I did. I watched closely. And boy did it go!!! About half glacial speed!
Look at IPWG go! Go IPWG go!
Funny. But I have felt this for the past 2-3 years. This stock and company is going nowhere. All of the longs for the past 3-6 years were hosed from the beginning. I have totally written off my initial investment. I am 100% confident that is money I will never see again.
the PPS is at 0.0001-0.0002. Do you really think they are protecting the shareholders best interest?
"why would they do this?" Maybe because they believe it is a guaranteed 50% profit (at least at 0.0001). I don't see what all the excitement is about over $6K trading in two days.... Really?
the shorts are there for a reason.... they are much smarter than the longs. they will make money. The CAUSE is no IPWG info, money, plant, etc. The EFFECT is shorts....
unfortunately, vicstock, no second thoughts. This stock along with my money is/has been gone.....
Anyone notice how there has been no mention of the chill? It has been almost one year since the last PR about it. Anyone think it will ever come off? You can guess what I think....
And to add.... I can not believe what a F$%^&*! idiot I was for ever putting a single penny in this piece. I shutter to think how much I have lost. Like an idiot, I listened to Brad during dinner way back when... I should have run, Forest, run as far and fast as possible.
Yes. I care. However, I am not surprised by this at all. I am sure this stock is done. None of us will ever see our money again.
So let me get this straight. The Italian financing deal timeline expiration is near and JB says that they are exploring other options??? Is this some kind of joke? And Brad has sold everything? I don't know about anyone else, but I feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
possible vs probable.... Of course, there is a 100% possibility it will close. There is also a 100% possibility it will not close. What is the probability though? That is the real question.
"I am at the point that I would rather have them go bankrupt and end the pain, vs another year of "hope" with no news".
I, and am sure others, have been at this point for a few years now....
Really??? The SEC owns the DTC? Yeah you know what you are talking about....
Triple O 1's are here! Time to load up! I am so glad this isn't a nickel now.....
You are not expecting a reasonable/logical answer, are you?
yeah he sent me back the same thing. Buying back and outright registering them are two different things. He should at least try.
By all means, somebody send this info to John. If nobody does it, then I will.
If that is true, then they have to mask it as a buy.
Gapper - that is impossible, because someone has to buy the shares that are being sold. They can't short a sell. They can only short a buy.
IPWG needs to argue this from the point if the chill had never been placed by the DTC, then the brokers would still be allowing this to trade freely. So, it is the action by the DTC that caused the brokers to enforce their policies. In addition, if they can bring evidence to the SEC that NSS exists now, and make a strong correlation between the DTC chill and NSS, then the DTC might end up with egg on their face.
so you are saying that Narec work with Addpower is a go?
Ebb - I believe you are posting old news. I just received email confirmation today from Narec that
"The Narec Addpower project package has finished"
I am attemptiong follow up with another source, but do not know if I will get an answer.
you are right about keeping the new investors away. New investors will come to these MB's looking for answers. We all did, didn't we? The trading environment is bad enough, without disgruntled longs posting negativity. If we want our money back, then posting frustrations in a public forum MAY have some effect on this. Nobody really knows. I am done with negative postings.
Ebb - Was yesterday's PR the excellent PR you were referring to? I could see the reason for all the enthusiasm.
again. you have it reversed.
yeah I think you're right... I hope to be pleasantly surprised too, but I am not counting on it.
Ebb - not sure who Captain Longshorts or Hurlfeces is, but by your post might I suggest that you put down the spoon and slowly back away... To suggest that Gapper, myself, or any pissed off long is absurd bordering on insanity. I am just pissed... Get it??? Pissed off at myself, at the staunch supporters, at the market, at flippers, and at the company itself. To the folks who say sell and go away, I say F@#$ off. I am not the only one... I am choosing to just be vocal about it now. If this takes off, then I will be happy again...
