Court in recess until 2:30
Hell Yea! It's all about that 3.5% thats money in the bank for the company for the next 4yrs!
We still need to wait for news, lets give it some time. 3.5% is great... 30mil lets wait and see what that number is from.
This is where it makes the future stock price worth $$$. 3.5% of googles revenue is millions $$$$
the jury most importantly validated the vringo patents
3.5% for the next 4yrs from Google! That is where the bank is. what is google going to appeal the 30mil verdict lol....
2016
FOLKS listen up
the 3.5% is where the money is!!!!! 3.5% for the next 4yrs!!!!!!!
EXACTLY 3.5%!!! WE GOT WHAT WE WANTED!
WE ARE ON CNBC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
CNBCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCC
I wonder if any news outlets will carry the story. Hoping CNBC or something.
The judge may already have a number in mind. Lets see what happens.
2yrs is nothing, That is one hell of an investment!
We are close folks, the jury is taking its time to calculate the most important part of the case!!!! #Damages!!!!!
What fueled it was all those stops it took out. I dont think we see that again today.
They had to cover around 2mil shares. that took out stops big time.
I agree and all it took was like 1min for that drop to happen.
Yea it was a major raid. I wonder how many shares got covered. One reason why I dont have my stops set up on this play. Its a all or nothing for me. Now many will have to be 10% more then what they sold to buy back in. maybe even more.
That was more then just criminal. Happened to fast that I bet many are now trying to rebuy at a much higher pps.
ouch, as long as you picked up below that you are fine but I dont think many did.
That was shady. now many that had stops are going to be rebuying.
I wonder how many stops they took out. They had to take out a ton.
Who cares. I dont believe you nor anyone else. You think iHUB money made stock jump up this high today?
At 10:10am we had a $700k buy I think it was after this news that the jury was asking questions regarding damages.... You think that was ihub money, lol.... NO! This stock is bigger then these message boards.
Who cares what your friend said.
Here this is from a new paper that has been attending the trial.

A federal court jury on Monday was sent home for the third day after failing to reach a decision in a patent infringement trial against Google and other companies.
The jury has been deliberating since Thursday, but appears to be close to a decision. Through Monday, the panel asked the judge several questions about how to award damages.
I/P Engine, a subsidiary of New York-based Vringo, a company that sells cell phone ring tones, sued Google, AOL, Gannett, and IAC Search & Media, claiming they have been using its patents without permission. I/P Engine is seeking more than $100 million in damages.
Vringo stockholders have been keeping a close eye on the case, as each bit of news seems to send the company’s stock price soaring or plummeting.
The stock fell 36 percent one day last week when the judge limited the amount of potential damages to about one-fifth of the $500 million Vringo had initially asked. As news of the jury’s damages questions left the courthouse Monday afternoon, the stock price shot up, closing more than 42 percent higher at $3.95 a share.
Some bloggers on Monday were speculating that the damages could be as high as $300 million after the jury asked whether it can award a “running royalty” rate to each company. The judge told jurors they could but added that they were on their own to come up with a figure.
The patents involve a system that filters Internet advertising to specific search queries. Google, the chief defendant, has argued that it developed its own ad filtering system.
He has already filed paper work to take the OS to 1bil lol
Just watch the PPS folks... that will tell us what is going on!
Great post! Take down the big guy and everyone else will fall!
No they wont close doors, they will just continue finding someone to buy all those 504 shares. Swank sells $1mil a yr worth of them.
With the question being asked right when they started this morning tells me on Friday they made up there mind and now are looking to close things out. I think imo we see verdict today near end of day.
I would think both parties will try for a settlement before this goes to the jury. I am sure both parties will way how they both presented the case and if google feels like they did not do such a convincing job they might try one last time to settle up if not hopefully next week we know our fate.
They will care if VRNG comes out with a settlement that is big.
We win this case it will send a nice message to others that we are suing. Cant wait for this to be over in a few trading days. Either we will all be jumping up and down or all crying.
Interesting VIDEO.

Must watch.... If VRNG and google settle it will also mean VRNG can not go after google's clients.
In no way the trial is over, WE still have 1 week left.
I will contact the SEC investigator for this case and see if he does have anything to say. I was contacted and provided all the proof that was given to the judge and the federal agent that passed that info on to the guys in charge.
I agree, Very very good news for us shareholders.
I dont think so. I am involved in settlement talks for a breach of contract with a company and its a six figure deal. They low balled me I said no thanks see you at trial. They may wait and see how it goes and deal AFTER I rest my case that way they can see how things went.
I think google is taking a chance and wanting to see how well Vringo lawyers present the case to the jury and then go from there.
Objections heard and rulings made on the record. Court STRIKES testimony of Dr. Becker, given on cross examination
This is very good news from us, So far so good.
