Make a poll. Yes
Tom what's next or is this share price done?
Catfish house usually have some good picks, but since they are pink sheets they flip most of them. Don't be the one holding the bag. Make money

Same here. Jeff is bringing back the value for real this time.
I will say, I do like the "no fluff PR's". The diluting shares is the part I don't like. I have been burned bad by it before and I learn from my mistakes. Cheers.
I will. I was stating a common theme in green companies is that all have a "hidden fee" type scenario. Why can't they be upfront about their product?
I would like to invest in this company, but I would like to see:
1. If it is a legit company (which I think they are), then get off the pink sheets and act like one
2. Why is the Outstanding Shares more than double from last year?
3. Why the increase in Authorized Shares twice in the past year?
4. If they are diluting their shares, what is it going towards?
Some side notes: If they are so worried about our landfills and being cautious about the environment then lower your ORCA prices and more will buy. How long does it take for PLA bottle to decompose in the landfill and not an industrial grade compost pile? What happened to the R & D of the caps and other developments?
Yea, hopefully they use the funds wisely. I'm starting to question other miss info also...
It bothers me that they are acting like a typical pink sheet company. If they increase the A/S again, I'm done with them. The volume hasn't been much over 400,000 a day except Jan 27th and 28th. So, 30 million plus is a lot
Great find dough.
An increase of 38,243,318! I knew they were diluting. Killed the run
I'm glad the T/A is not gagged
T/A number: 702-270-9646
O/S is 625,975,894 as of 02/07/2010 I called the T/A
My amigo, Nick Collins again on top. Interception for a pick 6.
I thought this was interesting considering TLGN says they can do it in 30 days.
PLA Biodegrades Slowly Unless Subjected to Industrial Composting
But critics say that PLA is far from a panacea for dealing with the world’s plastic waste problem. For one thing, although PLA does biodegrade, it does so very slowly.
According to Elizabeth Royte, writing in Smithsonian, PLA may well break down into its constituent parts (carbon dioxide and water) within three months in a “controlled composting environment,” that is, an industrial composting facility heated to 140 degrees Fahrenheit and fed a steady diet of digestive microbes. But it will take far longer in a compost bin, or in a landfill packed so tightly that no light and little oxygen are available to assist in the process. Indeed, analysts estimate that a PLA bottle could take anywhere from 100 to 1,000 years to decompose in a landfill.

Well, since AFC South isn't in and Steelers have won in the past, I'll go with the Black and Blue division. I don't know if it will be as hard hitting as the Steelers/Ravens game, but shall find out.
I'm not sure who will win. A good game I hope, but I'm going for the Packers because I don't want to rout against them.
Looks like wayne had to step it up on the black and yellow to green and yellow.
He doesn't deserve either, maybe some soap.
Also, the web developer of TLGN can help with that too. Google (in web design) likes new info and will put out the info before others if the website is updated often.
It is not really an issue anymore because TLGN is at least showing up in results.
At least we know where some of the O/S went to.
15. Sales Commissions & Finders' Fees Expenses
Provide separately the amounts of sales commissions and finders' fees expenses, if any. If the amount of an expenditure is not known, provide an estimate and check the box next to the amount.
Sales Commissions $ 0 USD o Estimate
Finders' Fees $ 921192 USD x Estimate
Clarification of Response (if Necessary)
The finder's fee was paid in the form of shares of common stock. The amount indicated is the number of shares issued times the closing price on the date of the issuance, and is included in the total offering amount.
I don't know how I missed this, but received Jan. 21st, 2011. I'll have to look more into this.

Thanks. Totally Green is finally showing up on google as well, but not the first to pop up.
The T/A is:
(but no number to call)
PacWest Transfer
4045 South Spencer Street
Suite 409
Las Vegas, NV 89119
Maybe this number Tel: (702) 270-9646
O/S = Outstanding shares. I'm not sure if they have a T/A (Transfer Agent) and haven't kept up if they do. You can find out the O/S when they file under Nevada or can be found on pinksheets.com
It looks like I have my shares for now, which are almost worthless. I don't know why they couldn't do it 2 years ago and why they messed up on distributing up the shares.
This was a pump and dump. Not only did they give me no shares, but gave me money and then took it back. SEC should get involved.
I'm waiting for the next update on the O/S. I have hunch they might be diluting because that was great news. If not I'll be buying a lot more.
Don't forget about Zenith too.lol
If they can tap into the TV industry by internet and beating Comcast and DirecTV prices then I'm all for it. That is where the money’s at. All the new TV’s now have outlets for it, even video game consoles. I’m not sure if they are doing that though and I wish a company would that offers just as many channels. I would drop my tv service in a min. for a cheaper price. IF it is easy to use too.
Not verified, but still somewhat funny or sad.
Every tax-paying American should jump in line to thank the Green Bay Packers! The Packers defeated the Chicago Bears on Sunday afternoon, thus reventing the Bears from playing in Super Bowl XLV. By doing so, they saved hard-working, taxpaying Americans several million dollars of tax money. How, you say? Simple... if Chicago had won, President Barack Hussein Obama (and his family and hangers-on) planned to attend the Super Bowl to cheer on his adopted hometown team. Since the Bears lost...BHO & his minions won't be attending. The money saved from not using Air Force One, the limousines, all the additional security, and the extravagant waste by Michelle and her entourage, is literally several million dollars!
Therefore every American should cheer on the Green Bay Packers at the Super Bowl to show them our gratitude!
GO PACK GO !!!!
Thanks for the info. I don't know why, but I forgot about the lawsuit deal.
GLTU also Belgianshareholder
I haven't been keeping up on the DD of LBSR. Has the company been increasing the O/S? Yes, I agree the .03's look mighty good.
I agree on short term, did you ever buy NAK? It is still on fire
Really, LBSR looks like a great flip, but not to hold. It keeps going lower. I sold it for a loss at .06, but made some gains earlier to ease the blow.
I agree with both of ya'll. Book and a movie would be a huge seller.
Either way, it looks bad. I hope Jeff shuts him up for good.
What is going on with QASP? It stinks. 3 billion A/S
GM and I look forward to the news.
A lot of high rollers I guess right? 5$ each
Last time I checked there were only 400 - 500 shareholders in this stock
If they hold 75% or 1,125,000,000 shares for 3 or more years I will be very happy to hand my shares over. If they are not restricted for 3 years or more then this really is a scam. They will dilute the sh*t out of it again. I hope not, trying to stay positive here. I’m starting to sound like a bear, so last post about the share structure.
I thought it wasn't going to reduce the O/S like a R/S would. If it does, it would be a R/S in disguise. I will have to crack down this.
Say 75% would = 1,125,000,000
That is a lot of shares for a company that we know nothing about. NO wonder they want to merge.