So when the PR hits and IPWG spikes all the way to 0.0019, then falls back down again should we thank if we sold it all on the spike to recoup 5% of our investment? I guess if we don't then we can expect to be chastised by kl/investor/mixed up... I guess I am to be counted as "IPWG's opposition..." lol
Steve,
It is easy to say the things you say from where you are sitting. You ask why didn't we sell and move on? The answer is because we continued to believe like gullible idiots, that's why? You see. We were the one's buying shares at those prices you mentioned, while people like you were vigorously defending the company saying great things are coming. Meanwhile, you were selling (maybe not this year) a little "to just lock in profits." Geez. If I had a 30 million shares at an extremely low sub-penny price, then I likely would be looking at the glass half-full as well. In fact, I did for the last 4 years! Maybe great things will come, and I sincerely hope they do. But, I am sure I am going to have a lot less shares than I do right now when great things truly do start happening.
I did not assume you were flipping it. I asked the question. If your answer is honest, then good on ya!!!
It is quite funny to say the least how you call long-time longs "IPWG's opposition." I have been long since Nov 2005 and have never sold a single share. Next to Gapper, I am the biggest idiot for hanging on and believing in this. Let me ask you Ebb: "How many times have you traded this (i.e., bought and sold for a profit)? Because if you have been trading this on the swings, then you are not truly a loyal, long-time IPWG shareholder and likely should be called hypocritical. The same is true for anyone else who has been trading this, yet gives the appearance of being a loyal shareholder (i.e., never sold shares). The audacity to criticize loyal longs for criticizing the performance of the company is reprehensible and certainly brings to question the integrity of such people. It is those of us who have invested so much money with repeated disappointments that have become disgruntled. It sure did sound to me like IPWG would receive funding 45 days after the DD period. Now we have this wonderful chill and dilution that is so exorbitant, that it will truly take an act of God for the PPS to move beyond 2-3 cents. Or wait, alternatively, a RS of say 1 to 100 or 200 will do the trick. Now I feel better... It is long overdue for IPWG to put up or shut up.
You are correct. It is all about the transparency. Yes. We voted for the increase in the AS, but it would have been very nice to release news in advance that they need to increase the OS for this and/or that reason. The way they went about it only raises suspicion and skepticism about this company.
I thought about this very thing a few days ago, but did not want to come out and say it.
Gap - I actually first brought up the 1st week of April as the deadline for the SEC response back to IPWG. I think cash turned it into 1 Apr. So, sometime during the 1st week of April, IPWG should hear back from the SEC. If positive, then I would think we should hear something immediately after. If negative, then the silence will likely continue.
As far as the 60-75 day wait that Messenger brought up, I saw it. It sounds like it is another story of "well just wait some more and you'll see." Maybe the PPS will get to .005 then? But, then again, maybe not if we are at 10 billion shares outstanding.
Honestly, as one of the very few true longs in this stock (having never sold a share), I regret beyond belief ever buying a single share of this.
OS Questions for the Mods.
Would it be too much trouble to update the OS on a weekly basis, say every Friday? Don't remove the old OS updates so we can get a picture of the extent of the dilution. thanks.
Why would you not name the broker? What's the big secret? Who was it? They are not supposed to loan shares out to short in a cash account. I would file a complaint with the SEC and FINRA.
I found your analysis on youtube. I didn't see the symmetrical triangle before. good job. Also, nearly a picture perfect double-bottom reversal pattern could be shaping up as well.
This looks like maybe this is setting up for a double-bottom chart reversal pattern which would indicate a long-term trend reversal. Now, if we can just get this chill lifted....

Edit: I drew trend lines and resistance/support levels with commentary, but it looks like it didn't come through.
yes. I believe there are policies and regs by the SEC and FINRA that the dtc needs to follow. But this is about lifting the chill. If the sec supposedly found no wrong-doing by ipwg, and supposedly told the dtcc to lift the chill, then why hasn't it happened?
