Why wouldn't you? I've been accumulating this thing for a long time knowing what effect a project like this could have on this company.
If you like the idea of being in a pinksheets company that can make connections with entities like Seaworld and 20th Century Fox, and has product in every major retailer, then you should take a serious look at buying at these cheap prices while the trend is starting to reverse.
Chart looks great and so does Turtles!
Yes we all know that, but we also know exactly what gigolo was talking about, too. He was in no way implying that HH has thousands of employees.
I think you're confusing the words associate and employee.
I don't know what's more strange...
The fact that you took a picture of this, or the fact that T- Mobile works well enough ANYWHERE in Arkansas to upload a picture.
It says in the filing that that's not the hold up on this quarter's filing. It's with 20th Century Fox.
Now if you're talking about the audit of the shell and the company, no they're not finished, but it looks like it's getting close.
I find it remarkable that we're dealing with huge companies like Blackstone/Seaworld and 20th Century Fox and people are still complaining about what the company's doing.
We're not waiting for our product to show up in Walmart (that already happened), and like so many of the other pink stocks, we're not waiting on some mysterious envoy to a foreign country to get back with "news", we're not waiting on our infomercial to come out, we're not waiting on a loan from a mysterious source, not waiting on a short squeeze, and we're not waiting on a buy out.
This is a real, profitable, growing small company that WILL uplist one day. Problems do happen, and there will be more bumps in the road, but I'm happy to be an investor here with all we have going for us.
So True Eng.
Just as absurd as someone finding something negative to say about a 4 million dollar sponsorship of a film and implying it means something bad for the company.
Well now it's obvious you just made that up out of thin air. "can't get or auditor and lawyer to sign off on the numbers"
Lol. Good try.
ACCORDING to the COMPANY we're waiting on Fox, which makes perfect sense.
They never had a problem filing numbers even when they weren't what investors we're looking for so why do you imply they're starting now? Oh, that's right. Nevermind.
here here! I!
The connections are there, I think the PPS will follow.
I'm personally surprised that some are selling today.
This is some huge news for a pinksheet stock! I don't think people get it yet.
TDGI closed above 50DMA on huge news of a partnership with SeaWorld for the release of their new movie next month. SeaWorld put out a PR after hours mentioning TDGI and it's subsidiary Hannover House.
This stock is trading under it's independently verified library value, and has a huge year of film and book releases coming up.
They already do business with Wal-Mart and all the major retailers, and have a working relationship with 20th Century Fox, which distributed TDGI's last feature film "Twelve" to Redbox, Blockbuster, and the major retail sellers.
The CEO is a former NASDAQ CEO with Hemdale, and has been very shareholder friendly. His brother is the former Governor of Kansas.
TDGI was also featured on MoneyTV this past week, and will be wheeling and dealing this coming week at the Cannes Film Festival.
Get ready folks, I think this is a screaming buy. What other pinky do you know that gets mentioned in a PR from a company owned by one of the largest Hedge funds in the world (Blackstone)?

TDGI has so much going for it. I've been accumulating for a year and I keep forgetting bits and pieces of this beautiful puzzle.
This is the kind of stock all microcap investors dream about!
Huge news and parternerships with some major companies, experienced, accessible, and shareholder friendly management, open TA, and trading under book value.
This could make a lot of us here very wealthy if the stars continue to line up correctly.
Go TDGI! Go TURTLES!
He's been kind of busy and all of the things you guys are complaining about are inconsequential to the day to day operations of the business.
Did you all miss the part about SeaWorld? About the financing for the Patriot projects? T3k still in talks after we all assumed it was dead?
I think we have a bright future and great year coming up.
Excellent post.
I cant find new money under table pr's no good stock going up
Well first of all you need to check your DD if you think "every PR hasn't come true."
Secondly, the Blockbuster thing you guys went on and on about wasn't even PR'ed. It wasn't "pumped". The only reason why you guys know about it is because you've dedicated your time to patrolling this board.
There have been significant delays with certain projects. I expect that with any small growing company.
But there also have been significant developments that I feel make this stock worth way more than what it trades for.
How is this possibly a PR pump machine when the management isn't able to sell shares and there's only been a small issuance of shares relative to the float over the last year?
You have some valid points there about the growth pains of a small company, but your implication that the PR's and activity of the company towards future projects is just to pump the stock is way off target.
There's plenty of other companies you can find on ihub to claim pump and dump endlessly for months, but this one simply isn't one of them where the charge proves true.
Well they issued restricted shares to Eric and Fred after the merger, but the float is essentially the same. On top of that they've reduced the A/S dramatically.
If you look at the report issued today it says 473,495,149 and 192,592,478 of that is restricted.
There's only 15 million reserved for financing. They haven't been dumping shares on us by any means.
Yeah, everyone that I know that thinks that they have a good stock doesn't wait until it goes up to buy it.
There's some real lunacy in the momo penny crowd around here.
And he would be right, if there was a dump.
Everyone can contact the TDGI transfer agent.
There is no dump. This is people trying to manipulate others out of their shares for a flip.
I'm holding and still content with the company moving forward as it has been.
They also haven't done enough DD to know that the first quarter will be boosted hugely by revenue from Twelve (from 20th Century Fox) and that there are other major deals in the works.
These guys aren't penny scammers, they're veterans of the industry and reputable.
Heck, Eric's brother just finished a term as Governor of Kansas.
Not that Eric's perfect, but I think some major things are being overlooked by some of the new people.
I welcome them to look around and read the DD before they make any judgements.
I think you need to recheck the numbers and watch the shareholders meeting video.
They're not saying anything. They're busy buying.
This news today signifies a great leap into a better exchange and a great future for the company and the shareholders.
Why wouldn't they? This is the most promising stock on the pinks.
I like the sound of that.
Who knows. Maybe so!
All and all this is exciting. I'm glad to see Eric taking this company in all these new ventures and distribution channels.
IMO pretty soon, there will be a bunch of sorry bystanders that will be kicking themselves for not getting in at these prices.

Looks like we have a 3D Doc Feature on our hands. This could be awesome for Hannover House and all of us in TDGI.
Resistance is futile
Someone is mighty desperate to try and keep this down. Lol
All I have to say is better luck next time. Haha
Not gonna do it. Thousand points of light. Stay the course! Hahaha
It's like watching previews at the theater. Get some popcorn. This is going to be fun!
Who wouldn't want a job there if it included stock options?
Looks great. Looks like the start of somehow great with redbox and fox.
Great insight.
Someone is either doing just what you said, or there's always the chance someone is shorting this.
I think odds are in favor of the longs, but only time will tell.
We've got a great underlying value and profitable core operating business. One way or the other, I think we're all going to be very happy we all were buying all this time.
We don't need no fancy words!
We need to practice, to rehearse. I'll tell you what we need. We need some paying gigs!
Same here!
TO DA MOOOOON!
Haha
and strangely they were 99% at the ask.
We know what's going on.
