Oh, it's gone allready. I only found that bit where they bought it. But it's still mentioned on the SEC form ??? Thx.
A term from the analytical approach of investing.
http://www.investopedia.com/terms/m/macd.asp
Interesting sometimes to predict nearby rises/falls of PPS, but since I'm in this for the long term I don't care to flip this for a couple of thicks of profit. I want this to be in the pennies before I sell.
No, off course not. I was reffering to the Diamond Powersports company/division they bought in 2008. I tought they maybe wanted to get rid of that to finance some other things.
Could someone please explain in short what this Form D is about.
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=43989644&symbol=NO%5EGDHI
I found this on Diamond Powersports in combination with former GDHI: http://investing.businessweek.com/research/stocks/private/snapshot.asp?privcapId=3564670

Any one knew this ??? So do they want to sell the business .
Jax, Balls, ... What about all this (with thanks to Jali from Belgium) :

This what was also what the 8-K was about : http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=53272591 Thanks to xjivejx .
It seems to me that they are now financing their debt in a normal coorporate way (see my other posts), with loans/bonds and a long term payment plan. So if they can now just cut down costs, Chemtura should be able to continue business as usual, no ? We sure as hell should get past the 0.27 $ they predicted.
You're right.
Strange. Here in Belgium (Binck Bank) the RS was in effect from Tuesday and visible in my portfolio, no prob whatsoever.
You're absolutely right. Let's just keep in mind that it ain't over yet and we haven't heard the fat bitch sing yet.
We'll see what happens .
Thx for the reply.
The important thing being that it's possible.
Thank you for giving me a clean bill of mental health. I was really doubting myself. If it is that obvious for me to see, as a Belgian shareholder who sometimes has problems understanding the technical legal stuff, and not being a finance expert (though I had some basic accounting education), then this must be so clearly a judicial f**k up.
Give them a loan over a 10 or 20 year period or use the, what was it, 750 million $ in senior notes/obligations and get on with business.
Idiots.
Ok, make that 2 or 3 then. Maybe a little bit over enthusiastic, but not entirely impossible.
Point here is that QEDN doesn't have to do a thing but pull in good companies like Sofame who want to get in the US without the hastle of starting up a company by themselves. If he can make it work for Sofame, maybe he gets enough credibility to get joint ventures with even bigger and more succesfull companies.
So, the sky is the limit.
In my opinion, Lumb has had it with this firm, squeezed out a big deal to clean everything up, pay of debts and appease shareholders. He sells the lot and get it over and done with. As was stated, the company becomes dormant after this.
I think for Lumb, this is goodbye and good riddance.
Indeed, things are looking up here. I hope that deal with FFGO finally comes through, then I'm gonna get some more GERS with my profits.
Ok, here I am again with probably a stupid question/statement. I've seen the last filing of their balance sheets. 22% increase in revenue and an operating profit of 122 million for a 767 million income. WTF ??? This is a viable company wich had a few problems but is getting healthy.
Now, their only problems are those claims, no ??? So if they can get a company loan, payable in a reasonable term, and pay them (and a lot of claims were already dismissed, correct ?)they are ok, no ???
Am I missing something or am I just thick ?
Incomprehensible that that *§ judge won't accept another POR SINCE THIS COMPANY IS ABLE TO MAKE A PROFIT AND PAY OFF ALL DEBTS !!!!
Can someone explain ?????????????
And what about that talk that CEMJQ would become a different company with existing shares turning worthless ?? Some news about that or was that just a unsubstantiated rumour. Cause in that case I want to sell in time off course.
Hello Mith. Long time ago. I think we will finally be rewarded for our patience, and not just a little ride to 0009 or 001, but in time (a year or 2, with revenue kicking in and maybe some more acquisitions)we will defenitely hit pennies. JMO, but rather confident.
Good luck.
You need to be a shareholder the day before ex-dividend. Ex-dividend date means you have no longer right to the divy from this date on.
http://www.investorwords.com/1818/ex_dividend.html
Since FFGO already announced that the company (and thus its shares) will go dormant after this deal and payment, I think the price drop after the ex-dividend date will be fast and significant.
So lets say the ex-divy date is 8/31, you need to have the shares at 8/30. After that you can sell, even if the actual pay date is at a later date.
In normal stock it's always best to accumulate shares 2 months before the ex-divy date if you expect a payment, because in the last month or so prices and buying usually go up considerably.
Looks good. Now the lawsuits and the payments for use of their patents and this is a gold mine.
Morning V. Think someone fell of the earth a couple of months.

