.07 should be before the PR of debt pay down. If they can achieve a 50% to 75% pay off that .07 will be double or triple. IMO
Will be interesting to see. Michelle referred me back to the last PR update in a response to a question I sent this morning.
On what basis? Man I hate when ppl spew and have nothing to back it up with.

In fact, there are more drug policy reform questions on the ballot this November than ever in American history $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Florida
passage of Amendment 2 would effectively settle any lingering questions on public acceptance of marijuana as medicine.
When the dust settles on November 5, the momentum for change in this country will only have accelerated. $$$$$$$$$$$$
I will add this for great DD for any one intrested

ST looking to add soon 1.375
Lowhndcpr, I can't PM you back. My take has always been the same, the shorters/MM have to cover some time. Fear is what I believe to be the motivation of volume. They, the shorts/MM have a great talent to create fear at their discretion. It was clear today on L2. What I would like to see and needs to be done is the company publicly address the shareholders concern of dilution or no dilution by the COMPANY. With the transfer agent's corporate policy not to disclose SS/float or AS to shareholders then the COMPANY needs to step up to the plate and be transparent to it's shareholders.
Who is selling? The fearful..........All IMPO Only
ST 1.375 and will be adding if they make it enticing enough.LOL
5 MM on the blocking folks, some one needs shares.
ST
Based on what may I ask, Or is that just spew pouring out?
OC Dan, I sent a email, waiting for a reply. Not sure how much information I will get from company. They have been pretty good about replying back so far. We will see.
ST
dd, that's fine let the MM put us in the 1's and I will be dd.lol
ST
NotRich, I am looking for conformation from the company as to some of mine and other long shareholders concerns. I hope the company will address the shareholders soon to clear up these concerns and continue to be transparent as they have been since Jan 22, 2014.
This has definitely been a crazy ride/investment.
.01 to .015 will be just fine, I will double my holdings... got to love it.
ST
Porky, Lol I personally am gearing up to start buying any thing under 2 cents... I do not believe this is dilution, I believe it to be MM manipulation to cover their short position from back in Feb and March...
the numbers don't add up. The short has been huge for months now.
ST and ready to be a buyer again will add to my 1.375
Blatant manipulation going on L2.. unreal
some one is holding this down.
ST
Yes you are correct. I still would hate to see vapor go through all they have building a very profitable business just to run into a legal situation that could cause massive problems for the company and their shareholders. To much at steak now.
I sill believe that CBD/MMJ will come into play in the future as Fl. votes on MJ in November.
ST
It is funny how people call this a pump, if you do your DD you will find all this information in Vapors fillings. Now Vapor has followed through on every thing they have said they would since their first PR on Jan. 22, 2014. The only thing they have not done yet is the CBD liquids which is a very touchy situation on the Federal legal front and until the laws change I believe it to be in the best interest of the company and shareholders..
So every one is missing the bottom line here, REVENUES and more REVENUES and Q3 even more REVENUES. Some one please point out other companies that have audited financial that show 1M+ per Q this year in this MMJ sector. Please just one.
It is not, if this downward trend will turn it is when and when it does I am of the belief that it will run harder than the first time as the shorts are chasing it. All IMPO Only
OC Dan, well put and the true longs are thinking the same thing..
ST 1.375 one year one day +

