We hope not Jugy, but I'm sure that would make you very happy and give you a sense of Jungian self-actualization.
Thanks for the awesome top-notch DD like this snippet you found for us Friday:
There is this lawsuit against Phoenix entertainment group from 2008 same company mentioned in latest TDGI PR
www.rfcexpress.com/lawsuit.asp?id=39178
Great post Speck. I agree with all your points. One of the backlashes unfortunately of such growth has been the subsequential growth in expectations. Many people have posted outlandish expectations for such films as Twelve, Racing Dreams, HTYMP, etc..
The bottom line is that we are primarily a DVD and VOD distributor, and this is where our revenues will come from. People expecting to get rich overnite on some singular success are losing sight of the forest thru the trees IMO. I, and many others here bought into the vision of EP and the core business, and I didnt and still dont have any illusions of instant grandeur. It is fine to hope for the homerun, which could come at any time I admit, but I am fine with just patiently letting this thing run its course.
And a long time ago when EP said his vision was to ultimately turn HH into a 500M market cap company, I believe that too. Its just going to take a little longer than some people are willing to wait... I am in it to win it in the long run. Cool heads prevail in a firefight..
malc.
jimbob, thank you for the clarification. I had a feeling this lawsuit brought up by our DD master Jugy didnt have much standing, but this case obviously didnt have half a leg to stand on in the first place. I appreciate the DD and you saved me some time sussing this out. I gotcha on the next BS legal case some basher wants to use as evidence as to why we should all be scared to death about our investment.
I'd give you a personmark but I already did earlier for your much appreciated efforts to combat the rampant baseless attacks we have been suffering lately. Seeya around,
malc.
thank you for your input and support vw. thank you indy for the generous invite.
Upon reading the email from EP I see no need to further delve into the allegations against Mr. Perez in either an arrest or lawsuit. Our mgmt team is already all up on it.
Have a great weekend longs, I know I am. Enjoying my time with family and now time to grill some steaks for lunch to celebrate life.

Most excellent post Harley! I only had time to briefly read over the myriad of posts yesterday from every side of the spectrum imaginable. After work I had to immediately get myself and the kids ready for a Friday night wedding (who ever heard of such a thing?) and thus had no time to post with any thoughtfulness.
Reflecting on yesterday's heated discussions and allegations of incompetence against EP and crew for wanting to bring Anthony Perez aboard I find the reaction of shareholders to those who obviously wish for HH to fail (or at least plunge for now) puzzling and shortsighted. A certain ex shareholder who deserves no mention by name first started the mess by declaring that HH was partnering with a man arrested for misrepresentation and fraud. I think it is pretty clear at this point that the Perez mentioned by this person is clearly NOT the same Perez that HH is dealing with. I thought that attack was pretty transparent and easily refuted, but clearly others were swayed otherwise. And then our new friend posts that Anthony Perez has a legal case pending and the floodgates break open. Without taking the time to examine this lawsuit or consider the motives of the source of the information, certain people seem to have been scared out of their shares. Nothing to be done about that, it is the herd mentality.
Thank you jimbob1911 for sharing your opinion that the whole deal from 2008 had already been resolved out of court a long time ago. If this is the case then I am sure HH's lawyers will quickly ascertain this in the DD period, and review might likely be happening as I type this. Fred was quick to jump the gun and release the second PR IMO, and clearly this was a reaction to what information was being disseminated on this board and an attempt to calm shareholders nerves. Myself, I'm not going to be persuaded by such shallow attempts to derail HH, but others get a case of bad nerves much quicker and with much less substance than I - Personally I would not have said anything else RE the status of Mr. Perez but on the positive note the reaction of Fred to the concerns of this board, his shareholders, clearly shows that Fred and EP are concerned about the shareholders - they need our support just as much as we need their leadership and vision to prosper and move forward. The reaction of our MGMT to the nervousness caused by two malicious and ill-researched attacks on the character of our team clearly demonstrates this to me.
