Grabbed some at .271 today ..decent price
I have my doubts as well, how can we not
Wow #3 on the breakout boards
Hmm please show me what you mean exactly. I think I said I’m not hearing outlandish ..unless you’re referring to something else I said?
Filings
Trading
Deals
Plus many others through the grapevine
I have not spoken with him. What rubbish are you referring to?
I don’t know what bandstanding means. Anyway I never believed July 5
I wouldn’t even do that since we’re still dealing with Mexico.
Valuations with permits north of $1 easy
Plenty of players still interested, these projects are needed worldwide and are very profitable
Yes. And please someone tell me if Ward promised permits this time around to anyone. I haven’t heard him guarantee anything in over 2 years
I don’t get the point actually. It’s nothing new. And a permit without a group put together is useless as well. Need both. And he has the group and projects secured.
Agreed and I’ve said that all along. Yes he needs permits but this one man show has secured BINDING deals IF Mexico gives him the permits. That is an incredible feat.
And with a couple major players in the mix ..Sergio and Adolfo.
Do you guys think those two guys are part of some small private placement raise for Ward? Honestly?
Someone needs to tell me what is the latest outlandish rumor Ward has been saying? I haven’t heard anything outlandish in couple yrs
I fully believe the PR that was put out with the pictures and what was announced
Correct no permits yet but he has secured deals ready to go on all fronts
Bluebell was real along with the deals that were announced in 2020 but Mexico never came through with the concessions
Sergio and the LGBTQ guy are part of the deals that were signed and with pictures in the announcement. Is that considered just a rumor?
Any follow up from Adolfo’s post? Wonder if he got birthday celebration he was looking for
You should report him for that
Nice find! Sure looks that way. No doubt they will need a lot of energy besides just the token wind farms lol!
Pemex continues to be a mess, needs new leadership in my opinion
I wanna know who the pickle farmer is
I’m only focused on the current situation and all of the important rumors have come true so far, I have no reason to not believe the rest, especially since they tie into diligence that is available publicly
And just to be clear the rumors are not a guarantee since of course still need the official goods from MX, but looks like things are lining up
I guess it depends on what you’re hearing
I believe what I’m hearing

Looking good here!
I haven't heard about his illness, but I'm still hearing he will be replaced in the near future
Again I agree with you that we need Mexico to talk about MRGE. But I do believe the facebook post has more meaning that you are giving it but that's fine, it did say it will start today or by July 29 (little confusing), so not long to wait if anything comes of that. Remember that crazy lgbtq person is very well connected and has over 20 million followers
So you don’t think the Facebook post was about Mirage and their projects?
100%!
And weird that some try to find negativity in that Facebook update. Beyond my comprehension
Great find, I just added some
To da moon! Wow what a statement
Insufficient natural gas production discourages nearshoring in Mexico
The insufficient production of natural gas in Mexico discourages the relocation of investments in the country (nearshoring) , since currently 75 percent of this fuel is imported, considered Carlos Boone, director of Business Intelligence at Énestas.
In addition, the country also needs to invest in expanding the infrastructure for its distribution and storage, since the estimated storage capacity is only 2.4 days.
Natural gas is one of the most consumed fuels in Mexico since 2014 and its participation in the energy basket concentrates 48 percent . The figure is on the rise driven by demand from the industrial sector, indicate data from the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC).
"For the arrival of nearshoring in Mexico, we must guarantee competitive access to raw materials and fuels with comprehensive solutions that adapt to the needs of small, medium and large companies, which in turn facilitate and add to the decarbonization of industries," said the expert.
Nations like France, Germany or Spain have a storage capacity of 98.8, 93.8 or 34.2 days , respectively, indicates an analysis by the Mexican Institute for Competitiveness (IMCO).
"The above represents a risk to guarantee the supply to foreign companies that want to relocate their production chains in our country," he said.
To ensure that the industrial sector in Mexico has access to natural gas, national companies such as Énestas have developed solutions that allow companies to have competitive access to this energy source anywhere in the country, either through refueling stations or competitive prices through pipeline marketing, which allows them to be more profitable and competitive.
"Liquefied natural gas has become a much more affordable alternative to other energy sources, since it allows companies to have access to natural gas anywhere in the country, lowering their costs and contributing in turn to reducing the carbon footprint," reiterated Carlos Boone.
Mexico has a strategic location and commercial agreements with more than 46 countries, however, these factors are not enough for us to be able to take advantage of the opportunities and economic benefits of 35 billion dollars that nearshoring could generate, he said.
"In order to really be attractive as a country, we must solve problems of access to fuels and raw materials, infrastructure and energy security," he added.

