hyborianwar,
Only time over the next few days will tell. Right now I am sort of holding my ass with one hand - this is what the thrill coupled with greed will do to you.
There is a pretty sizable spread between the ask .0163 and the bid .0151 so I still have some hope. Also, this being Friday when a lot of stock holders sell some or most of their shares so as not to hold much over the weekend.
Since I am and will continue to hold a core position which right now is half of my shares I just might be able to pull this off. If not, oh well, it just means another day has gone by. I definitely have more days behind me than ahead of me at 74.
GOOD TO ALL AND YOUR FAMILIES.
I took one hellva gamble earlier today and sold half (150,000) of my shares for .0155 in the hopes that I can buy the 150,000 back at a much cheaper PPS.
I like the thrill of getting more shares at a cheaper price without pulling more money out of my wallet. Of course it sucks when I have to chase the f***ing shares up higher. This has happened before and I am gambling that I will buy back my sold 150,000 shares at a much cheaper price over the next 3 - days give or take a few days.
Oh well, if I have f***ed myself, maybe, there will be some solace in knowing that I can't take the money with me when I check out. At my age money does not have quite as much meaning as it did when I was much younger.
I am still a longey - it is just that I could not resist the thrill of the deal I am trying to pull off.
GOOD LUCK TO ALL, YOUR FAMILY, AND FRIENDS.
SMITTER,
The same to you, your family and friends and all of us SPIC believers.
BEARS3434,
I agree with you. I am just maybe being a little to greedy and waiting for a bigger drop. I will most likely buy some of what I have planned to buy around .012. Will buy even more if it goes lower.
Heck, I might just say and buy at .012 or so and not worry about it going lower. My buy, I guess, will just be an emotion buy.
GLTY AND GLTA OTHERS.
I am most definitely in this for the long haul. I have just found that I can also greatly add more shares to my holdings on a stock that has a lot of interest and promise. When that stock has a dip, a good dip, after it has had such a strong run up, and for good reason this stock has had a very strong run up.
GOOD LUCK TO YOUR FAMILIES, FRIENDS AND ALL OF US SPIC BELIEVERS.
I think I am going to hold off buying until SPIC'S ask hits .011 or lower sometime today or tomorrow(Friday).
I will just be able to load up that many more shares for next week and beyond. Come on baby, drops some more !
It is most likely going to finish down today for over the last 2 weeks it has had a tremendous run up. A STOCK DOES NOT CONTINUALLY RUN UP DAILY WITHOUT SOME CORRECTIONS.
IMO, I would not be surprised to see a close of .012 today or tomorrow(being Friday).
I am still holding, but I will be adding more if it gets to around .012.
TRDING,
The dip was great. This is how you add more shares at lower prices. Just think that if there were no dips and only ups we would experience another 1929 market crash at some future point in time.
Better yet how about the tulip scandal when the price of tulips went up and up and up bankrupted many people in Holland, I believe. I am not joking about the tulip bulb scandal - check history on what consider to be one of the largest scandals in history.
I LOVE DIPS - I JUST DO NOT LIKE TO BE CAUGHT ON THE WRONG SIDE OF ONE.
Honeycomb777,
You need to go back to sleep ! ASAP !!!
pjwilson,
Much, if not practically all of my faith, is based upon both Dan's and Phil's successful VERY POWERFUL resumes from their past management and turn around successes.
Also, if it were not for Dan's and Phil's holding these top 2 positions within ECIG and there owning substantial shares with a nice portion of the shares purchased with their own personal funds I am sure I would look at my investments in ECIG with much skepticism.
GLTY AND GLTA
pjwilson,
What is this "WE" you speak of ? Don't count me in that. I have at this price point mentally thrown my shares into the drawer to be taken out at some future date. If it goes lower than what I added this morning @.265 I will strongly even consider buying more. I am in for the next year barring any unforeseen negative climaxed event.
GLTA
I have added more at these prices and if it goes lower I will add even more.
HOW SWEET IT IS TO BE ABLE TO ADD MORE AT THIS PRICE AND WILL BE EVEN SWEETER IF I CAN ADD EVEN MORE BELOW THIS CURRENT PRICE OF .265.
Overall, I think Dan and Phil have done a most remarkable job in bringing ECIG up to the level that they have. Especially, when we consider their starting point from deep, deep in a hole verging on Bankruptcy and practically nothing to work with - toxic debt, lack of controls, messed up inventory, financials and records in a mess, lawsuits, etc.
