and now?
and now?
"i'll gladly take some dilution for an improved balance sheet"
Totally agree although the word dilution doesn't do justice to the un-diluting effects of conversions.
All these indicators are just what they are, registration of what happened might come in handy to see if other persons bought in at an earlier level than you did. Also handy to see if you timed your exit spot perfect.
Guaranteed you will loose if you play that game of chasing other peoples money in prescribed way....
Some out there have more patience, stamina, guts, power, money, friends, schemes, endurance and foresight to endure this investing principle, instant gratification is demanded by doom predictors.
Yes YOU made up that etraders must be stepping up the plate I'm glad you admit that you're misleading in YOUR conclusions
"Do you need an asteroid to hit you on the head before you will acknowledge that asteroids exist?"
No need to get offensive,nobody.
The argument provided is to thin to jump to any conclusion other then your fantasy.
Like following argument: Everybody who breathes dies. So breathing is lethal.
You are really funny, how do you make all these things up?
How Poetical ;

Michael Dwyer, director of the U.S. Department of Agriculture's global policy analysis division:
"There is appeal with corn oil. The U.S. has ethanol plants in place and the logistics have been set up years ago, so it's a matter of extracting more value from corn through its oil," he said.
How would it be possible to make money in stocks if the stock price is perfect already?
Or; why would you invest if you don't believe you can make a profit therefore you see value were others don't see it....
The market is always NUTS
The price paid for a stock is never (never) a true reflection of it's value.
You are absolutely right.
Nobody did the same thing, first he did some messages same like you and then after that he posts that he bought in ( hence his bloody awful average), no problem if you consider the iHUB intention to sell ignore buttons......
Some litigation will be over within one (1) year!
I'll settle for the remains of a bankrupted ICM, van der Griend can put his petty cash settlement to were the sun doesn't shine.
ICM Flottweg Poet, patents rejected
How many shares to buy the total company float including won lawsuits?
keep share price low!
Is my advice, NO SETTLEMENT CASH NOW
I LOVE to wait. We all knew when we put our money in this start up thing that instant gratification is not a duty for any CEO,CFO, or whatsoever.
NO
You might ask why, then I would reply; dividend is only for company's who have surplus of cash with no ideas.
May I suggest an idea to KK before a no body does? Lets take a look at the fore-sale auction of ICM plants.
remember: Stock price with dividend is theoretical higher then the stock price without dividend, in certain types of companies at certain stages. (after the verdict, it sure helps to have a 20b OS)
so true post 22854 EOM
You might like to know that it takes in most of my investments a couple of years to mature.
have about 27% of allocated GERS capital tied up this moment in GERS.
Sure I am the only one operating this way, was it language courses you did at university?
I don't wish to belong to a pompom club
But this club I like!
Burn and destroy; triple damage, willful infringement, near death experience for sheep, total eradication and annihilation of ICM (or van der Griend personally, that would suffice)
You talk as if the financing already done is a little feature and we need a LOT more....
I say let KK do what he is good at, running GERS (psssst a start up)
Then you can surely construe a better assessment of K.K. ability to lead GERS through this period of transition
If you receive gratification from that good luck.
Personally would't give a hoot about who says what on a message board, but hey it's your life!
Why are you so bound on keeping the stock price up?
Be realistic it can get a lot cheaper, keep our fingers crossed it will dip some more!
Take off your rose colored glasses and admit your lousy dd before buying this stock.
TOXIC DEBT CD DOWNWARD DILUTION DEATH DOOM DECEIT RS EOM
Yawn
Lol, which university did you graduate?
TONIC spiral downward
nearly weekend, who knows how to mix the drink mentioned above?
So you got in to early, why do we have to suffer then?
All your predictions came true.... still the rest of the board has a problem according to you?
lol
".. unwilling to ask critical questions and challenge existing euphoria that are the problem"
So our problem is that we buy some shares and then NOT constantly flood message boards with question and suggestions for the company???
" KK we need a great deal of investor foreplay here, your standard operating procedure in this regard will not work. Help us out a little, please."
K.K. we don't need anything, please ignore the underbelly sounds emanating from certain so called investors or as they like to call themselves "common's"
Like they did not buy these shares in order to sell them for a profit.
" and John Does 1 through 100"
In the old days when they needed to raise capital to fund the building of VOC ships, man you would hear the common people whimper at the port; when would their invested money go out sailing.
Hence the old Dutch saying "the best steersmen are ashore"
Eager and shortsighted as they were, they would press the counsel of wise men for early departure, even with a leaking ship.
Hence the old Dutch saying "two captains on a ship"
Then during the maiden trip, our common share holder would fret, whine, inquire, demand and whimper because there would be no way to be sure if their risk capital would yield.
Hence the old Dutch saying " a fool can ask more than a hundred wise men can answer in 7 years"
Every morning they would show up in port to make sure it didn't arrive in the night.
Hence the old Dutch saying "the sun rises for free"
Once sure it didn't they would hurry over to the market and start complaining.
Hence the old Dutch saying "to burn your ships"
Those ships could be gone for years, imagine the share price after a couple of months.
Hence the old Dutch saying "The biggest sails catches the most wind"
Guess who ends up selling their shares in sight of the safe harbor?
Hence the old Dutch saying "the devil always takes a shit on the biggest pile"
Sorry olie was not 4 u
"Percent of all LT debt owed to YAGI reduced from
approx 89% to 68% "
Why do we GERS shareholders have to make approx!
we as GERS shareholders demand these issues be taken care off immediate.
I volunteer to make a little widget for the GERS website so we can see and comment on second per second share count!
We all should write a letter to this very disrespectful K.K.
and also we should warn him to dress properly, so he doesn't catch a cold!
Slashnuts is maybe on holiday
very suspect, this is an issue that needs to be addressed.
my dear chap do you think there is a need for me to listen to someone who asks advice on this board?
"We knew that this would happen as this is the first time in months that they had an opportunity to get out"
repeating a lie doesn't make it true, especially when you have been told that it's untrue.
Why should anyone not sell a stock at 0.000 and wait for a split to sell it at 0.000051?
It really simple; if you have shares in your possession that you do not wish to have call your broker and sell them. Even at 0.000 your broker can't refuse to lift them from your account if the stock is trading.
A broken clock gives two times a day a very accurate prediction.
But hey feel happy, you are so FANTASTIC (on iHUB)
probably someone that thinks he can make predictions, so that would be a waste of time to listen to that person.
So many people said this is a start up that you would lose count.
` the pump is obvious to any one.`
Any one means the persons who can't think?
A scheme that attempts to boost the price of a stock through recommendations based on false, misleading or greatly exaggerated statements. The perpetrators of this scheme, who already have an established position in the company's stock, sell their positions after the hype has led to a higher share price. This practice is illegal based on securities law and can lead to heavy fines.
