How do you know "He genuinely dislikes people and people dislike him"?
"The more time you interact with him, the more you dislike him." what interaction have you had with him?
The owner of the property is Neil Wallace, a lawyer. Another Wallace company, Combustion Products Management, was the developer of the Chesapeake golf course. CPM was insolvent, or unable to pay its debts
Insolvent? Unable to pay debts?
Interesting, thanks Ky for the verified DD.
Hey, who knew Neil Wallace was an amazing artist who specialises in drawing turkeys?

Here is some DD on Neil Wallace. Is that a self portrait under his picture?
http://www.paintingsilove.com/artist/neilwallace
How many Neil Wallace's do you find? Only one I am sure. LOL
2006? Past marketing campaigns are not the Immidiate focus i am sure. I would imaging the negotiations of current JV's are most important to the business today.
I guess when the future looks bright, the only way to see disappointment is to look back.
Persistence and rising above adversity, GOSY does excel.
Agreed.
I wonder if the pps will hit .10 if a JV is announced? I wonder where the pps will go if revenue is coming in?
Well one thing is certain, insignificant ex-employees will not be the topic of conversation. Haha
You keep saying Spencer tried to hire wallace back but I have failed to get that information from another source. I wonder if that info is in line with him needing a psych evaluation and Elaine leaving him. I dont believe a word of it.
8 hours vs. 30 minutes. Anyone with a cell phone can appreciate battery life. THAT is a competitive advantage for sure.
Seeing GOSY pop up on multiple boards. An announcement about a JV agreement could make the stock go balistic.
GOSY is REAL interesting...

Wow, that is interesting.
Great buying opp
GOSY Breakout imminant
Looks like GOSY is being covered and talked about in a lot of boards. Interest and momentum
is building :)
It is great tech and a great market and the current CEO created the tech and is taking it to global markets. Sounds like the current CEO is doing all the right things to create value and ROI. The pps will explode due to the focus in these areas. IMO
The pps has risen over 100% in the last few weeks with pr's speaking of negotiations with a Chinese company. Wonder what will happen if this deal is reported done? The pps was stayed around the .01 mark so I am confident and hopeful news comes out soon.
GOSY - The applications are endless. A great starting point is the Chinese market. News could be out soon.
On 28 April 2011, China's state statistics bureau first released its report on the country's 2010 census. The findings of the census were that the population of mainland China had reached 1.34 billion in 2010. From 2000 to 2010 the population from infancy to 14 years of age declined from 22.9% to 16.6%, while the number of people 65 years and older grew from 7% to 8.9%. China's population is aging rapidly.
China is also becoming less rural. The 2010 report shows that 49.7% of the population is now living in urban areas, a 13% increase over the 2000 figures. The Chinese people are also becoming more mobile. About 260 million Chinese live somewhere other than the place where they are formally registered and the majority of these people have relocated from a rural area to an urban one. In short, China is undergoing the same sort of demographic change that the United States experienced in the beginning of the twentieth century.
The Government is putting vast resources into improvement of healthcare for the Chinese people. In a recent PR, GE described Beijing as "a new global hub of healthcare innovation." In May 2009, IBM opened a Healthcare Industry Solutions Lab in China to use IT to tackle the health care challenges in that country. Also in 2009, China announced a plan to "deepen health care system reforms" and its intention to provide universal health care by 2020.
GeckoSystems is pleased that their "collision proof" wheelchair technology will be used to assist in this worthwhile effort. The Chinese government is no doubt anticipating the needs of their elderly and disabled for quality wheelchairs. Worldwide, the average usage for wheelchairs is one percent (1%) of the general population. In China that would be equal to 13,400,000 people.
Worldwide, wheelchair sales per year average 0.0515% of the population. In the Pacific Rim, excluding Japan, that number is only is 0.0138%. In order to meet its stated healthcare goal for 2020, the Chinese government has to manufacture and distribute an estimated 5,270,000 wheelchairs over the next ten years. This will bring them in line with the world average. If only twenty percent (20%) are powered and "collision proofed," that is over 100,000 electric wheelchairs per year, or over 8,000 per month. At an average cost of at least $1,500 each, that represents annual sales of $150,000,000 per year in mainland China alone.
"Our prospective Chinese joint venture partner has already requested mechanical design criteria from our experienced robotics engineers. We are very pleased by their sincerity and level of interest and look forward to updating our over 1300 stockholders as we progress in these negotiations," concluded Spencer.

