Well I got a little greedy anyway, so I just snatched another 270K today, could not resist the prices anymore, so averagede a little down, I don't think I will regret buying in at these prices.. ;)
Hey MBD
Glad to hear you had a blast, yeah I am just sailing around and also having a good time. :)
As you say patience is the keyword here, and I also do think we will se some of our patience paied off in 2011, I have been trying to dig even deeper into the company, and making even more DD, best thing about it is that the more I sniff around the more certain I become about my investment in this Company, only thing that is hurting me is to see these low prices and the knowing I could have been holding more than double of my position, hehe.. But thats just greed talking now, everyday stockprice is not the reward here, this just needs to be put away and looked at sometimes, as mentioned before I have a good investment in ARDM also, and I have been in that company for some time, I also don't think that it will reward me within the next 1-2 years but I expect great things from that also, ERFW and ARDM are my two Penny stocks that I have good expectations from..
Hey everyone, just wanted to share this link, I first saw it now, so maybe some of you didnt see it either.. http://www.epmag.com/Magazine/2010/11/item71546.php

these last lines..
I actually didn't see this one before now, but like the read. :)
Could this be causing the fuzz, that there maybe is another 266 mill in play for WIMAX :) Didn't did a lot into it, but have a look..

USDA-RUS Suspends $266 Loan to WiMAX Provider Open Range Communications
An Exclusive Breaking News Report from StimulatingBroadband.com
StimulatingBroadband.com 09/15/2010 San Francisco - The largest loan made to date by the Broadband Program of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), for a total of $267 million, issued to the wireless provider Open Range Communications is now in jeopardy. The Rural Utilities Service (RUS) of USDA informed Open Range in a letter dated July 14 that the federal loan extended to the company was suspended for "all future advances."
Most significantly, the majority of the large national footprint -- an area comprised of 540 rural communities -- that make up the funded service area of Open Range is now most probably in play for other operators seeking USDA broadband subsidies going forward. The vast tracts of rural areas in 17 states for which the $267 million loan, issued in March of 2008 under the Bush Administration, is written are unavailable to any other broadband network operators seeking USDA subsidies as long as the Open Range loan agreement with RUS remains in force. At a potential point to be determined in the future, the suspension of the loan facility to Open Range will thus have the effect of bringing regions fir potential federal capital subsidies back before the wireline and wireless telecom sectors.
Given that the loan award was made to Open Range prior to the launch by the Obama Administration of the broadband stimulus program, the 540 communities in 17 states were unavailable for funding under that program, pursuant to the rules of RUS. Those rules were spelled out in the 2 documents called Notice(s) of Funding Availability (NOFAs) which guided funding processes in the first (NOFA1) and second (NOFA2) funding rounds of the $7.2 billion program.
The RUS Broadband Program is a legacy effort of the USDA funded by appropriations from periodic congressional rewrites of the Farm Bill. The Broadband Program is distinct from the Broadband Initiatives Program (BIP) funding by the Recovery Act of 2009, although many of the same senior agency managers are involved in administering both.
Federal Communications Commission (FCC) action triggered the USDA notice to Open Range. The federal regulatory agency has made a series of determinations on the petition of Globalstar, Inc. (NasdaqGS: GSAT). In a decision issued yesterday afternoon Washington time, the FCC revoked Globalstar's license to use radio frequency spectrum until it met a variety of "gating conditions" which the Commission found the provider had not met irrespective of prior allowances and extensions of time.
Globalstar provides portions of its licensed spectrum under lease to Open Range, a wireless service provider using WiMAX technology for the access legs of its network and based in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Thus, a major portion of the radio frequency spectrum required by the operations of Open Range has now been legally suspended by the FCC rendering the firm at risk of loan default in the decided opinion of RUS. Since announcing the award of its $267 million in funding from RUS in 1Q 2008, Open Range has been building out some of its hundreds of communities primarily using WiMAX equipment from vendor Alvarion Ltd (ALVR).
RUS took its action to suspend further disbursements of the loan authorization to Open Range in July, with full knowledge of the ongoing FCC proceeding yet 2 months in advance of yesterdays final decision and Order of the Commission. As expressed by RUS Administrator Jonathan Adelstein to FCC Chairman Julius Genachoswki in a letter dated September 10, the action was taken to protect the basic function and integrity of the RUS loan program itself.
The suspension by RUS of going forward loan authority to Open Range was issued to the the carrier in a letter (below) dated July 14 signed by Kenneth Kuchno, the Director of the agency's Broadband Division. The document sent to Mr. William Beans, CEO of Open Range, states "all future advances are hereby suspended on the grounds that Globalstar's noncompliance constitutes a Material Adverse effect on Open Range's ability to perform its obligations."
This complex story, engendered by the arcane rules of the 2 federal agencies having the greatest impact on U.S. rural telecom, will play out as an increasingly contentious battle between those agencies, Globalstar, Open Range, and the rural communities and equipment suppliers waiting to bring broadband to rural America.
(Editor's Note: This story was first posted at 12:20 PM (EDT) as a short Alert, given the large potential impact to the rural telecom sector in the months ahead. The article was added to throughout the day as we gathered more information. The last updates were made at 11:35 PM. This article is now closed to further updates. We will publish a new piece at 12 noon (PDT) on Friday, 09/17. The new story will feature reporting compiled from industry experts, federal officials, and corporate management at the firms involved.) It is nice to see that its not just trading higher, but that the bottom is also lifting, but I would like to see a little more volume before I start getting all exited.. :)

