Whoah. That's a lot of views for our brand...
Here's some more d.d on Hongmei Sang...
http://wxly.p5w.net/roadshow/124985.html
How do you know that?
Fan Ring the Chairman of Bing Yang recently stated this.
https://finance.sina.cn/2021-11-14/detail-iktzscyy5450554.d.html?from=wap
Also, I just found out that Hongmei Sang is a current director of Bing Yang. This bodes well for you guys if this is the same one we're talking about.
That's a Korean company I actually wanted to get in at .50. But it took off before I ever could. It also was the entire crypto company that came in, so it's different from awsi. But I could see where you're making the comparison with a low s.s and a possible foreign company with assets/revenues coming in...
I am doing proper d.d, outside of contacting the former directors. I never had access to any of Franks
correspondence, so how is one suppose to have any clue of the connection if they haven't talked to Frank for example?
Okay, suppose it's the director of
Panzhihua, Hongmei Sang, who allegedly owns 20% of that company. That's wonderful. You have a legitmate Ceo that has ties and owns a stake in a big company from China. But you still don't know how much of that company is coming in, or if any at that. It might be something entirely different. To assume otherwise is just speculation.
But if it is indeed the Hongmei Sang from Panzhihua, who owns 20% of that company, then you definitely have something there imso...
Best of luck...
More often than not, these chinese r/m in the otc don't turn out to be anything big. A lot of them turn out to be scams, over hyped, or share selling schemes. Plus things take longer as communication is always a barrier and Finra takes closer look at these which takes longer for them to process...
Just take a look at the most recent ones. (cglo, cdno, sbes, cnct, hdii and a whole lot more.)

Great event today, it was very exciting and the tickets were all sold out!
Next one is in Singapore next month!
Disclaimer, I'm not in this.
But I don't think it's Panzihuhua. They just came out with filings today and the new company is going to be called Beite Energy Corporation.
I found some companies with that name in relation to energy and technology. Most of them were in China and I didn't dig enough to find all of their websites. Here's just a small sample that was easily accessible. But this is going to be like finding a needle in a haystack. Hope this helps out for whatever it's worth.

(Imo, I don't think it's going to be a big and established company because I couldn't find much on Hongmei Sang's name. But who knows. Good luck.)
The funny thing is, there's not even a hint of any type of scam being worked here. Saying this is a scam without ever providing any evidence or even theories doesn't make it so. It's quite ridiculous to even suggest that it is if one has performed any d.d here...
Well then, more d.d is needed as there hasn't been one iota of a scam here. In fact, Dryworld is more than legitmate, and their products and partners have proven that...
This has already been explained a million times. They lost their funding because funder got exposed by the SEC and had to liquidate $400 million of their assets...
No doubt. Just look at the leggings market. In 2020, it was worth a whopping $32 billion, and is expected to grow to $53 billion in 2028.
verifiedmarketresearch.com/...
If we were to get just 1% of the $32 billion market for leggings, we would have $320 million in gross revenues.
If we break that down to 20% in net earnings, that would give us $64 million in pure profit.
Multiply that by a p/e of 50x and our market cap would be $6.4 billion. Divide that by our o/s of 171,500,000, and that give us $18.66 a share.
In 2016, Dryworld had 6 football clubs and was also in the Premier League. Manchester City plays in that league, and if we were to grab them, our s.p would be at $34 per, based on the revenue they've generated for their kit maker last year and a p/e of 50x...
To bad there's no merritt for that since there's absolutely no trace of a share selling scheme going on. You know that's how boiler room works right?
I suggest you do some d.d on OTCM. There hasn't been any dilution here in the past 4 years and there hasn't been any selling by the executives or directors here. Those are irrefutable facts. Not to mention, the share structure here isn't gagged. In fact they update it on a daily basis. Now that's literally unheard of in the OTC.
No doubt. This is the least sketched OTC out there, and the most safe. Bar none. But I would be doing a disservice here if I didn't mention how ridiculously incredible Dryworld has been in the past few months.
No other apparel company in the history of the OTC has accomplished nearly what Dryworld has in the past 4 months. And we're just getting started. The potential here is utterly massive as we can all see now...
Anyone not hear of Manchester City FC? If not, I suggest you do some d.d on them...
Also, the owners of Dryworld Brands, is the owner of Dryworld Industries. Matt and Brian own both. So there is nothing to worry about as others are making it seem...
That was a Machester City executive who now is the Ceo of the Ospreys. The connections here are vastly deep and the possibilities are endless...
Don't be weak-minded and let others have influence over you. Just pay attention to what Dryworld is actually doing, and how they behave vastly different from other OTC companies...
Totally agreed. The only reason why we're down is because of the negative sentiment and frustrations with Finra from a small hand of shareholders. Out of all the OTC's out there, this is the only one that whines about it incessantly, and fails to focus on the great developments from the business side...
I've never mentioned when I think Finra will get done. I always said it'll happen when it happens. But I got a feeling it'll happen soon...
You seem mad and confused. Relax and drink some prune juice...

The exposure just keeps on growing.https://t.co/HqlvkL1pqa
Simple. On Twitter from yesterday...
To address the elephant in the room. No there are no debt conversions. Yes there is an active RegA. We’ve never attempted to hide this. It’s been there since last year.
— Nitches (@nitchescorp) April 19, 2022
Companies require funding to operate until they are profitable.
Why keep deceiving the public? John has already admitted yesterday that the Reg A. was active and necessary to fund it's operations and projects...
If you're long here, then why not sell all your position at .09, then triple the amount of your shares by buying the Reg A. at .03? It's not like that offer is going anywhere. But the s.p might recede. So why not?
Plus you'll be helping John fund his ideas and operations. It seems like a win win scenario for everyone involved...
No prob, it's really not that hard...
What you refer to as an elephant, I see as a tiny mouse. What I refer to as an elephant, is all the insurmountable d.d that are irrefutable...
#LearnHowAnOtcScamWorks
The possibilities here are truly endless...
Especially with an Energy/Seltzer Drink...
Major moves are being made right now and there's still a lot more to come. Smart money & d.d is accumulating at these bottom basement prices. This is like buying Bitcoin when it was at $1.
This is literally the next generation of Under Armour...
Same here. There are ton of revenue stream we have that can take us tens of millions, if not more in revenue for each one...
More products are coming from this exclusive deal between Dryworld & Bloomios. Their products are premium grade A quality.
Just wait until we sponsor some big named athletes for our CBD line.
People still have considerably no clue in what we have here. The risk here is extremely miniscule and the potential rewards here are profoundly generational.
I still believe we should be trading at least $2 to $3 by now...
Folks still have no clue in the sheer magnitude of what has transpired and what impact it will have on a global scale...