GeckoSystems Actively Negotiating Joint Venture with Chinese Wheelchair Manufacturer for International Marketing of Robotic Wheelchair Safety Technology
$150,000,000 Projected Annual Chinese Wheelchair Market
CONYERS, Ga., Nov. 10, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- GeckoSystems International Corp. (PINKSHEETS: GOSY) announced today that the Company is in ongoing negotiations with a Chinese wheelchair manufacturer that are expected to result in a joint venture for international marketing and manufacture of their recently developed, cutting edge, "collision proof" wheelchair technology.
GeckoSystems is a dynamic leader in the emerging mobile robotics industry revolutionizing their development and usage with "Mobile Robot Solutions for Safety, Security and Service™"
"While we cannot presently disclose the name of the possible Chinese partner at this time as it is restricted by NDA, discussions have been moving ahead in a very amicable and positive atmosphere so far. Mr. Spencer has been supporting this project strongly and he considers this possible Chinese JV as GeckoSystems' strategic advance into the wheelchair production center of the world," stated Mr. Hajime Yasumatsu, Chairman, Yasu, Inc.
"Our Asian Business Development Consultant, Mr. Yasumatsu and his business associates in Beijing, China and Tokyo, Japan are having continuing discussions with a Chinese wheelchair manufacturer concerning a joint venture in China. We will continue to update our stockholders on the progress of these talks in a timely manner," stated Martin Spencer, CEO, GeckoSystems.
According to 2010 United States Census figures there are 3.3 million wheelchair users age 15 or over. Power assisted wheelchairs are a wonderful aid to the disabled, but severe spasticity or tremor (associated with brain or spinal cord injury, stroke, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, or Parkinson's disease) and visual or cognitive limitations make it difficult, if not impossible, for many wheelchair users to enjoy the freedom of movement provided by a power wheelchair.
GOSY - "It should be noted that GeckoSystems now has "proof of concept" for its proprietary suite of Mobile Robot Solutions for Safety, Security and Service™ which may be migrated to mobile platforms (as in the wheelchair) that were not originally designed to be under AI software navigation control. Using GeckoSystems' technology, the company expects many other market opportunities to open up for them in both the domestic and international marketplaces. The sale of collision proof safety upgrades for wheelchairs represents "low hanging fruit" that is ideal for GeckoSystems' entry into the retail market because of the large numbers of power wheelchairs in use and the need for safety upgrades that is expected to lead to rapid adoption in the market."

GOSY - "Now that we have a successful prototype of our 'collision proof' wheelchair upgrade kit, we will progress to visual design improvement and further cost reduction. We expect that technology-licensing revenues will precede revenues from product manufacturing and sales. We believe that our over 1300 stockholders will receive this news as confirmation of their wisdom in investing in GeckoSystems and be encouraged in their expectation of a satisfying return on their investment," concluded Spencer.

Kinect Enabled Personal Robot video:
The software used to dramatically improve wheelchair safety is adapted from the suite of hardware and software solutions GeckoSystems has developed for their elder care and personal assistance robot, the CareBot™. (Now that Alpha testing is completed, the CareBot is expected to go into Beta testing in 2012.) An overview of these technologies is available at http://www.geckosystems.com/technologies/.
Due to their success in retrofitting the initial prototype collision proof wheelchair, GeckoSystems recently received a second wheelchair from Imasen, the oldest wheelchair manufacturer in Japan. This second wheelchair will be used for additional R&D and eventual return to Japan for first hand evaluation. (http://www.geckosystems.com/investors/press_releases/20110317_GeckoSystems_SellsMobileRobotSolutions.php )
"The release of the Microsoft Kinect™ depth camera and its cost advantage over traditional machine vision solutions has helped the company further reduce the projected cost of the upgrade kit. This will make improved safety more affordable for thousands who presently rely on a wheelchair for personal mobility," reflected Spencer.
GeckoSteer™ is a new software and computer interface that was developed specifically for this application. It lies between the mechanical joystick and GeckoNav™, advanced automatic self-navigation software. GeckoSteer was needed to compensate for spasticity, tremor, and other involuntary movements associated with debilitating diseases that affect many wheelchair users.
It should be noted that GeckoSystems now has "proof of concept" for its proprietary suite of Mobile Robot Solutions for Safety, Security and Service™ which may be migrated to mobile platforms (as in the wheelchair) that were not originally designed to be under AI software navigation control. I'm still waiting for your evidence that GOSY bought the wheelchair from Imasen.

Doesn't the Chinese have the largest wheelchair market in the entire world? Maybe this is "low-hanging fruit"? Wonder where the pps will go...hmmm. Hopefully wew hear something.
Why, should he fear harassment, oops too late.
"The anticipated Chinese joint venture will give GeckoSystems a competitive advantage when it enters into commercial markets such as healthcare, security, and government applications. The mechanical components of a wheelchair are very similar in size and capacity to what is needed for these MSR (Mobile Service Robot) applications. Additionally, GeckoSystems management believes that when these discussions are finished the company will have the resources to complete development of their flagship product, the CareBot eldercare robot."
Shorts are crying "Reverse Split"...
"Actually I was watching their every move. As part of my continuing DD and to determine if Spencer's PRs are truthful, I staked out his home from 7 AM to 1 PM yesterday. I was in a grey Honda about 100 yards southeast on Highway 212. I parked in a turning lane for the next street."
post 11520
The audacity to be majority shreholders of the company they created. Yea, the audacity, LOL!
Sell your shares and go awayt if you are not happy. If you have shares. Because we have determined the BS said on this board about Spencer is untrue and only opinionary.
" I staked out his home from 7 AM to 1 PM yesterday."
I thought you said you were watching his driveway.
What do you mean "I understand it happened"? You did it, you know exectly when it was. Has the truth become that foriegn?
Pretty clear that the BS said about Martin Spencer was NOT true and done just to destort facts and intentially hurt then image of the CEO. Just shows the INTEGRITY of those respoonsible.
Be careful who you listen to as some provide DD, some provide BS as indicated below.
Again, no. You remain confused about tortious interference and (I think) defamation. Tortious interference requires a specific contact with a specific company or individual. Posting on a message board that it's your opinion that Spencer is nuts may be BS, but it's not tortious interference. Of course, if it's true, it's not defamation either. And if it's an opinion, it's not defamation in any event.
Same rumor that Elaine is leaving him and that he is going to need a phychiatric evaluation? Sure, real credible.
I would consider someone staking out my house as a threat against me and would take any action necessary to end it immidiately with extreme prejudice.