For the last couple of weeks we have been doing this song and dance around here. Someone throws out an allegation against HH which takes a whole five minutes max to find and throw out here and then it takes one of us longs many many hours of our time to research such claims and refute thoughtfully. Quite sad and unfair to us longs to have to defend ourselves against such baseless attacks but yet others have done this admirably and I once against feel compelled to follow in the steps of jimbob1911 and do the DD into said lawsuit against Mr. Perez, even though albeit the damage has clearly already been done. Several weeks ago when a certain poster was bringing up the lawsuit of Hounddog Productions V. Empire Film Group when EP was still on the team there I did my own DD into the nature of the lawsuit and found it to have little "standing" being as in a nutshell Hounddog was trying to recoup some punitive damages from Empire because they failed to deliver on the promise to get the movie Hounddog into theaters. What the poster didnt reveal, probably because he never bothered to read said lawsuit and just knew it would spark nervousness and doubt in weak holders, is that Empire was handcuffed here and could not deliver on its promise to place Hounddog in theaters because the theater chains refused to play it. Hounddog is very disturbing in that there are scenes of incestual rape of a teenage girl and the theaters chains did not want the negative publicity of showing such a film that already caused quite a controversy even before ever released to the public.

Do we have any motivated college people amongst us longs? If so, you could do the DD on the lawsuit against the real Tony Perez much cheaper than I using the Lexus Nexus database available through your college or university. I am a small business owner now but I have two degrees in English and Political Science - I considered going to law school after graduation but an unexpected pregnancy changed those thoughts. I have 18 hrs. in various areas of law from undergrad school and can get thru the gobbleygook contained in such legal documents fairly easily now. Now I am sitting here debating with myself whether or not to take valuable time away from my weekend with wife and family to clarify the claims of a basher who took five minutes out to try and stir controversy and create doubt amongst shareholders.
Perhaps if jimbob1911 would further clarify or perhaps cut and paste some of his pertinent DD from post 43594 I won't have to go thru the hassle and expense now being as I no longer have free access to Lexus Nexus legal database to clarify what really shouldn't need clarified in the first place IMO. I am confident that HH can get to the bottom of this quite easily but in the meantime I also feel compelled, as I have in the past, to soothe the nerves of the anxious amongst us by digging into the nature and standing of said lawsuit against Perez. Like I said earlier, the damage has already been done, but perhaps by refuting the claims of incompetence against HH and by defending the character of Mr. Perez (the real one, not the imposter who was asserted as being the person that HH was doing business with) we can put this issue to rest before HH comes out with a statement of their own which could take who knows how long.
Not that this would do any good, really. Five hours of DD to refute a five minute claim by a basher of HH once again. I'm also quite assured at this point that as soon as one of these people who seem to have it out for HH and MGMT find another snippet to post as some concrete evidence that HH is garbage and a scam or incompetent or whatever they can insinuate, they will.
My only hope in this effort is that MAYBE, just maybe, one day people who actually are invested here can rest easier seeing that every claim against HH and EP and Fred can be refuted with some effort on the behalf of us believers. Perhaps their loud, boisterous voices will one day be ignored in a realization that the one who screams FOUL the loudest is probably guilty of a major infraction themselves...
I am going to now go an enjoy a beautiful Arkansas morning with my family. I will check back after awhile to see if anyone even cares about this at this point, perhaps I am toiling in vain at this point as well. Sometimes I feel like saying "F it" let those who will be persuaded by such pettiness be persuaded. Then again, thats kind of like letting the bad guy win without a fight. It's clearly not a FAIR fight from the standpoint of us longs, but perhaps it is a necessary fight just from the stance of honorable principle. Thoughts gentlemen? I'd hate to waste my time here if its not necessary because I, myself, am comfortable with my holdings here until something of real substance makes me reconsider my position.
malc stone.
Thnx jugy for those words of extreme wisdom. My eyes have been opened, I have just had a satori or as you say in the western tradition, I have seen the light! God, to think I was falling in love! Quelle bete de moi!
First thing tommorrow I am dumping all my shares, my moms shares, and my daughters shares for college, selling all my possessions, and going to follow the Grateful Dead. I hear they are pretty good.
malc.
