He said you MUST serve anyone which is simply not the case. My basic point was that there are MANY situations that allow a biz to decline to sell or provide a service to a potential customer. That biz can use a number of methods to decline the customer and many of those are perfectly legal.

The fact that I used extreme examples was to serve the audience with which I was posting. I would not have used the same examples if posting to a person of your mental caliber.

No you don't. A biz can set a price, timeline or other term in the deal to force the customer to go elsewhere.

Many loans are denied due to bad credit and no other reason. So are they guilty of credit bias and bigotry? How can they deny a person a loan if they are open to the public?

Like many with no experience in biz ownership, you think it is simple. It is not and will never be simple.

Nothing is simple when you own a biz. I can find many reasons not to do biz with someone and none of them have to do with race, creed, religion, sex or any other lib hot button.

What if a blind person wants to rent a car from Hertz? or more likely, what if a person with no driver license wants to rent that car?

What about a bank that declines a loan to someone that has bad credit rating? They have declined to do biz with that person...........

How about nudists that want to sit with their kids at the Chuck E Cheese on a Saturday afternoon?

and not all biz owners live and work out of mommy's basement. There are a lot of businesses that actually rent space, hire others and contribute to society at large. They also do it without cheating or harming others. Those that can't accept this usually have no morals or ethics and are too lazy to succeed with integrity anyway.

So, why do you hate all biz owners and people that have achieved success? Surely not all have lied and cheated their way to the top. Success can't be maintained and sustained when gained in that manner. Most successful people know that. My parents and my biz mentor said that you can achieve success with honesty.....it just takes longer. That statement is VERY true.

As a biz owner I make choices daily on whether to do biz with someone or not. The difference is I don't state the reasons in either case. I can make the choice for any reason whatsoever. I can quote a price that is too high or I can estimate a delivery date far into the future or I can say I don't have the expertise to do the job or etc.

You can't force me to perform a service for anyone if I choose not to. True, I can't discriminate for race, sex or religion but there are several reasons that I may choose to use when denying service to a potential customer.

When you start forcing people to do something against their will, quality suffers substantially. Why would anybody want to pay a biz money that does not want to do the job? It is not a wise use of your money.

That is the myth that sheeple believe and promote since they can't fathom an honest biz owner. They can't fathom it because they can't believe anyone would work hard to make an honest living because libs don't believe in hard work........ however, America is still a free country and that is the beauty of freedom. You can choose to do biz with the potential customer or not. For now......

But in the new and improved Amerika, you must do biz with everyone.

Soon, banks will not be able to run a credit check because it will be viewed as credit bias, unfair and insulting to those that have bad credit. Banks will be forced to make the loan regardless to maintain fairness. In fact, banks will have no purpose since credit will be meaningless. We will be able to just take what we want without paying for it.

It will be awesome and of course the quality of all goods and services will be extremely high............. LOL