Thanks for your answer.
There was indeed not to much selling, meaning that as you said the tutes are holding on. Maybe, like myself and so many others on the board, can't believe a company with a 3,9 billion turnover can just go to hell.
Thank you very much.
To bad about the b**ch. Never married myself because I saw too much of that stuff going round. If they get to be to much trouble they're out or I'm gone. Good luck anyway.
On the other hand, if any of the members cited by BBals could give an opinion about this :
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=53145218
Would be much appreciated.
Come on Pitman. QEDN gets his slice of the cake for everything Sofame will do in the US from now on. I only hope (as I posted before) that Makmann doesn't screw things up and just does what he has to do : letting Sofame use his firm as a stepping stone for the US-market, and maybe try to get them some business on the way. Since he's sitting there anyway he could just as well make himself usefull for a change.
Why not ?? This is not about QEDN anymore but about Sofame (and in a while maybe Nazz too). Do you actually READ what happens here or did you just happened to pop round and say whatever came into your head ??? I just saw it's been from February since you posted here !!!
That would be laughing all the way to the bank.
"The share price should gap to 98% of the dividend amount in about 5 seconds "
Thanks for the answer. I did expect somewhat more in depth analysing and elaboration on the subject though, but ok. It 'll do.
On a more general level, thanks for all the DD and effort you put in this board to keep everyone informed. You and moderators Jax/Madclown are the most dedicated people her imo. Everyone else, don't be offended, please, I'm sure you are all concerned about this stock.
By the way Jax, Madclown, if you read my previous question, opinions welcome off course.
Just a question BBalls to get things a little straight in my head.
For the moment we have debts here and there, owing money to several debtors. If now, in giving out these Senior notes, we centralise our debt, get a considerable sum to pay that off, and the company gets healthy enough to pay off the interest AND set aside enough money to pay off the main sum in 2018, we're out of the woods, no ? Since they are not convertible notes, we won't have an emmission of extra shares either, no ??? So no dillution and no pps of 0.27 $ but a reasonable diminuation in pps due to writing of the costs of refinancing all this. Am I talking jibberish now, or does this makes sense ?
So couldn't this be a good thing (or the next best thing to an extreme low interest loan for refinancing).
I actually hope they will retire some shares now the money is getting in.
All looks good. Go ARSC.
This looks real nice. This is the real deal imo. All those who have patience to sit this out untill they're in full production and come out with sales figures and future projections will make a lot of money. I think this could be the Microsoft of Green Energy.
I've been a project manager for many years and I can assure you that allmost 90 % of the big jobs are delayed. The main reason is that the specifications (witch are usualy written by theoretical people) are modified during the construction itself, for not being practical, or because some things were forgotten. This is competely normal and can't be solved with for exemple penalty clauses in the contract, since it involves stuff outside the specs in the initial agreemant.
Nothing to worry about, happens all of the time.
Hey, and Stratey, take a scotch and a couple of pills and relax. All is well, life is good.
Nice website. Very confident also :
"The BRAVADA Guarantee
Try one of our BRAVADA women's activewear pieces. If you do not agree it is the most comfortable sportswear pieces you have ever worn, send it back for a full refund. It is our guarantee of quality. "
200M $ would surely do the trick, yeah.
Hi my friend. And ? Are things looking better here.
Just posted a question to you back in Belgium concerning some news Kannigokski found.
Here on the board we all think this is going bankrupt within a year. Didn't you know, this is the crazy financial masochist board. We all buy this stock to loose money.
They paid and THEN the lawsuit was dismissed.
"settled the pending litigation filed December 15, 2009 by Golden State Equity (formerly known as Golden Gate Investors) and the lawsuit has subsequently been dismissed."
Organising a garage sale to be able to buy more stock.
No, me neither. Hate this waiting !!!!
If you look at Google Finance they are allready marked 0.0030 under GERSE (New)