I agree Jugy, it kinda reminds me of some of the posts around here lately. No words, no credible actors... perfect!
Maybe some bashers, i mean hackers, got into that website. I'm confident it is a legit deal and a legit PR and will be another legit source of revenue for our little TDGI. A journey of a thousand miles is comprised of many single steps...
malc
From my calculations a long time ago the BV of the TDGI/HH library was .057 at the end of 09. None of our recent acquistions nor further developments bear any influence on this evaluation.
There are many higher estimates of library estimates, one by EP himself a long time ago but this is what I come up with in a most conservative calculation.
What the market decides to do with it after the financials are released, which I personally think they will while some of are the opinion that such financials dont exist or will never be released, is really of no consequence to me.
malc.
Nice find heber. Pretty much a blog rather than an article by Glen but I also hold some of these stocks for the same reasons.
I think he just threw out a shot mentioning S3 because he could, and notice no embarassing ticker to go along with it. S3 has assisted in listing some nice companies, buoyan is another.
I heard rumor of ENHD's CFO resigning today which is likely behind the big drop to new recent lows. And after two consecutive .32 quarters? Somethings not adding up there...
malc.
Nice post and annotated chart wisconsin! I tend to agree with most of your points, and would be getting back in I wasnt in the process of changing brokers with everything locked down until the transfer is completed.
Got out awhile back when it was obvious that NGLPF was about to take a beating along with alot of green small caps... Now looks like the time to get back in, sigh...
Fundamentals and future still looks promising to me here,
malc.
Mike, did you read the last 10Q? I'm still sitting on the sidelines here currently but was very impressed with the fact that they only lost one or two cents (can't recall exactly) compared to twenty something last year.
Noticed that sales were moderately higher and expenses lower both leading to this massive improvement.
malc.
Of course me too Trader and Gary, but there was no PR to announce the earnings so maybe not many eyes are on it yet, blessing in disguise today and possibly the rest of the week to load some more IMO. And I havent seen anything really besides numbers to read yet, please someone link it if I am wrong, and you know us Westerners like some words to go along with our numbers...
malc.
Awesome! I guess it just hasnt shown up as news here yet... Hopefully some nice after dinner reading tonite...
For some odd reason I find myself doing weekend DD here.
Ibox is totally outdated and has no pertinent DD. Are any of you guys actual shareholders, or just watching from the sidelines?
What is the current O/S? Any data on revs, assets, debts, you know, the real stuff?
Im not going to put alot of effort into it if is just too shady to even bother.
The drop from one buck to 2.5 cents is already a big concern, although i see it was a stank buy of no real consequence, and probably a mistake by the seller who might have forgot to place a limit on the sell or something. Who knows, I have seen whak stuff like that happen all the time...
TIA
malc stone
I am inclined to believe that as well, and good riddance too. They have assisted to list some pretty good companies but they themselves are a bunch of shady shady MF's. S3 investements is another one and the only thing reputable about them is the shares they still hold in their former clients companies, at least thats what pinksheets says, lol...
I tend to think CHFI on the other hand has likely cashed everything out. And one cannot asses all the previous action and volume to them.. its pretty much pragmatically impossible. While there was tons of speculation that they were behind some of the action cashing out stock, well yea, perhaps one of the runs when the stock became unrestricted but to assume that they are still any kinda player here is just absurd IMO.
Im still vested because I still think this is about as undervalued as one could imagine, pure and simple. The fact that they were brought to market by a complete POS company is not a new thing in the US listed china market. I could put about 20 tickers below this but you guys already know what I mean. Some of the children are complete POS themselves but others are innocent children that are fully ready to be responsible for their own fate now. JADA is one of them IMO. Of course I could be completely wrong and we will just have to wait for that Q to see and maybe this time it wont be last second of the last minute of extension time.
malc.
No disrespect but nothing has ended here. For some of us this is just the 4th ride on your favorite wooden rollercoaster, and in my case its not because I am a brilliant trader or something, I'm totally not, just an investor who still has the stones to accumulate a large position, once again, and hold it tight.