Good morning, sounds like we agree for the most part. Let's see if he can push the projects through with this new consortium
At this point is it about Ward's reputation or Mexico's? I would suggest that the stock went from .001 to .10 because of Ward. Now it has stalled because everyone knows Mexico needs to come through.
Not sure how anyone can answer that question for sure except for the right people in Mexico. But yes I do believe Mirage's projects are part of Mexico's strategy for natural gas storage and distribution of LNG worldwide.
Mexico has about nine projects on the horizon for gas liquefaction
Sahuaro Energía Terminal will begin construction in the last quarter of 2023. Sahuaro Energía is expected to boost LNG exports thanks to 20-year contracts with companies such as Shell and Exxon Mobil.

Mexico Pacific Limited pointed out that this work for the transport, reception, liquefaction and export of liquefied natural gas will start its first phase in five years.
The project for the transportation, reception, liquefaction and export of liquefied natural gas (LNG), Sahuaro Energía, will begin construction in the last quarter of this year, becoming one of the largest private energy works that have been carried out in the country, with a total investment of 14,000 million dollars, the creation of 13,000 direct jobs and 21,000 indirect ones.
This was explained to El Economista by Alberto Alonzo, representative of Mexico Pacific Limited (MPL), the Houston-based firm that has a gas supply contract from the Waha shale hub with the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE), for 0.8 billion cubic feet per day, for which it will build the 48-inch pipeline that will cross 16 municipalities in Chihuahua and Sonora, to reach Puerto Libertad in the municipality of Pitiquito, sound.
There it will have three liquefaction trains -one of them supplied with the gas that will be imported by the CFE. Each of these trains will have a capacity of 5 million tons per year each for the gas that will be exported thanks to 20-year contracts with Shell, Exxon Mobil and a third company of the so-called "major" to be announced, in addition to the gas acquisition contracts of the Chinese companies Guandgchow Gas and Zhejiang Energy, until now.
“Sahuaro Energía LNG will start its first phase in five years. It is a long-term project in which price volatility conditions and policy changes are not so relevant, as can be seen in all the instances involved, including, of course, the Mexican government," said the businessman in an interview.
Traditionally, liquefied natural gas is exported to Asia through its transformation and shipment in the ports of the Gulf of Mexico, to cross the Panama Canal. This project in the Pacific will save 11 days of transportation to the ships, with the respective savings for those involved, he explained.
Alberto Alonzo also explained that the abundance of gas in the Permian basin in the southern United States is a guarantee that there will be a supply of this transitional hydrocarbon, while the growth of Asia does not stop, together with the needs of Europe, which will also depend more and more on this hydrocarbon, with which it will need to diversify its imports.
It is no secret to anyone that Mexico will become an LNG exporting power in the coming years, it has all the conditions: the cheapest gas in the world on the northern border, access to both oceans and the potential for skilled labor that investors require,” he said.
Liquefied natural gas is, in turn, the most practical way to carry the hydrocarbon, since it is handled in liquid form. It is odorless, colorless, non-toxic and non-corrosive that is stored at around -162 degrees Celsius to maintain its liquid form, while liquefying uses 600 times less volume than in its gaseous form.
Thanks to the revolution caused by the increase in gas reserves thanks to the shale industry, the United States went from being a deficit country to the world's largest exporter of liquefied natural gas (LNG) in 2022, sharing this position with Qatar and after an annual growth of 12% with an export volume of 11.2 billion cubic feet per day. According to various analyses, LNG exports have increased both due to the availability of gas and to greater liquefaction capacity in the United States and higher global demand, which according to the International Energy Agency will continue until at least 2050.
