There is nothing to move.
I called day the PR came out and got the lowdown. The Company has an agreement to share one of the rooms at Studio 121.
Unfortunately, that does not mean anything. It looked good in the PR.
Call the main # on their website, ask for Joe.
Please be brief and professional, respect his time.
Simply ask if Swordfish is running an ad in the SB program.
I have built a nice relationship and because of that I hesitate sharing my source.
Hope you understand.
I understand a second source (you), to confirm, is important.
Thank you.
SB, corrrect, I will check on PB Monday.
PSP is the publisher, spoke to publisher that gave me the info I have shared. I have no reason to lie.
NEP is a sub of PSP, they sell ads.
PSP also sells ad space
I am familiar with sports, I played baseball for a living for ten years.
Not as familiar with publishing, but have learned fast. Ads for the Super Bowl program are going to print tonight, per the publishers. All ad space is full. Clark had an ad ready to go, but did not pay. No pay, no ad.
You are speculating when you say "Printing will start on Sunday night at earliest but most realistically on Monday."
My source is the publisher.
Solid DD.
If you remember, this is the same poster who broke the news first about the M&G being cancelled at the Museum.
Understand.
Deadline for ads today, going to print tonight (ads)
Sorry, no such "link".
Just spoke to the publisher, no check from Clark, missed deadline, no ad running, going to print tonight, ask him yourself.
Unfortunately, not good news for longs.
Clark's full page ad did not make the deadline.
It is not going to run.
no sb ad, printing tonight

NEP is a subsidiary of PSP Professional Sports Publications.
http://pspsports.com/sports-publication-samples.aspx
PSP publishes the Super Bowl program and the yearbooks for MLB, NFL,NHL, etc.
NEP helps sell the ads.
I got the answer
doone1998@yahoo.com
Well gotta say, I found out something new.
PSP is NEP's parent company. They publish the Super Bowl program.
And I also found out the name of the publication.
Hey thanks for taking the time for your lengthy post.
1) Still no name of publication in your response. Been to NEP's website, they mislead with lies.
2) Your response does not give an answer to "What is the market, who is going to receive this publication and how many will receive it?"
3) Was not asking for "If you want to see the printed pages". Read again, "Where can one see a copy of the ad?" Very easy to preview.
4) Response does not answer the question. Read it again please. In addition to when, where will this mystery publication be distributed is also a reasonable request.
Sorry, but it is circle talk with no answers.
Hope your tapes turn out well.
Go TDEy
Thanks for the link, unfortunately I get a "file is corrupt" message.
Is it accurate to say that none of the four questions are answered in the CC?
Are you under the impression the full page ad is going to be in the Super Bowl program?
TIA
Go TDEY
As good as the source.
Clark and Eddie made a deal with Third Point Research to write a report. Actually how it works is Clark a Eddie write the report and give it to Third Point Research (with a bagfull of shares) to publish.
I may have overlooked this info, so please help everyone out here.
There is no reason that Clark would not have shared this info already, it's just no one can seem to find where Mr. Transparency placed it.
What is the name of the publication?
Who gets the publication?
When will it be published?
Where can we see a copy of the ad?
Nice, did you ever fix your charts?
Don't you find it a slight bit odd that we have not been told what "it" is?
Name of publication?
Who gets it?
When it comes out?
A copy of this "full page ad"?
Would be easy to share with his flock if he wanted to.
Why is Clark hiding this info if it is indeed "coming"?
Go TDEY
Since many here claim how "transparent" our leader is, these question should have been answered. Please help out those of us that have not seen the answers.
1) What is the name of the publication the ad will be in.
2) What is the market, who is going to receive this publication and how many will receive it.
3) Where can one see a copy of the ad?
4) When will the publication be available?
TIA

Already know the answer. Nobody "signs a contract with the Super Bowl."
You have to know that as well.
Go TDEY
Don't forget, Clark said he signed a contract with the Super Bowl.
Which is it buddy?
Clark, rehearse what you are going to say so you may possibly not sound quite so foolish.
Quotes:
"Every one of the TV sets has a 3D HD option where it allows you to take you television set and turn it into a, into a true 3D."
("Turn your TV into a true 3D")?
"It turns your 2D content into 3D and which is a nice, effort."
"Not much content is produced in 3d, there would definitely need to be some 3D content produced for some of the TV sets for it to be worth it's while to utilize 3D on a standard ahh 3D HD TV.
Quote:YEA BUDDY!!
There are two ways to receive revenue with apps, charging for the app and ad revenue.
The average amount of revenue for app advertising is about $9,000 per 100,000 downloads (free downloads)
So the tipping point is; 100 free apps will give you the same revs, $9 as 1 paid app (at $9)
Unfortunately this is a moot point, (paid or free) since there is no content to speak of.
Bottom line, worthless app
But that doesn't matter, because Clark "signed a contract with The Super Bowl" !!!

I remember that day and week clearly.
First not one share was sold at .021
A few very lucky sold at 16,17,18.
Ten trading days prior about 600 mill shares traded, mostly buys. Average buy price about .01
Beautifully executed pump.
Then, 10 of the next eleven weeks have been red. MM's making a killing on this one.
Sure it traded at .0002 on April 22nd, and had a nice run to .003 in six weeks.
Pulled back and then had the big pump. Followed by the monster Dump.
Go TDEY
It easy enough for the MM's to make money here, why make it any easier?
Why don't we tell them where our stops are, (imo, you should not use stops for otc stocks) as well.(sarcasm)

He said he was going to have Conference Calls. That happened.
Clark said the ad was "signed, sealed, and delivered".
He also said he signed a contract with the Super Bowl.
Go TDEY
Key bounce off that 50WMA.
Where do I remember reading a post about that?
Spot on.
Go TDEY
66 is what was available per the contract, not what they initially acquired. Gotta read the PR carefully.
You are pretty much spot on with your assessment.
If folks would do some basic DD it would be easy to understand the facts. Instead, people believe PR's and what is said in CC's to be truthful.
As far as IZON goes, Joseph doesn't even know who Clark Ortiz is.
TDEY settled with Gibilisco and MG Studios. Many here have not read the settlement, and instead want to believe Clark's spin.
Go TDEY
A different picture is being painted by Clark in his PR's. If one reads the actual settlement agreement, not the painted PR, you might understand the reality.
Then you know what I'm talking about.
Will be 20, this July, for me. (for a living)

Go TDEY
Try changing it so the distances between the prices are the same.
Maybe you will like it better, maybe you won't. Does not matter to me what you like better. Just thought you may be interested in another way of looking at the same data.
Go TDEY
You got it. Good luck.
(could be soon)