The dangers of timing
Yet as Buffett has noted continually, it's terribly dangerous to attempt to time the market:
"With a wonderful business, you can figure out what will happen; you can't figure out when it will happen. You don't want to focus on when, you want to focus on what. If you're right about what, you don't have to worry about when"
So often investors are told they must attempt to time the market, and begin investing when the market is on the rise, and sell when the market is falling.
This type of technical analysis of watching stock movements and buying based on how the prices fluctuate over 200-day moving averages or other seemingly arbitrary fluctuations often receives a lot of media attention, but it has been proved to simply be no better than random chance.
Investing for the long term
Individuals need to see that investing is not like placing a wager on the 49ers to cover the spread against the Cowboys, but instead it's buying a tangible piece of a business.
It is absolutely important to understand the relative price you are paying for that business, but what isn't important is attempting to understand whether you're buying in at the "right time," as that is so often just an arbitrary imagination.
In Buffett's own words, "if you're right about the business, you'll make a lot of money," so don't bother about attempting to buy stocks based on how their stock charts have looked over the past 200 days. Instead always remember that "it's far better to buy a wonderful company at a fair price."
Doubling Down on Pot: Buffett Sells Upper Deck, Room to Grow
By Dakin Campbell and Noah Buhayar Sep 12, 2014 12:17 PM ET
http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2014-09-12/buffett-s-berkshire-has-unit-that-helps-marijuana-growers.html
Ice cream, candy and soft drinks helped make Warren Buffett a billionaire. Now a subsidiary of his Berkshire Hathaway Inc. is seeking to profit from pot.
Cubic Designs Inc., a unit of Berkshire’s MiTek business that makes platforms for maximizing usable floor space in warehouses, sent about 1,000 fliers to weed dispensaries in recent weeks, offering to help growers expand the number of plants they cultivate.
“Double your growing space,” the flier reads in capital letters, above an image of an indoor facility with rows of plants. Another page says, “Grow your profits.”
Marijuana Laws Go Up In Smoke
The entreaty coincides with increasing acceptance of marijuana in the U.S. Two states, Colorado and Washington, legalized possession and recreational consumption, and are among 23 where it can be used as medicine. It’s banned under federal law, and banks have said they won’t work with the industry until it’s legal nationwide.
Cubic Designs spotted the opportunity after a few pot growers approached the firm about its platforms, or mezzanine systems, according to Shannon Salchert, the company’s marketing coordinator. Warehouse space has gotten tight in places like Denver, where growers are looking for facilities to cultivate their product. That demand has allowed landlords to raise prices.
“We sold a few mezzanines into that market and decided internally, ‘Why don’t we do some marketing?’” Salchert said today in a phone interview.
‘Still Secretive’
One challenge has been locating growers, because they don’t advertise their names or whereabouts, she said. The fliers were instead sent to dispensaries in states including Colorado, Washington and California, with the hope that they’d be passed on to people who might find a use for the product. Cubic Designs also has considered working with real estate agents who help growers find space, she said.
“The one thing with this industry that’s kind of tough is that it’s somewhat still secretive,” Salchert said.
Buffett, 84 and the world’s third-richest person, amassed his fortune through Berkshire’s acquisition of companies such as Dairy Queen and See’s Candies, and by taking leading stakes in others, such as Coca-Cola Co. He’s known for giving the dozens of units at Berkshire autonomy to run their operations. Buffett didn’t immediately reply to a message today sent to his assistant.
WHO IS?
Canadian securities regulation has not been the best either. I do understand that MMJ markets have been hit hard. I don't believe that THEY relay knew how fast the market would react in Jan of 2014 causing a bigger deficiency of stock (Re: MM short posision). Surprise surprise surprise... lol
d0lphint0m
When there is a endless supply of shares being sold with out any one being accountable then supply and demand will not work period..... How many shareholders are there this month? 8600 9400 12000? Vapor needs to release monthly numbers to the public imo... It's called transparency.
ST
Porky, I have and will continue to be of the belief that Vapor is being shorted. Dror needs to put a fire under the ass of the transfer agent who has the numbers as to how big it is and the ability to report it. Every long should be able to contact the T/A give your name and they should be able to tell you what your holdings are. If they can't, you hold the short.
Apparently Dror has been in contact with the T/A. He publicly stated there was 7500 shareholders witch tells me he knows what is happening here. Unfortunately after 04/05 the SEC will not allow any company to discuss this issue with their shareholders. They got ya by the balls.
We as shareholders need the company to give monthly public reports on the float, O/S shares and the A/S.
If the insiders are not selling stock in to the market, WHO IS AND HOW MANY? I have written about this before, look in my post archives.
I am just as disgusted with this as you and other longs are. Shareholders should inquirer and ask the tough questions and be given truthful answers with some one being accountable for the destructive actions against this company.. Of course this is all in my personal opinion and belief.......
ST on all my shares and have full faith in the CEO of The Vapor Group
rane, You have voiced your negative concerns, what are the positives that you see in Vapor Corp? Any?
TIA
ST
wolf one thing is for sure, BIG Tobacco has the cash to short and destroy any small cap stock. Like I said before that the math does not lie.....
Let's up some of my previous numbers.
Dror said in the interview we had 7500 share holders as to the obo/nobo list last month.
7500 shareholders at an average of let's say 50,000 (CONSERVATIVELY) shares. that makes 375,000,000 in the public float. The problem is the float is only 132.6M as per Td Ameritrade. So who shorted this stock in to the abyss by 242,400,000 shares?
I do have to say that Dror impressed me knowing how many shareholders Vapor had at the time of the interview. That tells me he is aware of the problem IMO.

A standard of expectation for most companies to become profitable is 3 to 5 years and some take even longer. Vapor Group dam sure came out of the gate running. We will have a much better idea when we see Q3/Q4, but so far 2014 has looked great.

The manufacturer of the top-selling e-cigarette brand, Blu eCigs, is trying real hard to convince lawmakers to ban vaping. That might sound ass-backwards, but it isn't. Blu is a product of big tobacco, which is hoping to stymie the competition by making sure its disposable "cigalikes" pass regulations but the refillable mods you find at your local vape shop don't.
Reynolds, the biggest of the big tobacco firms, submitted a 119-document to the Food and Drug Administration arguing to ban "open system" vaporizers, the Winston-Salem Journal reported. Those are the DIY mods that come with tanks you fill yourself with the e-liquid of your choice.
The firm argues that there's no way to safely [b]regulate the liquid people are vaping or ban flavors that arguably appeal to kids. Disposable e-cigs, on the other hand, come pre-loaded so it's easy for a company to control ingredients and limit flavors. That certainly true, but it's not the whole story. Outright banning refillable vaporizers would effectively wipe out (or drive underground) an entire booming industry of flavored juices and personalized mods in favor of big tobacco's inferior products. (Seriously, those nic sticks are gross.)
"We believe open-system vapor products create unique public health risks.((AND CIGARETTES DON'T?)) These systems are highly subject to adulteration and tampering," Reynolds rep told the Journal. The company owns Vuse, a fast-growing cigalike brand, and is in the process of acquiring Lorillard, the tobacco giant that owns Blu.
Of course, this was expected. As soon as the FDA proposed its e-cig regulations this spring it was clear that the rules favored the big brands and threatened to choke the competition. The process to gain FDA approval for a new product is time-consuming and expensive, and it's safe to assume the tobacco corps expected the government to crack down on flavors the same as it does with regular combustible cigarettes.
The lengthy report from Reynolds was submitted during the FDA public comment period, which ended August 8. The other tobacco companies apparently weighed in too, but not as strictly as Reynolds, which has the biggest stake in e-cigs and the most incentive to nip the vaping craze in the bud.
Tobacco companies thought they were being clever by embracing the digital smokes that threatened to steal away a chunk of their nicotine-addicted customer base. But instead, the trend got away from them. Sales of the e-cigs you can pick up at a bodega counter have tanked as people gravitate toward the customizable mods and uniquely flavored e-juice sold by upstart merchants at vape shops. That's exactly what big tobacco's hoping its deep pockets and political influence can stop. [Winston-Salem Journal - Motley Fool]