Yes indeed, I think Dan and Phil and all of the other team members they have brought aboard into management have gotten the ECIG tacking on course with a strong breeze pushing the good ship "ECIG" FORWARD !
In light of all that has been accomplished in such a short span of time I much value Dan, Phil's and all other crew members EFFORTS AND CONCRETE ACCOMPLISHMENTS aboard the good ship "ECIG" far greater than any posters on this site - F***ing Period.....
GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF US ECIG BELIEVERS.
pjwilson,
Excellent post. I agree and pretty much have the same thoughts and conclusions as you have.
GOOD LUCK TO YOU, YOUR FAMILY, FRIENDS AND ALL OF US BELIEVERS IN ECIG AND THE CURRENT MANAGEMENT TEAM.
Stockstuffer83,
Right on ! You are absolutely right in all that you say ! Excellent post and I am in full agreement with you.
Puglet,
BULL CHIT !!
GLTY THROUGH.
Mr-Meeseeks,
No, I didn't know that he was no longer on the ADVISORY BOARD. The ADVISORY BOARD is the only board that I ever knew that he was on with TBEV.
Over time I have read more than a few posters discussing seemingly by just Peter Busch's name alone what a great addition Peter Busch was to this company and how lucky we were to have him on our Advisory Board. Personally and in my opinion and from having done some DD on the younger Busch I never thought he was that much of an addition, if any addition at all, to this company.
ANY SOLID AND VERY SUCCESSFUL EXECUTIVE, IN MY OPINION, WILL NOT BE JOINING HANDS, SWAPPING IDEAS AND STRAERGY WITH THE LIKE OF TOBY AND COMPANY.
I have been in and out of this stock approximately 3 or 4 times over the last several years.
I wish you Mr-Meeseeks, your family, friends and all of us who still hold any stock in TBEVD the best. I wish to see no one lose any money. Who knows what actually will happen to TBEVD unless the Tooth Fairy makes a visit to TBEVD. But, a successful outcome I cannot see anything good happening. Some will lose much, some will break even and some will possible make a litte bit of money on the ups and downs of the PPS. To me having bought stock in TBEVD is like betting on just one number and then spinning the ball at the Roulette Table.
Toby's PR's to me seem to be all mouth and no ass to back them up.
GLTY AND GLTA
yeag1717,
Excellent post and I am full agreement with you.
GOOD LUCK TO YOU, YOUR FAMILY, FRIENDS AND ALL OF US ECIG BELIEVERS.
IN MY OPINION as long as Toby, Mike and people of their ilk are running TBEVD the excellent quality, taste, and benefits of HIGH PERFORMANCE BEVERAGES ARE IRRELEVANT TO THE SUCCESS OF TBEVD.
I most definitely group Peter Busch(google him) among the ilk and unsuitable to be in any leadership advisory position concerning TBEVD in any way.
The Busch family did not want to sell Budweiser, forever, removing their once great brands from among their stellar and great accomplishments from the world wide beverage annals of history. But the many members of this once accomplished family ran to it's death in seemingly not having sired even one son or daughter who could continue this great beverage name.
As far as Toby, Mike, etc in succeeding ? Well, their is always the tooth fairy or rubbing the Genie on his ass to see if he will pop up from the proverbial bottle.
I am still stuck with 60,000 shares @ .006. but it could be worse.
Some of you might disagree with me, but that is okay.
GLTA
BigTimeWinner,
I am thinking it is 5 days, but DO NOT make any decisions based on what I assume to be extra 5 days. Trust somebody else to have a more definitive answer.
GLTA
Honeycomb777,
I agree wholeheartedly with what you say. But, unfortunately, I think we have a few too many that are to caught up in their own self proclaimed importance in how Dan should be running this company. They need to stop pestering him by trying to continually insert themselves into the company business where they have very little or any wisdom.
Some with no experience or very limited experience or wisdom by a few thousands dollars of shares or whatever the number is and they anoint themselves, it seems, as CO-CEO.
Some of these same people, I know deep down are just trying to help. But, I think, the best help they can give Dan is to let him do what HE DEEMS IS A PRIORITY WHAT NEEDS TO TAKE PLACE.
Dan has a lot of his own personal money invested here in the common stock so he is wanting to grow and protect his investment just as much as we want this also to happen.
