Nice!!! Although he is still going....
Its not worth the effort agruing with them....
Whalehaven has ALREADY received and probably sold all the HLNT shares.
"105 million shares were issued to Whalehaven as part of a settlement agreement. This settled the note in its entirety."
NOTE past tense.

Depends on when they became an HLNT shareholder. I agree many are shareholders, but MANY became shareholders after the fact. That speaks volumes.
Customer satisfaction is also very credible and that is pretty hard to mask. I've talked to many.
However, I'm not here to debate with you and prefer to end this dialog with you here.
Respectfully.
Independant dealers have been corroborating HLNT's Wildcat growth; Both on the phone and here. That makes me feel pretty confident. I can't wait till earnings are announced!!
I am to blame here also and should make a better effort. I third the notion...
Then the moves they've made in the last couple days makes even more sense. Nice job HLNT
Keep HLNT earnings growth on the tips of our tongues here. We are losing sight of the growth of this company and losing sight of the words in the PR.
(This post is not direct at you marcg) Just keeping the thread going
The A/S was increased to help with funding for the DF deals. As of yet we have NO idea what to what extent that financing will be. It could be no shares sold or all of them sold.
Chad has been fairly responsible with the selling of shares and doing so only as necessary. Keep that in the top of your minds.
If earnings are great the need may not be there.
As well, if this money is also for the 2nd and 3rd JV with Df we will all be cheering...
Well said!!
Nobody said ALL of the shares we're going into the market.
Nope, not joking. I guess I should define near future. I can see them working on a share reduction based on earnings within the next 6-18 months but most likely in between there.
Still holding here. HLNT has always been responsible when it comes to selling shares when they need and it has seemed they never over do it.
I cannot see them pushing anywhere near 500 million into the market based on their needs. So, I see a rather large buffer in place here.
What I see in the market today is simply a lot of panic selling.
To your point, I can easily see HLNT doing a share reduction in the near future.
Nice work on the website.
This is great news today! Don't let the naysayers take our steam!
Also, more money to be made by HLNT once the Hoss production units make it to the US. Gotta spend money to make money you know.
AS well, could this extra money go towards the 2nd and 3rd JV? How money will those bring in?
All in all great news here people
Yes, Its frickin' awesome the TRUK case is settled. One more and the monkies are off HLNT 's back.
I'd say "and its back to business" but they are obviously already keeping on track with the business portion.
Well thought out IMO.
I think they would let NIR off the hook if the settlement is right. It relieves them of the big NIR headache and allows them to move on with all the good news they've been holding back.
Is it possible this is to settle NIR and TRUK? If so, this is huge news and all on the positive side for HLNT.
It means rolling out the HLNT PR train and getting the monkey off our back.
If not, we still have massive growth in the industry and lots of hope in the future. As well as the dealer list growing and dealer websites popping all over the net.
...and the people now starting to talk about it on the AG and Trucker forums, and youtube vids starting to sprout.
Keep your eye on the prize folks.
THE HAVE A NICE FUEL SAVINGS CALCULATOR ON THEIR WEBSITE ALSO.

Sorry caps lock...
Actually ta SEC has been extreemely slow to draw on NIR up and until recently.
http://www.google.com/search?q=nir+sec+slow&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-GB:official&client=firefox-a
A couple years is pushing it IMO for ta real heat. I will agree ta SEC has had their eyes on them for a while but ta SEC hasn't really started moving until recently.
NIR is in very deep here. Lawsuits are starting to mount and Ribotsky is trying very hard to keep investors faithful.
http://www.google.com/search?q=nir+sec+slow&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-GB:official&client=firefox-a#sclient=psy&hl=en&client=firefox-a&hs=9sK&rls=org.mozilla:en-GB%3Aofficial&source=hp&q=nir+investor+lawsuit&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&oq=&pbx=1&fp=7828c4946c5db268
Ta more investors come out of ta woodwork wanting their cash, and inevitably suing the harder it becomes for NIR to sucessfully and comprehensively defend themselves. Then cash becomes an issue.
Speculation
"If this company booked..."
The point is we don't know. Until we get real facts it is all speculation.
The reason Whalehaven took shares instead of cash is all speculation and not worth debating until we have real facts.
The important thing is the suit is over and it sets precedence going forward. All good.
NIR pawns against HLNT
For arguments sake, lets scrap those PO's.
I'll believe the dealers and customers I've spoken to and their reported enormous growth in sales. I'll believe the farmers at the last tradeshow that were chasing down the dealers even after the show closed.
I'll believe the words on the AG boards and growing dealer websites popping up on the net.
I'll believe the words from my friends who own wildcat units on their OTR trucks.
I'll believe a family member who owns one on his big tractor on his farm.
A 5 minute phone call will save you hours of work. This is somethng as an investor must do to get whole picture.
Thats a great example!
Thanks for giving us an update!
...and add that to all the news we're waiting for and....
Can we dump this message and sticky some of the recent PR's?
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=58911877
Anyone see the page anythingtrucker.com has up for the HLNT Wildcat Hydrogen Booster?
http://www.anythingtrucker.com/staticpages/index.php/ag_advantage
Do you think they'd put anything like this up if the unit wasn't working? They've had a huge purchase argreement established with HLNT for months now. If there were problems they'd pull the product and definitely wouldn't go to this kind of effort. Its a very well presented page.
Every HLNT dealers sales numbers are an independant review. Call the dealers yourself as suggested for months now.
They are independant dealers not on HLNT's payroll.
Can we get the news stickied?
"Per the terms of this joint venture, Dong Feng Motors has also acquired the license and rights to manufacture and sell the HOSS UTV within its own distribution channels, and provide royalties for each unit sold to HTI."
Go back reread the PR.

Wow, thats great! Pretty awesome for a show floor speaker, especially at an ag conference.
Great shot!
Haven't come over to this board in a while. Lots of action lately. Love the no dilution policy!
*EDIT* You're not seeing the point. HLNT was there to support their dealer. Their dealer made the sales, and in doing so HLNT made the sales. If dealer X states they sold 20 units and HLNT PR's this that does translate to an exact number of units HLNT sold as well.
Or should we quick call HLNT and tell them not use dealers, cause when they do the dealers enter a magical black hole where they mysteriously receive product with no origin for free?(Thats just stupid logic)
...will move on air. We've seen it before.
This should be stickied....
What you are saying makes no sense Hugh.
If Walmart sells Mattel toys, those sales don't also translate to Mattel?
Give it a rest! Funny to see you scrambling though....
