TNK had some descent news yesterday and continuing the course to reduce debt. I sold most my shares in December but will start adding again at this range.
Looks like they won't have dividends any time soon. I was not happy about the reverse split, but I'm glad they didn't do it when it was under a 1$.
If the rates stabilize and stay higher than normal TK will probably want money from TNK by the use of dividends. I wouldn't be surprised if TNK brings back the divi's.
I agree. I wonder if they will bring back the dividends 1-2 years down the road.
It's been a long ride for me, but made a lot of coin finally. I'll ride the rest of my shares with the rates going out of control the last couple of weeks.
Nice, hopefully they keep paying off debt and acquire the Allendale plant that is located in Allendale, South Carolina and the Dorchester plant in Harleyville, South Carolina.
Closing of the transaction is expected to occur late in the third quarter or in the fourth quarter of 2019, following a restructuring of the plants' ownership structure by EDF Renewables after the end of relevant tax credit recapture periods
Loaded up on 2.26. It will be interesting to see the results May 2nd
Reloading in 2.4 range. Looks like a solid level on the chart.

I haven't sold any shares yet for 2018-19, so hopefully they keep the course.
Looks like another penny scam. Interesting life cycle of this shell since 2000. Different name same plan
They should of went bankrupt 3-4 years ago, but didn't. The CEO has turned the company around by cutting the dividends and paying off debt. I wouldn't be surprised if the dividends come back this year. Hopefully AT closes on the plant later this year for 2019.
Finally making moves, I kept adding in 2.1 to 2.15 range. as long as they keep paying debt off at an extraordinary rate I'll keep adding on the dips.
I thought we hit a bottom a month ago, but what do I know. At least the merger is done and the parent company (TK) bought a certain % of shares. I haven't heard anything of TNK buying back shares since they announced it. The tanker industry might turn around later this year or early 2019.
Yes, I saw that. I wonder how high it will go today. I have the DRIP option for this stock, so I hope it doesn't shoot up to high before tomorrow. I think this alleviates cash concerns with TNK though. Overall a good deal.
Any thoughts on the merger????
Yea, I don't see oil moving that much higher for awhile (2019 maybe). I noticed the last QRT results they paid close to $90 mil in debt. A good step in the right direction unlike DRYS and SDRL. TNP and TNK I have been watching closely though.
You still holding on to shares? I bought some this week. 2018 and 2019 might be a great turnaround for tankers.
You would think the shareholders would have called and verified instead of googling incorrect old info from 2012. I wish ya'll luck, but smells fishy like every other pink sheet company.
All 2012 numbers: what about 2017?
Shares Outstanding 64,999,732 a/o Mar 13, 2012
Float 54,997,558 a/o Mar 13, 2012
Authorized Shares 100,000,000 a/o Mar 13, 2012
no dilution? How do you know? As I stated earlier the volume is a joke
No volume, no proof of existence, no reporting to the SEC. why bother?
I was pissed I didn't have more funds yesterday, but glad the pps is back up.
I agree with SD. I added a little more on ARR. Almost pulled the trigger on FRAN. Not sure where the bottom is on that, but FRAN has been expanding like crazy!
Cat are you in ARR?
I'm back in SD at 4.93, bought some ARR 4.86. Sold NTI yesterday and looking at adding in ARR or FRAN.
Also watching coal again ACI. Heard a company like Dave and busters going public in the future.
I thought this was great.

So, he still lives out there! That is great. I need to go back up there next time there is a swell, I think it's been 10 years.
Surfed at Cape Hatteras before and had awesome surf. Passed Grave Digger's house on the way.
That is kind of sad, but might work out well in short term and long run.
I learned from Q! hard lesson. Have a great weekend.
Bought at .0078 yesterday and sold .011 (EVSV) today but might buy in again at this dip. The chart looks like it has a lot more room to go. Who knows with penny stocks
Big promo on EVSV. Should be a fun ride. I'm not investing in it just flipping it.
I don't even know why I kept watching, but nice.
Anybody watching or trading ANPZ or EVSV?
I will say I didn't see any diluting and the chart is setting up nicely. Might have some fun tomorrow.
The outstanding shares is what you keep track of if they are diluting. You can call the TA or email them to find out if it is increasing or decreasing (rare). Say you have 10,000,000 O/S and the authorized shares is 100,000,000 they can dilute the stock by 90,000,000 shares. Just an example! not real numbers. I don't know this companies info here yet.
Since nobody on here knows anything informative I will let you know. A company can dilute the stock to raise capital. Many times pink sheet companies do it with no regard or any attentions to run the company. What you need to look at is the O/S and the A/S. (The outstanding shares and authorized shares.)
I doubt it gets near 23, but if it gets near 25 I'm adding.
Northern Tier Energy LP /quotes/zigman/11158771/quotes/nls/nti NTI 0.00% broke down early last month, formed a rising wedge, broke down again, but bounced before another pullback. It is now in what appears to be a massive consolidation leg. Watch for it to break down below 24.75, or thereabouts. If that occurs, there could be a quick test down around 23, maybe even as low as 20.

Todays southern music.
Regret selling STAA. Oh well, green is green