When one sees real potential value why run away with the scared herd?
The flippant have been playing this for 2 years now. On fundamentals it still looks good to me, and I dont see any reason to run before earnings, yes, there is a lack of run before earnings around here but perhaps thats because they sweated so many folks with the last Q manuever.
Personally I have been taking some decent profits the last 3 rides, and adding to my core position to boot. gl everyone. in china the number 4 is frowned upon, but in this case I dont think its so. unless its 444.
malc
My ass jumped ship awhile back with a nice profit to boot at least. I am fixing to park my ass on this ship for awhile, mgmt really seems to have their game face on and are making the right decisions as opposed to constant turmoil. I am also quite shocked it has held up so well lately but I wont be touching that stock ever again...
malc
Thats what I was afraid of. I had a limit sell on a chunk of a position that should have filled but didnt. Will have to scrounge some change up Monday but I'm coming in first thing unless the release of earnings before the bell and she runs away from me.
Wouldnt be the first time. CHBU has so much more potential than BFAR, which I used to own, IMO. Freaking mgmt is on a merry go round over there....
Thanks Burp,
malc.
We are looking at a NASDAQ stock that is poised to at least make .16 this year, likely we will be better than .04 for Q 3 and 4 as the new facility has just been ramped up.
I like the company's strategy and I honestly think this is just the beginning. I will be holding this in the IRA for many years to come. The recent China doldrums will correct eventually. This may be one of the stocks to rise before the rest - many small cap China US listed are on the BB and no one gives them a valuation greater than 5x. IMO, a NASDAQ listing for a strong company like this deserves at least a 10x valuation.
When we see yearly earnings of .16-.22 cents we will be hopefully holding a 2 dollar stock by years end. I'm especially happy to see such strong numbers this Q, perhaps not so very strong in EPS of .04 but the cash position improving vastly after spending so much on the new facility is encouraging. I'm optimistic that the days of trading below 1 dollar look to be behind us so that NASDAQ doesnt threaten to delist us due to non compliance to the one dollar minimum rule...
Burp and The Mexican - Which one of you or both knows when the next Q is due out? I've done my DD and I want in before it's too late... TIA
malc.
New here guys. My mom works in a drug and alcohol treatment center in fayette county PA. She was telling me about their drug that supposedly thwarts alcohol addiction - makes her clients not want to drink. I believe she said that their county drug rehab is the only one currently using the drug, that it is not fully FDA approved yet. Is this all true? If so, and the drug is approved and it works as good as she says it has been doing so far for her clients then it seems likely that every drug and rehab program in the nation will soon be adding this to their addiction-fighting repertoire.
Seems pretty pricey to me, even with today's big board bloodbathing, and I was wondering what y'alls expectations of ALKS and more importantly, projected revenues and consequently, PPS...
TIA, and best of luck in your investments,
malc stone.
Funny, me too! Time2LoadSmootheUP!
malc.
Thank you Ryan for putting that out there. I read these but didnt want to bash the poor dudes picks. Many times people, including myself, have tried to respond in a civil manner to his claims against our TDGI and EP. We have attempted to reply with DD that took some time, and in my case quite a bit of time deciphering that Hounddog v. EFGU BS lawsuit.
Hounddog is still trying to sue Empire and Eric by defacto when he was with them over the fact that they would not distribute a film that involved teenage incestual rape and such. The reason being because the theaters refused to play the film and avoid the boycotts and beaucoups of negative attention...
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,259624,00.html
That lawsuit, and the "facts" of the other posts, are similar in that they have no standing whatsover.
All of us realize that we lost another 12% or so today. So what?
I mean really? With that pilthy 528K volume it could have been me today getting out. But I guarantee that was not the case, and I even added yesterday. Powder dry today but we will see what happens tommorrow and I will likely load a little more if this craziness persists....
Cool heads prevail. Nothing too worry about when some small fry get jitters and some people with no shares and nothing else to do like to try and get some fun out of rattling peoples nerves. We all have known juvenile folks who get their kicks like that.