SOME HERE JUST NEED TO CHILL OUT AND QUIT JUMPING AROUND ON A CONSTANT DAILY BASIS EVEN ALTHOUGHOUT THE DAY. fIRST AND FOREMOST THEY ARE NOT PRIVY TO ALL THAT IS GOING OWN AND THEY SHOULD NOT BE. There are appropriate times for this to happen.
This my opinion with my not caring particular how it sits with some.
We have a world class seasoned and proven CEO with his hand picked team - there is absolutely no need for the constant and I suspect daily contact with Dan or other top Executives. I say leave them alone from the constant contact with I am sure "SOME" absurd and dip chit request and let them concentrate on the most important issues ECIG faces daily, weekly or what have you.
These, ECIG MANAGEMENT, re not notch boys and know what needs to be done and have best to get it done. There is absolutely, in my eyes, nothing wrong with bringing things to their attention that you might not think they have seen, read or heard about. But GEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEZ !! Tell ECIG'S EXECUTIVES WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE AND HOW TO IT - COME ON SOME OF YOU THEY RUN CIRCLES AROUND YOU IN THE WISDOM AND KNOWLEDGE ARENA.
THIS IS MY OWN OPINION AND I HAVE NO MORE TO SAY ON THIS. I BOUGHT MY SHARES AND HOLDING. WILL ADD MORE AS TIME PROGRESS.
I HAVE NOT MEANT NOR DID I SET OUT TO STEP ON ANY TOES, BUT I DO LIKE TO GET STRAIGHT TO THE POINT. TIME IS MOMEY AND IS CONSTENTLY DIMINISHING QUANITY IN EVERYONE'S LIFE.
Just think about the following - 5pm, today we will never see again in our lives. That kind of sobers me up not from drinking for a do very little of that. This is just a sobering thought and both sad and scaring in certain sense that just 1 minute ago is over and over forever.
Honeycomb777, this is not address to you. I read your post and agree with what you said. I am just using your post to state some of my thoughts and opinions.
GOOD LUCK TO ALL INVESTORS.
This morning I first put my order in at .005, but then chanced it 10 minutes later.
Got to go to the bank and get some money for a 3 day golf trip to Myrtle Beach, SC.
That's okay. I haven't sold yet so it is not a loss yet. If I do take a loss it will be giving back a profit I had already booked with TBEV on it's last run up when it reached up to around.0025 after Toby stumbled through the grand open shipment to Amazon the first time. I had gotten in at that time at, I believe with check my records, at around .0008 and sold at around .0022. I do remember that at that time I had somewhere around 2.5 million shares.
But I still hate giving money back to the mother f*****. Maybe he will send out somewhere a reasonable believable PR and he actually starts moving product.
Oh well, this is like going to Vegas in a sense down here in pinkyland.
THE PRODUCT IS PRETTY DAMN GOOD AND THAT IS THE SHAME OF IT.
THANKS FOR YOUR CONDOLENCES. lol !!
Looks like for the time being I might want to consider the possibility that all I have done is bent over and grabbed my ankles and said "do me again" Toby and Mike. Hope not !! Maybe I should go hedge my risk and buy some stock in a good vasoline(my spell check not working nor is my memory at 74 years) company. LOL !!!
I like risk at times so I bought 100,000 @ .006 this morning. Looking for at least a fairly good flip within, hopefully, this month.
yerboss,
The most important and sustained way to boost a stock's PPS is with solid and growing positive increases in the company's performance and results quarter after quarter.
Yes, MM'S can definitely and unfairly with their own selfish methods and reasons hurt a stock's PPS - sometimes to a point where a company is never ever able to recover. I think there should be very, very strict enforcement very severe penalties and fines(including jail time) against the MM'S as there is to insider trading. It is an unlevel playing field in this regard and in a few other regards.
10baggerinvestor,
Seems like there might have been a R/S somewhere along this run up to obtain such a 24,000 percentage gain ? With this kind of gain a R/S somewhere is my first thought.
Something seems amiss with the figures.I don't really know for I have not researched it and do not intend to research it.
We will not see this type of run up with ECIG. I definitely expect an extremely run up, but as to how high that would just be picking a number out of the blue sky IMO.
SterlomgJefferspn,
You could be right. I would feel "SOMEWHAT" more comfortable with a completely new management team from the top to bottom.
I most definitely think a brand new management team is called for if this company is to have "ANY" chance to be successful. THE PRODUCT IS PRETTY DARN GOOD !!
Until then or if this never happens I will have to probably limit any HOPED FAR successes that I might have with TBEVD to singles, doubles, and, hopefully, maybe even a triple or two IF I AM LUCKY.
