berman with consistency. Dates of unrealized material events is the hallmark of this 'company', always just in sight and slightly out of reach.
A distant bad memory after all the 180 point headlines and no fine print.
Volume and number of posts correlates. DOA. Or make that non-arrival.
scoop-thanks to you, Alydyr and loaner for slowly and methodically peeling back the layers of this onion to expose this 'Company' for what it is. Kudos to Alydyr for calling this out how many years and millions of dollars ago?
28th August will be a non-event. Mark this post.
"...primarily because a group of company shareholders and persons claiming to be shareholders poisoned our relationship Retail Monster." Indeed this qualifies as 'crap' loaner. Shareholders sabatoging a needed and beneficial facilitator. Another leader who can't bear responsibility for their own incompetence.
Let's go with allegations of the former, accusations of the latter.
pluto-this allegation was the kinder of deliberate/intended OR unacceptably sloppy, unthorough, inattentive to detail or accuracy. NOT the first instance of same.
Of course date inaccuracies are circumstantial. They add to the deliberate and intended confusion by shareholders.
JB-gotta that 'month-to-month basis'. Nothing fly-by-night about this operation. Consider the 'personal revenue' generated per capita per sq.ft. Lucrative to say the least.
"...not just a struggling microcap CEO trying to build a business. Hopefully these formal third party attestations can be posted for all to read. But I don't think you'll find any." You are unequivocally correct MMF/Pluto. I have serious doubts you will find any testimonials as to Berman's impeccable character, doing good for shareholders- a paramount fiduciary responsibility of any CEO of a public company.
Now there's a non sequitur to a reasonable question. You were always good for the drip drip drip method of retaining shareholder interest P.
Pluto-as as self-stated close friend of Berman's for over 30 years, and one who once implicitly stated they prospered mightily from such-it is evidently impossible for you to conceive of why long standing shareholders and posters impeach his character. Can you counter these allegations with "links, articles, and filings" that support any claim to be a responsible fiduciary steward, acting in the best interest of DECN shareholders? Oh wait-Berman never claimed to be such.
"...executing and managing DECN's existing massive retail contract; completing negotiations and finalizing agreements in varied degrees of completion; introducing the company's "Gen" family of diabetic test strips to unexplored retail venues, and pursuing opportunities in new retail markets."
Please provide proof through links or follow-up articles that ANY of these lofty Berman pronouncements materialized.