In case anyone ever forgot, an investment in TDGI is a vote of confidence in EP and crew, and I have seen nothing to make me change my opinion that he is going to try like hell to build, I said BUILD, this company into a 500M market cap venture.
malc.
We saw some silly and not very prudent selling today, as far as getting maximum value for your shares when you do sell, but honestly when you consider the volume it really was quite inconsequential. We here are a bunch of longs for the most part and a handful of the small fry such as myself equal all of todays action. I just cant see the desperate reason to hit the panic button, and consequently I myself grabbed some more cheepies IMO and averaged up a bit.
The first part of the news that hit last week was also the weakest link IMO. I have no idea what is coming out, but I am of total conviction that it will be beneficial to all shareholders, and my increasing position here since January proves it.
I've only been self investing for 2 years now but I have already found my side job and Hopefully a full time job in the future being as construction is catching up on me. I'm a hands on boss who wont ask anyone to do something if I'm not up there doing it with them. I have had to scale back but I have survived in this recession where alot, and I mean, alot, of my friends, competitors, and general contractors have not. I merely mention this to say that patience and perservernce wins the day, and an investment here is like many other things in reality - there will be good and bad days, you will make and lose money, and the real key to success IMO is having a strong game plan, sticking to it no matter what, and having the stones to realize that many small steps make a long journey.
Cheesy and simplistic? Perhaps. But is it the simple truth? Just ask yourself what has been your path to success if you have ever been a successful exec, a successful mate, a loving parent, a business owner or any of the other myriad ventures out there to experience.
Holding long and strong here without any of the personal turmoils some here seem to experience daily, relax a little! Make a decision and stick to it or else move on and forget about it! It hurts me a bit to see intelligent people infecting others with their own inner fears when really that is just mental masturbation, and of little value to anyone, including the source.
malc stone.
I hear ya Etrnaly! I think if someone is going to take the time to post a bunch of gibberish and bash someone's character he should be able to back up his claims with something concrete - apparently that is not this case with that certain so and so, hell, i even forgot his alias, not that it really matters anyway!
malc.
My reply to the Basher.
Last week a certain poster started throwing things out there and questioning the character of our CEO. Ok, thats fair game IMO and what forums for discussion are supposed to be primarily. Today I get home from a very hot day of work and see he has brought these same issues, if one can call that kinda ranting bringing issues, up again. Enough said on that one.
Last weekend I did some DD into these issues, the ones that were researchable, and came up with these conclusions.
The lawsuit that is referred to is Hounddog Productions v. Empire Film Group LLC when Eric was still involved over there, so he is part of this rather trival suit which the producers of the film have no standing in suing about in the first place. Please view this old news if interested:
www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,425483,00.html
I could have, and debated about, purchasing said legal docs pertaining to the case but decided to read EGFU Q report Mar 2010 instead first, and I found no reference to pending legal actions whatsover. Its easily available on pinksheets.com and free. From my experience reading Q's if there was anything of seriousness pending against Empire they would have revealed it in their filing. To my small surprise, they actually clarified alot of the current business status between Empire and HH with the postscripted pasted paragraphs from the March 2010 Q I found interesting.
malc.
SELF-DISTRIBUTION CAPABILITY
Empire recognized that all successful entertainment companies must be in control of their own
product distribution. Accordingly, in November, 2009 terminated its “parent-subsidiary” relationship
with Hannover House, which had been our distribution arm. Hannover House was returned to its
original owners and ceased being a wholly-owned subsidiary as of November, 2009.
As part of the termination of our relationship with Hannover House we formed Producer’s
Releasing Organization, LLC as a wholly-owned Nevada limited liability company in November, 2009.
It is our intent to conduct our distribution activities through this new LLC. At around that same time
our new LLC entered into an agreement with Hannover House for Hannover House to render certain
assistance to us for distribution.
On the extra note, Empire claims to own pretty much a big chunk of HH proprietary property. I encourage everyone to read the latest Q from Empire yourselves and lets get to the bottom of this situation.