GLTY AND GLTA
Hmmmm!! I am wondering why there is such a big spread between the ask and the bid ? I have watched the bid drop pretty good, but the ask seems to never change. It has been staying at .035.
Honeycomb777,
I agree wholeheartedly with you. As to what price he would sell this at I do not think at this point anyone knows. But, I am sure it would be at an extremely high profitability price. Could be even more than you mentioned.
GOOD LUCK TO YOU, YOUR FAMILY, FRIENDS AND ALL OF US BELIEVERS IN ECIG SINCE DAN AND THE REASONABLY NEW CFO HAVE BEEN ONBOARD.
yerboss,
Excellent and fair post.
NYCPuglet,
I agree with you. I find TBEVD to have a much more promising and potentially successful future today than all of TBEVD'S yesterdays.
GLTY AND GLTA TBEVD INVESTORS.
etmoreshares,
The ships could be assets or not assets. A lot of shipping companies especially small ones have leased ships or at least a portion of their small fleet is leased. If they own their ships then we need to know how much equity do they have in the ships - are the ships owned outright by the company or they heavily mortgaged from some financed or shipping company.
You just can't say the ships are an asset to the company until you know these and MANY other things.
On the surface things do sound promising, but it is the details and what's under the sea, so to speak, that has meaning as to the company's financial strength. Also we need to know what kind of shipping contracts does the company have, their receivables and payables. In essences does the shipping company have the resources and the means to support and grow ETHG. What are the synergies being brought to the table by this merger, etc.
Personally, I feel good enough about the possibilities for ETHG to make a small exploratory investment in ETHG.
These are just my own personal opinions and the way I am proceeding with ETHG. But, as the old saying goes, " EACH TO HIS OWN ".
IF YOU FEEL THE FORCE IS BEHIND YOU THEN GO FOR IT !!!!
I WISH YOU, YOUR FAMILY, FRIENDS AND ALL OF US WHOM HAVE TAKEN NOTICE OF ETHG AND INVESTED IN HER NOTHING BUT THE VERY BEST AHEAD.
MY2Mustangs,
Scottrade at the close today, Friday, March 4, 2016, is showing that TBEVD O/S now stand at 46.25 million shares.
I re-entered as a purchaser today of 110,000 shares of TBEVD @ .01 PPS. These are free shares for I previously made $1,100 on the last Pre-split run up in TBEV shares. I am seriously considering adding another 140,000 shares this coming week if I can again get the shares at around $.01 or so.
I feel pre darn good or as good as the lack of any real and solid current spelled out information and direction for TBEVD will allow me to have at this moment.
GOOD LUCK AND FORTUNE TO YOU, YOUR FAMILY, FRIENDS AND ALL OF US DREAMERS IN TBEVD.
ORCA,
Yeah right !!! You most always claim after the fact and rarely, if ever, before the fact. LOL !! HaHaHaHa.
Honeycomb777,
In my opinion ECIG buying back it's shares anytime in the forseeable future would definitely be a worst case action. ECIG needs any and all money to grow the company at this stage.
Good luck and fortune to Dan, Ecig's management, you, your family, friends and all of us believers in ECIG at this time.
lizz27,
How much dollar wise do you have invested in ECIG now ? The amount of dollars must be pretty darn substantial now.
JTrader,
What is the news that you say is not so good ?
RainerRocks,
Do you think it might be possible for you to also send me this link ? I am a new trader in oil products and need all of the help I can get.
Good luck and fortune to you, your family, friends and to all of us believers in the values of oil trading for our financial health, happiness and peace of mind.
Respectfully,
playfullyhappy
YesWeCannabis,
Excellent read on the violent potential in the middle east. I cannot speak for my oil investment in UWTI for I just bought my
1st shares last week. Did not buy much - just enough to get my feet wet or rather a very small place at the table until I can figure out what in the f*** I AM DOING. I suspect my learning curve is going to be steep and long before I half ass know what I am doing.
Oh well, it is still exciting and I can afford to lose much more than I currently have invested, but without more experience and wisdom I am not going to extend myself out on a limb to much.
My first buy was 1,000 shares @ $1.72 which I sold a couple of days later @ $2.00. Then I bought 1500 shares @ $1.32 before the weekend started which I am now still holding.
GOOD LUCK TO YOU, YOUR FAMILY, FRIENDS AND TO ALL INVESTORS IN UWTI.