Well taking one loss after another, like daytraders tend to do, dosen't get them far in this game, I bought a lot of ARDM shares almost one year ago and they are first beginning to move now, so I know the waiting game.. :) And I also do believe that we will be well rewarded here.
Just to clear the sailor thing,, hehe
I work on a cruise ship between Denmark, Faroe islands and Iceland,
So when we get our reward everyone is invited for a trip.. hehe
Well I am patience and I am buying shares all the time, last I bought was Yesterday.. I am nearing 700K so it's not just for daytrading. I do believe in this Company, but nevertheless still hate seeing a good company getting fooled around like this, because of the low PPS it could mean higher deluting than if the share price was higher, that is my only concern.. Again I am long in this so don't have sleepless nights over day to day manipulation.. If you could share any of the information that you are sitting on that would be highly appericiated..
Yeah I do hope we will get some kind of news soon, or else I really cant figure out what the bottom is for this stock..
Looks like we could be getting news anytime now,

Got a little dissapointed when I didn´t see erfw anywhere, but looking into it, it does look like it was only "middle mile" projects that was announched..

Back on work again, so digging a little in old articles..
Same to you, tomorrow I am finally going home, after one month at sea, so that is gonna be great.. See you monday.. :)
Could you see anything interresting with your magic E-trade Pro hehe
Well I really hope not, but after the 10Q of course that is the first thing that comes in mind, unfortunatly..
Awww one million shares in one go, hmm that wasent a good sign..
Just wanted to share this blog I read liked it a lot.. :)
Hey Eastcoast27
Welcome to the board, and I do agree with you that this company has good potential for the future, and I also do believe that we have found the bottom (or at least I hope) seems like they have good things going for them right now, and just got the first patent approved showes that they are in the right direction, I like a lot of things about there business plan, only thing I am nervous about is the share count, but I do hope it was nessasary to reach there goal, because sometimes it takes some money to make money.. :)
Not bad at all..
Just so we don't think that it's all over with the grants.. :)
unfortnatly, I can't call at this moment, sailing in a storm between Denmark and faroe islands, anyway with all the shares outstanding 250 mill. we would have a mkt. cap. aprox 13-14 mill and with the revenue picking up, and if the speed continues with signing new deals, then this Company is still undervalued, if we could reach CFP I do believe that we would be looking back at this price and kicking our own a.. for not buying some more at low prices, but if they keep deluting 50 mill Pr. Quarter then we wont see any raise in the share price, what they should be doing in stead of just letting the shares into the market would be to make deals with institutional investors, that way it would be public what and how much they have diluted, and at the same time, we know that kind of investers "Normally" keep shares away from the market for some time, this is absolutly not bashing, because I do see great value in the company, I just don't see why the needed to flood aditonally 50 mill shares in just two month.
Well that O/S was in june and it's now 248,985,542 common shares issued and outstanding as of August 16, 2010.
So they are still diluting a lot, I send a message to them with my concern, because with that speed the market wont be able to hold a stock price, I hope the come with something substantial that can be used for something, what ever I get of answer I will let you guys know.. :)
Only if they are worth something.. hehe
Yeah thats true, It would have been nice to have had a cool million shares,
But I am also happy about the amount I have now, have been buying just some small amounts the last two days, so I am up to 580K and I am satisfied with that..
Yeah... I really do hope that the will get if not all then some of them approved, that would really be what this company needs, and reading through there application, they are also targeting all the things that the stimulus is all about, Creating jobs, creating cheaper and faster internet for ordenary people and also hospitals, schools, police, banks, libary, etc. etc.
So I also do think that they have a good chance of getting some of the grants, especially in the light of there swift operation with the BP oil spill..
Yes but also a lot less Shares in the market, but anyway what I was looking at was the market cap, and it was 3 times as high as it is now.
I Know this is from January, but IMO still very valid

Hey thanks.
I will have a look at it when I finally get home to some internet that can load the page.. hehe..
Well still good to know. thanks.. :)
Unfortnatly I can't look into the level 2 or anything, going super lightweith on the internet, maybe you can tell me if it's a valid support I can see at 0.056 or if it's just a couple of shares?

Well I do think we have finally reached the bottom now, of course it's a dangerus thing to say, but it does show positive signs towards it.
So lets just cross our fingers and se if we will have a small healty climb in this stock, and of course a good 10Q to back it up with..
Kronborg
Hahaha.. Sometimes these pages makes me laugh,
Well If I first got internet in the mittle of Sep. I wouldn't sleep at night.. hehe
Seems like it was a cracy trading day today, and am really glad I was cut off to witness that, anyway I am still satisfied with my entry point in this stocks, so what if it drops a little, as I said before I am long in this unless somthing drastic happenes.