ECNG is gaining some nice ground back in anticipation of after bell earnings Aug. 10. The addition of another board member was not recieved with any fanfare, but I think it signals that they are serious about increasing customer base and consequently, revenues.
Think for a minute about the other players in the smart grid business who have no positive EPS whatsover, just alot of smoke and mirrors. Some of these emerging "green" businesses are just a joke IMO who play on the "green" wishfulness of progressive investors. Some are reluctant to report in a timely fashion knowing that what is buried in their Q is really not that appealing from a basic business sense mindset. ECNG, on the other hand, seems excited to let this Q out, and wanting to get as many eyes on it as possible.
My previous thoughts on 2010 EPS of .08 might be quite low - After next Tuesdays Q is released we will have a much clearer picture... Still, if they only earn .02 for the quarter we are on pace to post that .08, and once the market will once again allow a US based BB stock earning money to have a very very low end fair 5x valuation, we should be looking at a 40 cent stock by the end of 2010.
I have an odd feeling that Tuesdays Q might be pleasantly surprising. I would be quite happy with another positive .02 but the subtle indicators are leaning towards better than that. Or that they are gearing up to catapult ECNG to the forefront of the midwest smart grid pack. They are the small dog perhaps, but they are the dog making money, not promises. I have read many many articles about the promise of smart grid and ECNG rarely, if ever, gets a mention. I think this is about to change as the market will not be able to ignore them much longer.
malc.
I have alot of patience as well Dean, and my holdings prove it. I have been adding quietly here for several months now.
I honestly believe the company is on the long march towards consistently better earnings and increased visibility. However, this question is pretty much emminent right now - How are they planning to uplist this stock to any major exchange with 55.5M O/S trading around 10 cents?
Do a 10-1 R/S to meet the minimum NASDAQ requirement? Is the talk of uplisting at the current moment really feasible?
malc.
BWOWW. Granted, the May 2012 expiration of the warrants with a strike price of $12 look a little out of range at this moment, but I think that Wowjoint is being unfairly treated at the moment by the market in general. China fundamental did not dump their whole shell into this along with their fundage to play with peoples minds. They did not jump straight to the NASDAQ with all the extra bells and whistles and costs because they wanted to pump themselves. Actually, the converse seems to be the case to me, and I will be adding BWOW tommorrow - Im already flush with the 2012 warrants should they come into play.
malc.
BWOW. I suppose some people thought that the PR announcing 2.2M in leasing with an option to buy of their heavy equipment was pilthy or perhaps the only good thing they had to say. As in, the only revenues they had to announce going forward.
I hardly think that is the case here. I rather regarded it as a small window to look through to see the direction the company is moving towards. We all know here that the Western mind and the Eastern mind see things quite differently, I personally dont see what the issue is with the selloff in Wowjoint except that the China US market is still very volitile with the opportunities for investing for those with the stones increasing daily. Looks like fall 08 all over to me in many aspects.
malc.
Newbie, it used to look good on paper, sort of. If you read the last Q it looked more like a horror movie of dilution and disrespect for all shareholders. The only reason we havent seen a PR pumping one of SIVC's holdings lately is that they cost money to publish. This is probably the most foolish investment I have ever made in my life, and that is saying something.
When is that 2nd Q report supposed to be out anyway? Well, since they are a pink and a crappy one at that, I guess it will be out whenever they damn well please. What happens if they dont report, a delisting? lol to my own stoopid self....
malc.
Arena, not that interesting at the moment to me, but we are in agreement here on the buy and wait sentiment.
I still have faith here. Most of the US China listed stocks are in the crapper, and for no good reason IMO, and eventually will bounce...
Who knows when that will be but most china investors I know think this is the place to accumulate, much like in the fall of 08.
malc.
Nice 10% gain on very solid volume for this thinly traded stock.
Im holding all shares until we get at least a fair forward 5x valuation or better!
