Who wants to short this when we're a few days away from having news?
Update of value of debt to 46 million USD to include DIP financing and pwc Canada restructuring fees. However this figure is based on the creditor's list as of May 31st and values of cash on hand, receivables and inventories from the last monitor's report... So the debt value might be very different now...
Will the court and Bioamber approve of an unfair deal? I doubt it...
43 million USD or lower after subtraction of cash on hand, receivables and stocks.
A PR in a few days announcing the buyout...
He expects to have a further update before the deadline... Pwc Canada said...
We will receive news any day now...
Interesting... Cargill might be interested in acquiring the patents they co-own with Bioamber...
Thank you for all the invaluable contributions that you have shared with us.
I can't access this site, can you please C+P the info here?
Value of the plant was negatively affected by an impairment of 70 million due to underusage of the plant. Not real depreciation here.
Looking forward to another green day tomorrow!!! Don't you love it Bruce?
With 70 million USD we are very much in the money!!!
None. If we get an offer for 70 million USD commons will be very handsomely rewarded...
70 million USD equals 0.20c p/sh.
He can't because they aren't... The guy keeps throwing around made up figures...
Don't expect Sarnia to be out of business for a long time... PTT and Vinmar International need that succinic acid...
Someone has changed his stance all of a sudden here.... So you acknowledge that there will be a deal...
With total net debt of 43 million USD, that would be equivalent to 0.20c per share!!!
Booooooommmmmmm!!! Commons are in the money with 70 million...
Cargill is an unsecured creditor... They are inhouse lawyers...
It's a list of legal advisors for creditors.
E-SERVICE LIST
(UPDATED AS OF JULY 25, 2018)
No, they weren't. I have a previous service list and they don't appear on it.
I like this kind of information... And I agree with you that PTT is the most probably our buyer
It's a very hefty premium vs. Current prices... 1000% should be the least reward for this type of play
It's a very pessimistic estimate. I agree with you. To feel rewarded I expect 0.20 - 0.30... At least...
This is absolutely correct.
Expecting here a very minimum of 6-7c to 14c... Based on net debt = 43 million usd, value of plant 53-61 mill usd, value of ip=0 and disregarding other assets.
You have to subtract Cash on hand, receivables and inventories from the total debt to achieve a more realistic value...
I am reading on the 5th monitors report that they total 5mill usd...
After that consider the value of the Sarnia plant and intelectual property...
My exact thoughts... Thank you very much for this
PTT is the one that makes most sense... Lots of synergies... Key customer of Bioamber, their biodegradable plastics area depends on the Sarnia plant, massive investments in biodegradable plastics... Recent establishment of US subsidiary... Bioamber's IP will be very juicy for them...
43-44 million USD if you subtract cash on hand + Receivables + Inventories
PwC valued each share at $1.61
What a gift..... Hope you took advantage of these...
Large bid in and ask size decreased
It doesn't sound to me like he is speculating...
My assumption was that he might have some restricted info... It seems that I was wrong
