No problem Captain!!
I mean Captain Ostrich!! LOL!!! Better sew your back pocket shut or King will reach in and pull from your wallet again.
What is guaranteed? Approval? HAHAHA!!
Not even close. Remember, the CRL indicates they are still working on draft labeling (which according to ALXA was also updated in this submittal).
ALXA is not close at all. 2014 before approval...assuming they can dilute enough to make it that far.
Hard Fact #1: King and his executives gave themselves a bonus just for resubmitting the NDA in the Fall of 2011 (after they had received their first CRL in the Fall of 2010).
Just for resubmitting!! Think about that. Cart before the horse don't you think? Do you get bonuses at your job just for doing your job?
In my book, that is a crook. Sure, legally there was no problem as it was approved by the board, yada, yada, yada...
Why would King "hate to see it"?
He has made out like a bandit at ALXA. $150K/year + bonuses for screwing up.
Has nothing to do with it. Management at ALXA (especially that crook Thomas King) give themselves bonuses from the company coffers whenever they flipping feel like it.
Yes, in the April 2010 submission after the A.I. request in January 2010, there supposedly was at least 1 (maybe 2) radiologists who vouched for the diagnostic quality of the images in the submission.
Those are 2 key witnesses. They have their livelihood on the line and they are likely Dean's friends as he often referenced the fact that he had many friends as radiologists on conference calls.
Vuksich has it right. Who needs Dean Janes at IMGG anymore with his exorbitant salary and perks (AMG Mercedes)?
Dean is not needed anymore (at least on full time basis):
1. DVIS works as advertised right? Full functioning machine is built and even another one is stored in Northern California according to Dean Janes the pathological liar.
2. Images need acquired (don't need Dean for this).
3. Assemble the 510K with the images (certainly, don't need Dean for this either as he has proven himself to be a bumble head when it comes to filing 510K's.)
The problem: The machine doesn't work as advertised, there is not a production ready model and there is not a second production ready model stored in Northern California as stated many times.
Note to Vuksich: In discovery, ask to see the 2nd model in Northern California.
It's going to be a class 2. If it was simple, minor stuff as the crook King tried to elude to, then it would be wrapped up already and they would be chirping about their responses to the FDA.
Instead, cricket silence. It's going to be bad. Very bad for ALXA shareholders.
And Dean is saying "boom goes the dynamite".
Selling is Cranshire as they have to unload shares to stay below 5% ownership per the agreement. They have no choice. They have to unload shares.
Who is buying? Someone who hasn't found out that Dean Janes is a scam artist yet.
Machine no workie...
Dean Janes lie all the time...
Dean Janes, Mike Nessen, Chris Sohn all deserve jail.
About the Vuksich lawsuit:
I am in full support of the lawsuit against that criminal Dean Janes. Long and strong until the final gong is the victory song!!
OK Dean Janes, what do you have to say for yourself?
Do you feel bad scamming people out of their money? Or is it their fault for investing in a loser like you?
I will try to communicate this everyone now. IMGG is a scam stock. Dean Janes is a POS who barely represents a human being.
It's up 0.0047???
Technically, I guess that is up.
If you think IMGG stock is cheap now, wait till this gets to 0.006/share!!!
You guys should be buying like crazy with this "revolutionary technology" that was "proven to work before your very eyes" at the open house demo.
Poll: How much did Dean get from you?
Dean Janes certainly has cashed out over the years to the tune of $6M. So this poll is to have people start admitting how much Dean swindled you out of with his fake 3D machine.
I'll go first (as I have said this number before): $30,000
So true Kimble. Dean Janes is a sociopath. Karma will get him one day.
He can spin it any way he wants but the facts of the matter are that IMGG is a burnt piece of toast.
I assume the lease payments on the Mercedes for Dean Janes are being kept up however?
Since 2004 (maybe earlier) the value of "vehicles" on IMGG's 10Q/K's is always $105,871. Maybe that Mercedes is getting old?
The patent looks good on paper, but in reality, it doesn't work because it can not produce diagnostic quality images.
The patent is worth less than the paper it is printed on.
Now they need $812,000 to complete the FDA filing.
This is based on the ~$12,000 it costs to be on the MoneyTV farce show and the $800K Dean said he needs in the latest round of dilution...errrr...financing.
Dean Janes, being the scumbag that he is, will still play out the options he has before selling the company/patent for pennies.
Remember, he is receiving salary and rent from IMGG for the building that he subleases to IMGG. He doesn't even own the building!!! Scam!! Skimming right there folks!!!
Anyway, the longer he drags this out the longer he gets rent and salary and health insurance. He has probably calculated out what he could sell patent/company for vs. running the scam out further and realizes he will make more money just by keeping it going as long as possible.
Positives for IMGG:
<crickets>
These aren't "bad decisions". These are thought out decisions to scam investors. Dean has cleared more than $6M so far.
The DVIS does not work because Dean Janes refuses to provide the FDA with the imagery required for the last 2-3 years.
Dean Janes is a mensa man folks. He knows what the FDA wants. Remember, he has done 4 other 510K's, right?
The game is over. Lockup in a federal pen is next.
Dean Janes gets to sleep at night by having a couple of Thai ladies come over for "relaxation".
He doesn't care otherwise about shareholders in the least bit. He and his cronies have made their money. This is now the end game.
And I agree, I suspect the call was staged. Much more believable than a working DVIS.
Well stated Flash. I guess everyone is satisfied with Dean's performance so far. So satisfied that they don't even mind that he bought himself a Mercedes with company money on the books.
I need to start a company and get these investors on board. I'm going to make paper airplanes that look like the real thing. It'll be a huge hit!!
I didn't ask questions because I already know the answers. Dean Janes is running a scam. It's that simple. Please open your eyes people.
Feel free to buy all the IMGG shares you want if you think I am wrong.
No clinical imagery yet? Hahahaha
So that's what burning money smells like?
You mean Counsultant!! Hahaha
Exactly. Same stunts Dean Janes always pulls. He is just trying to keep the price above 0.01/share.
Cranshire has no choice but to sell shares because they are required to keep their ownership at 4.99% or below. They have to sell. If the stock drops to 0.003/share...THEY STILL HAVE TO SELL!!
No, do not assemble a list. A list gives Dean time to prepare answers. You need answers to questions on the fly while he is on the hot seat. It will make the lies obvious to everyone.
Funny that 0.19/share is the same price Sohn got for his share sale also. Coincidence? I think not.
SEC should check Sohn and Nessen's share sales.
Did you monitor the part where Mike Nessen and Sohn left the company? You know, the part where they left the company just before it was about to miraculously bootstrap itself to the moon?
That's what I suspect. I suspect Nessen worked for 5+ years and then bailed right before IMGG was about to achieve success. Makes the most logical sense right?
LOGIC ALWAYS WINS!!
Oooohh! Oooohh!! I get it!!
You are trying to slyly say a buyout is coming!! Or they are filing with the FDA tomorrow!! Why not just say what you think rather than insinuate it?
PK announcement is more likely. Those darn SEC filing costs are just too much burden and can get Dean-o into trouble with the law.
Too late for that....jail straight ahead Dean-o.
I wonder what percentage of total shares sold during that time frame constitutes Dean Janes' 32M?
Lobcrab, is the package still being finalized and ready for submission?
How long does finalization take? 3 months?
The walls are closing in on Dean Janes.