Q1 was positive .02 Q2 to be released Aug. 10! Perhaps sideliners are beginning to load some in anticipation of seeing another .02, or better, quarter. With the potential to land more and more customers as their energy saving technologies become better known, ECNG could have a very "bright" future indeed.
It is currently very undervalued still trading only 2x earnings and also I believe 8 cents for the year may be a tad low.
malc.
I'm out of Verutek for now. Not enough transparency going on with the company for my tastes, although I still believe in the products and sector for sure. I havent checked pinksheets lately, but it would sure be helpful to have some EPS numbers to go along with EPA approved, and hopefully purchased, products..
Like I said I've been out a little bit now for some nice gains and have not done any recent DD.
malc.
Regarding the practice of frag shocking the ground to extract the gas trapped in the shale formations. If you have not seen Gasland yet then it is of upmost importance.
In SW PA my sister and brother in law have a well on their land currently... they live pretty much amish style, bro in law is a federale but a good and pragmatic, i.e. necessary, one and im sure they have no idea of the magnitude of these practices.
they raise their own chickens, beef, goats whatever... we will be helping them out a bit and visiting July 2nd and staying a couple of weeks. Its going to be painful to break this to them, and i will for sure be doing some on site inspecting. If anyone on any of my crews used even 1 out of the 156 chemicals they are pumping into the ground unchecked, i would be fined out the ass by OSHA if they were doing that without protection. not to mention disposal and just basic sense responsibility, i thought. of those 150 something chemicals i recognized 5 that we come in contact with or have to use periodically. Srry for rambling but im still in a state of shock about the importance of this practice... 5 kids, homeskooled w the land and the animals... this is even worse than the gusher IMO. I know this is not a gloom and doom board but i havent ever seen a more important issue ever..
Oh yeah, BTW, they are all up in my homestate of arkansas.
malc.
Totally agree on all points Dean. I've been in here over a year now, and began adding when it turned the corner to becoming a positive earnings company. We could now see at least .08 or better for 2010, and 2011 is already shaping up nicely.
It's the number one add IMO at these levels for anyone searching for a long term investment. All my shares are in my SEP IRA. None in the short term trading account. Might take awhile for people to catch on or the company to become properly valued. China in general is in the shitter at the moment and values abound everywhere there.. its fall 2008 all over again. People with the stones to jump in here will be rewarded in the end i honestly believe.
malc
You wont catch me complaining until I have something substantial to complain about. Current PPS is disappointing, some are obviously getting out before the show even starts. Uncertainty has loomed large in much of the market in general lately, China looks like fall 2008 all over again in many aspects.
So what people? If you crave certainty sell out of what you should have never been in in the first place. Buy something that pays a pilthy dividend if you dont have the stones to take some risks.
My only complaint is that I could only scrounge a minimal amount of powder to avg. down my daughters account.
Have a great weekend people!
malc
We are currently making homemade ice cream for my sons fourth birthday party. thank you CK also for all your hard work as well. everything is fine down here in the south except we need a little precipitation, i wont say the other unspeakable word.
malc.
Life goes on, with on without us....
Great post joenatural. I see this has stirred up a bit of malcontent.
malc stone will be adding to his daughters account tmmrw morning. thank you to all the sellers.
Anyone who is buying TDGI is buying a piece of the vision of EP. its as simple as that. Im an arkansan and i know i little more than i let on to. IMO EP got out of Empire Film Group because mgmt was messing up really good opportunities and going about things all wrong. Take a quick look at that and perhaps this is the basis of where you are coming from joe, but look a little deeper and realize this is why EP and crew bought their own shell to try and do things very very differently from the start and now we are at this current junction.
Companies, trust, market caps, and success, like cities, are not built overnite, and sometimes there are delays and other things happening behind the scenes that people do not understand. I dont claim to understand anything of what is happening behind the scenes but i do understand what is happening with the current frustration and i think this is a natural part of the whole process of a new venture trying to take their vision into fruition. I am an investor, and not a trader, i work hard everyday on a jobsite instead of blurring my eyes on a computer, and i personally am adding at this level instead of pulling out my hair.
